Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Savannah River

The house was so nice, clean and roomy. Three of us were traveling for girls weekend so we each had our own very Comfortable room! The house is a quick drive to downtown and to Tybee. Charles left us plenty of snacks, coffee and local information. He was very quick to respond and I have already recommended the house to many friends. We would love to come back!

Kimberly’s place what exact what our family was looking for. A quiet retreat still close to downtown savannah. The place was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the backyard area with the grill and fireplace

We had a wonderful stay here! Beautiful place and the location is perfect. Everything you need is in walking distance. We parked our car when we got there and didn't move it until check out. Matt and Bonnie were excellent hosts and provided us with plenty of information to make the most of our stay.

Sarah and Michael were unbelievably accommodating on very short notice! The house was pristine! Although we did not do much eating there, we could’ve eaten off the floor;) they had everything we needed and more! The bed and linens were super comfortable! We walked downtown for dinner and we were going to leave first thing in the morning but ended up walking to get coffee and through the park, which was lovely. We would stay there again in a minute and can’t wait to do so :-) highly recommend to you and anyone you care about that is coming to Savannah!

Beautiful space. Great location. Clean, easy to navigate stairs, lots of lights inside. Ceiling fans are GREAT! The bathroom is fine but it is small if one is large and round. Joyce was very helpful. QUIET and PEACEFUL which is the best when you are a country mouse that has very little noise in their home life. (no noise from traffic, music, sirens, people). Greatly appreciated the quiet. Kroger close by

We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. We visited with our Son and Daughter in law, and twin grandsons and the home was perfect. The toys at the house were a hit with our 20 month old grandsons! Thank you so much.

Clean, modern and well appointed. Great location in between Savannah and Tybee Island - can get to either one in 15 minutes. Highly recommend if you're looking to stay in the area!

We were only in town for one night, but we had everything we needed. Instructions for check in and check out were very clear. Everything was well labeled and it was easy to find what we needed. We were convenient to the downtown Savannah area, and it was easy for my daughter to meet us from Girl Scout Camp Low. My only regret is that our schedule didn't allow for a longer stay.

This was our second stay here. Perfect location near Forsythe Park and the on-site parking is definitely a big bonus. The place was clean and comfortable, well air-conditioned, and had everything we needed. Great hosts!

Janet’s place was ideally located. In a quiet residential area just a few steps from Forsyth Park. The area was very walkable with lots of really good restaurants within 10 or 15 minutes walk. The unit was comfortable and well pointed. The air-conditioning worked very well. We felt very much at Home and Janet’s unit. The washer and dryer worked properly. It was a great convenience to have during our stay.

As soon as my family walked in to Sarah’s place the first thing we noticed was how great it smelled! Whoever cleaned this beautiful home did an incredible job. This was our first time visiting Savannah and we couldn’t have picked a better location. After we were done admiring the charm and character of the condo, we took a very short walk down the street to Forsyth Park. Then we took a 5 minute drive down to the river front area. This was only a short stop on longer roadtrip but now we are planning a trip back to Savannah solely based on this experience and Sarah’s condo. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment looked just like the pictures, very cute place. It's located walking distance from countless restaurants, shops and the river walk. The street outside does stay pretty loud throughout the day, but it did not bother us. They also have a white noise machine by the bed to help. I would definitely recommend stay here and would love to come back!

This was a great location for walking right to Forsyth Park & was also located on a peaceful street with easy to access street parking right out front or on the side! The airbnb itself was just as described/pictured and clean, we enjoyed our stay very much & would definitely recommend. :)

We loved the location, 5 minute walk to Forsyth Park which had an awesome farmers market on Saturday morning, coffee shops, grocery store and restaurants. Also close to the Dot stop for free transportation to other attractions. Brendan went out of his way to make sure our sleeping arrangements were extra comfortable, and we appreciated this so much. It was great to come home to the perfect little pool after exploring in Savannah's heat! We highly recommend this location!

The place was exactly as described. I thought being near/above Churchill’s it would be loud, but it was very quiet. Very comfortable space and easy to get in and out of even with a small child.

It was an awesome stay. We walked everywhere. Didn't move the car all week. nice view from windows too. was very comfortable. it was hot when we stayed so able to come back shower and go back out. recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The living room is spacious: couch is comfy, kitchen well equipped, nice dining area. Both rooms were very clean and had king size beds. We prefer even firmer matresses but I think most people will be happy with these. Both bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels and toiletteries to use. The neighborhood is great with lots of little cafés and dining spots and is close to the park. If you don’t mind walking, you can get your daily steps in with walking into downtown/historic area. We highly recommend staying at this place and will certainly consider this spot whenever we come back to Savannah.

We got really lucky finding this place. The location was phenomenal! You could literally walk everywhere. We didn’t think the outside noise was loud and didn’t have any issues sleeping. Alyssa was very responsive and helpful with her recommendations.

Happy with Sarah and Michael’s place to stay during a girls only, first time trip to Savannah! Being located near Forsyth park, this was the perfect location, close to everything we wanted to see. The first floor of this home was great for 2 older gal traveling together, we each had our own bedroom/bathroom, and space to eat, relax and visit. The beautiful front door, elegant foyer, the style of decor, interesting artwork, and such beautiful chandeliers all added to the peaceful ambiance that we thoroughly enjoyed. We did not feel unsafe in this rental, and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thankfully we had a rental car because the walk would have been much too far for us, and we didn’t want to use public transit. Suggestions would be to bring a sleep mask if you are bothered by light at night because there is a security light on a nearby pole that shines into the bedrooms at night. Ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, we heard some voices, but a minimal issue. Loved it!

Amazing place to stay! Comfortable bed & clean bathroom. Having a brita in the fridge was a game changer. This is a wonderful place! Only ** If you are a light sleeper this may not be the best place for you. The neighbors are quite loud - they kept me up until 4AM most of the nights unfortunately.

Love love love this place! The location was perfect. Right next to a cute square, walkable to everything, easy parking. I loved the historic vibe as soon as you walk through the first door. The walk-up was easy and the apartment is adorable!
