Holiday rentals with a pool in Savannah River

Lovely home.. Very spacious… Great location and enjoyed the view from the screened in patio…Communicate in a timely manner. Informative throughout our stay. Definitely recommend anyone to stay.

Great place! I had a lot of fun with my family.

We just spent a week here for an extended family vacation, and what a wonderful trip! The property is on a quiet part of the Lake of Marion and about 15-20 minutes from most restaurants or stores. The pool and the screened-in porch area were our favorites and where we spent most of the week. My kids loved kayaking and fishing off the dock in the mornings before jumping into the pool to spend most of the day. I would definitely advise going grocery shopping and planning a lot of your meals at the house. As mentioned, it’s pretty isolated, and a lot of the places close have limited hours. For food options, I would suggest Fayz on the Lake, Summerton Diner, D&H BBQ, and Thommy Mac’s. The house was wonderful and easily enough room for nine people. Stuart was a great host and provided everything we needed and gave us good local recommendations

We had a nice stay at Raquel's play within the Glenwood Grove section of Berwick Plantation. We have family in the Stonelake Townhomes section just a short distance away, so the proximity was very convenient. The floorplans of both locations are very similar, with dining, kitchen, living room, restroom, and master bedroom downstairs, and two additional bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Raquel's place includes a bonus playroom and laundry room upstairs. Communication was timely, access was easy, and the home was clean with all necessary supplies and amenities. The location is about 20 minutes from downtown Savannah (Bay Street/River Street), which was fine for us.

The entire home was very clean and comfortable. Its like going to stay at your moms house, down to the comfortable sheets. Alot of extras make this home a 5 star including bath salts for the master bedroom, pool towels, mosquito candles, throw blankets, and seasonings. This place is in a good neighborhood with a grocery store, steak house, Walmart and alot of other places within 10 mins.

Staying at Talia's place was a blessing! We made last minute plans due to unforeseen circumstances and everything just fell into place perfectly! The home was so clean, peaceful and spacious, with all of the amenities we needed! Talia always responded quickly to my emails. What a relief it was to be together with family in such a lovely home, especially splashing in the pool!!! Our family had a wonderful time and we're quite pleased. This place is truly beautiful. It was extremely comfortable, the bed, the couches everything. The pool is a big plus especially with kids. Daniel was always very responsive and responded fast to any concerns we had. Loved everything about this place. I recommend it and would come back with no doubt. Thank you Daniel.

This place was wonderful! We spent Memorial Day weekend and several days after. The views were amazing! We loved the option of having a pool available as well as the lake. We took advantage of the boat rentals twice while we were there. The host was kind and responsive. We are thinking of coming back next year!

Our stay was really nice! Getting in was a bit confusing at first since the door is operated through an app, but once we figured it out, everything went smoothly. The place was clean and cozy, and they had snacks, coffee, and tea available, which was a really thoughtful touch. There were also plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies. A big bonus — they were kind enough to let us check out later, which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay here, it’s a great location on the beach, we like this area of the island as it doesn’t seem as crowded. The resort is nice and has different activities going on, we love having the poolside bar area and ice cream stand right there. The place itself was nice, clean, made good use of space. Kids loved the hall bunks. Very easy to check in and out.

Condo was super easy to get to on the first floor and definitely oceanfront. Although we were on the first floor, we could still see 98% of the ocean over the dunes and easily hear the waves crashing from the balcony. We got to see a family of rabbits hopping through the dune grasses and 99.9% of the time no one is seen between our balcony and the ocean… giving the feeling of seclusion in a populated area. Everything worked as it should in every room in the condo… fantastic TVs, extremely good shower heads, sturdy beach chairs, stout beach umbrella w/ anchor, comfortable plush leather sofa, and a very comfy form fitting memory foam king bed with plenty of pillows for even the finicky sleeper. 99% of my kitchen needs were met…i’ll remember the cooking spray next time. The plush white sand was a pleasant surprise as well as how level and firm the sand gets when the tide goes out, great for bocce ball! BTW, just about any kind of tent, wind shade or popup is allowed on the beach.

Stunning views from an open deck and a super comfy screened deck. Quiet serene atmosphere. Great kitchen amenities. Would definitely like to return.

Exceptional host. There are cats walking around property which made me raise an eyebrow but during stay they added to the charm! We maybe saw 5 different cats while there so not many at all. David was always responsive and checking in and answered our questions immediately. Will stay again on his properties. The beach was our backyard and perfect for our very young grandkids. Property has been featured on HGTV in past years.

Mike is the best host, quick to respond and eager to accommodate. When we asked a question on the app, he always responded immediately. The place was very clean and exactly as advertised. Looking forward to booking with him again!

This place is absolutely beautiful, so clean and the host is amazing. We saw so many dolphins. We did not like the flying palmetto bugs but it's the south so they are part of the experience.
