My place is on Lake Murray in Leesville, South Carolina, family-friendly activities include swimming, boating, skiing, fishing, kayaking and just relaxing..You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, 90 foot pier with a 16x20 floating dock and two kayaks are included with the rental. My place is good for couples and small families. We allow 1 large or two small dogs for a weekly fee, paid upon arrival. Two boats can be tied up to the dock Must be 25 or older to rent and no parties.

Spacious apartment with high ceilings. The back porch has a fantastic view of Charleston harbor. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to downtown and also to beaches. Private dock, kayaks, bicycles (not fancy) and the possibility, weather and tides permitting, of a motorboat ride around the harbor. The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities. This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports. We have included 2 Kayaks and we work directly with a pontoon rental company if you would like a boat delivered. The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.

Savvy Marsh: No Cleaning Fee

OTC-022724 1 Queen bed, 1 bath private guest suite. Private entrance and HVAC controls. Living room with TV and kitchenette. Kitchenette has microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. you have to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the balcony entrance. This is a large property and there are multiple guest suites. There is another guest unit adjacent to this one and you may hear noises from the nextdoor unit. If you are very sensitive to noise I would not recommend booking this.
