Sylvia was very prompt whenever we reached out with questions. She cares about her tenants and wants them to have a great experience. The unit was spotless! Great space! Open floor plan with very high ceilings, loved the sound machines, toiletries, snacks and coffee...all the extras were great. She helped us immediately when we had issues with the lock and she had us inside within minutes and we never had another issue with it after that. We cannot thank her enough for her caring nature and speedy responses. We really enjoyed our stay.

Loved this place so much. Close to all my favorite spots. Very clean & comfortable. Garry was quick to respond on everything. There was only 1 small hiccup getting in with push button on key pad, but my hubby was able to fix it. Hope to come back soon.

This place is a total Gem!!! My partner and I will definitely be coming back to stay here (: the coffee place on the first floor is absolutely amazing, right in front of the cathedral which is a stunning view, love the fact that it’s relatively a close walk to whichever square. I think the most we walked to get anywhere was about 18 minutes. It’s right next to one of the trolly stops so if you’re not into walking, you can just hop on & off right across the street to go all over downtown (: 1000/10 experience. it’s clean, the decor is stunning, they leave you plenty of extra towels, I felt like a princess staying here!!

Our second stay. Beautiful, peaceful and quiet place. Everything you could need plus things you didn’t know you needed- but grateful to have had. The third bathroom was a bonus. Our Host was amazingly responsive and accommodating. You couldn’t be in a better location. In the middle of everything. Nothing in the Historic District is more than a few minutes walk away.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Savannah. Conveniently located in a quiet area and equipped with everything we needed, even lots of space to relax and work. It was clean and well conditioned. Allison was responsive and extremely accommodating.

We loved this for our first stay in Savannah. The outdoor oasis was absolutely perfect. My daughter loved the bunk beds in the second bedroom. Clean with all the amenities you would need. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay. Communication with Kelly was great, our only issue was promptly corrected (internet connection went out), and the location close to Forsyth Park was great. The unit was well stocked with kitchen utensils, laundry detergent, shampoo, clean towels, coffee, etc. I also appreciated the off street parking and the lovely fountain in the courtyard. We stayed for two weeks and while we felt perfectly safe, there was a frequent wail of sirens in the neighborhood (of course this isn't anyone's fault, just part of city living). Also, there is a shared wall with the neighboring unit, which was a minor issue one night for a couple of hours. We enjoyed all our walks into Savannah and took advantage of the free bus. We enjoyed Shuk's, Randy's BBQ, Ruan Thai, Pirate House, and the Cuban Window. We visit Savannah often and will happily stay here again.

Fantastic stay. Wonderful area right in the heart of Savannah. Perfect place to stay if you are interested in visiting the town of Savannah.

We absolutely love staying in downtown Athens. This Condo ! is walking distance to everything. It’s right across the street from the university and it’s on a busy block with wonderful restaurants, bars, and stores also the place was fabulous inside with all the little extras that make it so nice: coffee, lots of nice shampoo And soap, as well as big fluffy towels. I completely recommend it.

A great location for relaxation and privacy. The view from the front porch is a lovely. I highly recommend for a weekend get away.

Cute beach gem! We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer. Perfect for a couple, a young family, or friends, family. The space has everything needed and is comfortable. The location is fantastic. Quick walk to the beach, an ice cream shop across the street as well as several restaurants. Great porch for reading, coffee, cocktails. Would definitely book here again.

Had an absolute blast!

This was my 5th year coming here and it's become a yearly trip. To say that it's relaxing and peaceful is an understatement... you feel like you are in secret garden. Geoff has worked so hard last few years in creating such a beautiful and welcome space and it shows. Having my coffee tucked away in the patio under the trellis watching the birds at the feeder overlooking the water amongst the palm trees.... PERFECTION. The house is spacious and I feel like I'm home there. Quiet neighborhood perfect for taking walks and not far at all from the beach and downtown Tybee. Geoff and Vicky have become friends and they make the visit even more special every year- Vicky offers massages and they are wonderful and just what I needed after the long drive and the sunset boat cruise we went on was perfection with dolphins swimming next to us. ❤️ No where else I'd stay when I come to my happy place- thanks again for the wonderful vacation. See you next year!

Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Loved spending mornings on porch with coffee and the birds. We enjoyed dinners at the club and lunches at the bistro onsite too.

This was definitely a top 10 vacation! The area and beach exceeded my expectations. Everything is so beautiful and peaceful. Not over crowded and quiet. We enjoyed riding our bikes to local shops and restaurants, and spending others days reading on the beach. Will definitely book here again!

Our stay was really nice! Getting in was a bit confusing at first since the door is operated through an app, but once we figured it out, everything went smoothly. The place was clean and cozy, and they had snacks, coffee, and tea available, which was a really thoughtful touch. There were also plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies. A big bonus — they were kind enough to let us check out later, which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

What a stunning little place to spend a few days on the island before heading to Savannah for our daughter's graduation from SCAD! Lovely family oriented beach that's less crowded than others, esp over Memorial Day. We found the condo to be quiet and private, yet easy to get to "the action" if you prefer. Bed was oh so comfortable and the 2 extra large wall mounted TV's were awesome! Chad is generous to provide free streaming services - Netflix, Hulu, & more! Chad is a stellar host- super responsive and genuinely wants your stay to be top notch- ours certainly was and we hope to return again to The Ocean Overlook!

Had a fabulous stay at Mike and Rachel’s home. Love the location, especially that it was on the beach especially since we have children. The unit was spacious, clean and just as described. Had plenty of games and TVs in all rooms for watching shows or movies. Parking was very convenient and fit our mid size suv under the covered garage area right by elevator to our unit. Nice place right on the beach, place is clearly renovated and thoroughly cleaned. Everything you’d expect to have at home can be found in the apartment. Despite arriving at 3am, we had no issue passing through the gate and helped ourselves in the unit. Highly recommend and overall a very welcoming experience.

Wow! The condo is spotless! Although the condo is small, there was a lot of thought put into the design—lots of drawers, closet space and hooks to hang items on! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the space! We will definitely return!

Great location! Comfortable accommodations! We really enjoyed our stay. Loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the marsh views.
