This is the perfect Airbnb for a vacation in the mountains! I have stayed here twice and will be back again! The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. Sitting in the hot tub at night is very relaxing and you can see so many stars out. Be sure to explore all of the waterfalls in the area to!

We had a wonderful family time at Parker’s cabin. Has everything you may need to enjoy your time in the secluded woods of NC. Very private but with all the amenities you may need. Internet was good and the place very comfortable. It was quite rainy during our stay but we had no issues staying in and enjoying the hot tub from time to time. Would fully recommend this place to any one. Thank you Parker!

Little Woodchuck was the perfect getaway. The cabin is beautiful, extremely clean, and feels tucked away in its own private little corner of the woods. Everything about it felt calm and peaceful from the moment we arrived. The hot tub was a highlight it was so relaxing and peaceful. We also loved the big deck and spent a lot of time just enjoying the quiet and fresh air. Inside, everything was comfortable and thoughtfully set up. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was modern and clean, and the whole space just felt really well cared for.

Our stay at Little Bear Creek was delightful ! The house was immaculate with so many surprises- a basket with s’mores supplies, extra chips, lots of spices, extra beach towels, picnic blanket and cooler, shampoos and conditioners, lots of games for kids and adults and even the cloth tablecloths was a nice touch!! My grandchildren loved the creek area-especially the tree phone! The beds were comfortable and the addition of multiple charging ports in each room was very helpful. Patti was quick to respond to my messages. We thoroughly enjoyed being there! Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for our annual mountain trip with our grandchildren!!

Me and my husband searched for the perfect romantic getaway for our late honeymoon/ 1 year anniversary. When we came across Knotty But Nice we were sold! The view was immaculate, pictures do not do justice. The house was extremely clean and cozy. The hot tub was clean and so relaxing. Overall peaceful and private! The drive up was pretty scary the first time, I’m definitely glad that we had an SUV! But 10/10 recommend! We are already planning another trip in the fall. Thanks Dana & Trish! 😊

Evan’s place is a gem. It is beautifully furnished and everything I needed was there. It’s located very close to Main Street Clayton where there are many great restaurants, shops, etc. I will definitely be back!

I was impressed of how spacious the home was on the inside and all of the amenities were perfect too!

Outstanding location perfect for day trips to the many parks nearby for hiking or the river outfitters for paddling also dining & shopping in Clayton. So close yet so secluded peaceful & quiet with the outstanding view from the deck and the many amenities made for an enjoyable worry free stay. Hot tub & steam shower after long days on the river or hiking an added bonus. The little hummingbird and giant woodpecker watching over us were great hosts in a most relaxing natural setting. Many thanks to Karen for sharing the cabin with us for a memory filled week away in the North Georgia mountains!!

Stunning views! If you are wanting to get away and just relax this is an amazing option while still being close to Bryson City where all the white water rafting is. Very peaceful and wonderful home! Main bed was very comfortable, great kitchen for cooking and our dogs enjoyed it as well. Would definitely come back.

Such a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The cabin is so adorable and cozy. The fireplace downstairs was awesome. We loved the binder included that gave us a list of local things to do.

Property (farm) is beautiful and well kept. Cabin is modern, well appointed, very clean and well cared for. Open views of the surrounding mountains, fields, river and farm animals is so nice it almost seems unreal. Note: there is not a full kitchen but instead a make shift kitchenette area with a portable burner, microwave, toaster oven, etc - fine for preparing simple meals. Excellent host. Good, fast, spot-on communication. Overall a quiet, ideal place to get away and relax.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was very quiet and peaceful there. The view was breathtaking. Enjoyed sitting on the deck. The swing and rocking chairs made it relaxing. This was a quick getaway to celebrate a birthday. Franklin has really neat antique shops. We really enjoyed the Tartan museum and store.

Michelle's mountain cabin was wonderful. The VIEWS were better then expected. Just what we wanted. Having a morning coffee gazing at the vistas. WOW. The cabin was very warm and modern. Michell recommended a great food spot, Nocturnal Brewing. Super good, great vibes, people and pizza was divine. Our stay was relaxing, chill and what I expected. Michelle is a great host Thank you Michell for your kindness.

Staying at Jennifer’s mountain retreat was truly a magical experience. From the moment we booked, Jennifer was incredibly responsive, kind, and thoughtful, making the entire process smooth and welcoming. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and convenient. The cabin itself was mesmerizing..honestly, the photos don’t do it justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. Every detail of the space felt mindfully designed, and the peaceful mountain views were exactly what we were hoping for. We especially loved the little touches like the hummingbirds visiting the feeder, the incredibly cozy fireplace on the deck, and the charming bee-themed decor. The bed was super comfortable, the linens were spotless, and the overall atmosphere was calming and rejuvenating. This place is a true sanctuary in nature, and I cannot recommend it enough. Thank you, Jennifer, for creating such a beautiful and memorable space! PS: Your honey is incredibly delicious. A must buy!

We had a great stay at Melissa’s cabin. Beautiful Mountain View! Done well: The home was clean, welcoming, & well stocked. Comfortable beds. Clear instructions. Host is quick to respond. THE PORCH 😍 Possible improvements: lighting in showers. It’s pretty dark. There is a motion sensor light in the shower that you have to wave at a few times. Not a huge deal for us. Bedding has overpowering smell of laundry detergent/softener. Probably not a problem for most people but strong fragrances give a few members of my family headaches. BUT they were nice & clean beds. Things to consider: The driveway is steep (about a 13% grade) We were in our Ford F-350 Dually so it probably felt a bit tighter but was still manageable & probably no big deal if you are used to driving in the mountains. Overall- We loved the place & would definitely stay again ❤️

Heather’s place was a great retreat! The cabin was well appointed with interesting decor and a comfortable bed. She had everything one needs for a restful stay from the snacks in the cupboard to the drinks in the fridge. The shower had good water pressure with hot water. Plenty of clean, soft towels were set out ready for you. The landscape had to be my favorite! She takes great pride in offering a variety of flowering plants in the front garden. The moss garden was my favorite! It reminded me of my childhood and playing in the woods. The moss was always my carpet in my fairy home.😁 There are lots of seating outside to accommodate your nature soaking. It rained when we were there and so we did not use the fire chimney but it was a nice feature given the right time. We definitely be back to the Locust Log Cabin whenever we want a quick getaway. This farmhouse cabin is decorated beautifully and has everything you need! We felt right at home. The bed is extremely comfortable. We came to sylva mainly to explore the hiking trails but wish we had even more time in the cabin since it was so cozy and relaxing. We appreciated both the open deck and covered deck. We loved having our coffee in the morning and watching the mist move through the mountains. Mary Anne recommends the Black Balsam Knob hiking trail and it was phenomenal!!

This cabin is a great escape from the everyday. It is well-maintained, with a fully appointed kitchen allowing for any meals to be easily prepared. Furnishings are very comfortable, and the workspace is probably the best of any I have seen. But the real attraction here is the location. Nestled beside a gorgeous river, you can't help but be drawn onto the deck all the time. It is a magical space and one that is hard to leave.

We loved our vacation on the lake in Tamassee! The location was perfect. We went on 2 beautiful hikes in nearby Nantahala National Forest (highly recommend) and spent lots of time on the beautiful lake jocassee and keowee. The house had everything we needed, was private and peaceful, and we saw lots of wildlife. Tom was very responsive, but we hardly needed to reach out because we had everything we needed.

Quaint cabin on the edge of town. Convenient to everything! The grounds were lush.

This is one of the most thoughtfully stocked and put together air b&bs we have ever stayed in. They thought of everything and it was so beautiful and peaceful. The only reason it got 4 stars in one catagory is that it is difficult to find, even with the hosts wonderful directions, because a car hit the street sign for the street the home is located on, and since there are several mailboxes and you cant see the street sign, I drove right by it at first thinking it was someone's driveway. Everything about this place is 5 star and we loved the activities, hiking, restaurant recommendations, and the peace and serentiy of the surroundings. Chanda was very easy to work with, solving the one little hiccup that occured quickly and competently. Highly recommend the Onyx Owl.
