We had a great time at Paul's house. The view is magnificent, the pool is also. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to withdraw if you wish. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

Our stay was perfect, thanks again to the advice and hospitality of Régis who is an impeccable host, available, warm and good advice for visiting the area around the accommodation. We will keep a very good memory of our stay in Coursan.

We had a great time. The location is excellent because you are in the middle of natural beauty all around. Whether it's a walk, a hike, a bike ride, a swim or a car adventure to visit the castles, medieval villages or historical sites of the French resistance. Frédéric is an excellent and gracious host who welcomed us to a special region of the south of France.

Everything has already been said. The fisherman's house is located in an idyllic place and in an Olympian calm. We felt immediately comfortable and Denys' welcome was very warm and friendly. Certainly, some maintenance work is necessary, but as Denys says, various external elements mean that these are not always possible. But the feeling of living in harmony with nature makes you forget these small inconveniences.

We had a great winter stay, very cozy around good meals prepared in the beautiful very well equipped kitchen and the beautiful fireplace in the living room where you immediately feel comfortable. The rooms are decorated with a lot of taste and quiet, the bedding is of very good quality. We enjoyed pleasant little walks in the surrounding vineyards and the spacious garden by a stream. Recommended!

A perfect stay from start to finish! The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated, very well equipped and ultra comfortable. The pool is a real piece of heaven. A big thank you to the owners and the concierge for their kindness and responsiveness, always available at the slightest request. We had an unforgettable time, everything was there for a dream vacation. We'll be happy to go back!

A fabulous re-charging get away. A breathtaking view of the Etange and twinkling lights of the towns across the water in such a serene setting! We, and our doggie, enjoyed the multi level garden-even napped on the outdoor beds, prepared and ate on the dinning terrace, went to the nearby forest/park where dogs can go off leash… daily exercise by hiking down into the hustle & bustle of Sete to score our croissants, enjoy the fabulous indoor market as well as outdoor marches on wed. and fridays, do some girlie shopping at cute boutiques or simply enjoy a drink on the quai! Plenty of good restaurants to choose from and several small or large supermarkets as well. We love Sete and Madyne’s place was just perfect for us! All amenities were clean , new and clearly carefully chosen. She’s lovely with great energy - we can highly recommend staying here.

Our stay for our friend's bachelorette party was great! The house is spacious, clean and tidy. The pool was heated so we could enjoy it! The house is ideally located and is only 10 minutes' drive from nearby restaurants The host is responsive and was able to answer all our questions before we arrived. Benjamin, who took care of the check-in and check-out, was great too! We loved our weekend and highly recommend this accommodation that met our expectations.

Impeccable mobile home, which offers everything we needed. Located in a quiet area of the campsite. A big thank you to Stephanie who was very responsive to all our messages and very accommodating for the arrival and departure schedule. 😊 We recommend without hesitation and will gladly come back!

A superb stay in an exceptional and serene setting. Gilles was a great host, very responsive and extremely friendly. We were greeted with everything we needed to make our arrival easier and welcome gifts! This is really very appreciable. The accommodation is just a pearl nestled on the heights of Narbonne... the change of scenery is total and the disconnection is guaranteed! Nothing! That's what's missing in this accommodation! Angelique's welcome was perfect, she was available and very adaptable for us. The accommodation is impeccable and everything is there to have a great time with family or friends. The cold drinks on arrival were very much appreciated. Everything has been thoughtfully and superbly decorated. The exterior is splendid, between the pool, the jacuzzi, the trampoline for the children, everyone finds something for themselves. The environment is very quiet and you can go for short walks from the house. The icing on the cake was that our dogs were welcome.

Accommodation faithful to its description, friendly and responsive hotel, only downside, parking in narrow streets. Ideal apartment for a couple!

Julie is always very responsive and gives all the useful info. The barbecue area and the terrace with large dining table are very nice. Quiet area and easy to park. The sea is 10 minutes away, either Valras-Plage or Sérignan plage. We'll be back

We had a very nice stay with family of 4. The apartment is ideally located close to the beaches and local shops. It is very well equipped and the terrace is very pleasant. The communication and reception offered by Valras Loc are excellent. We recommend ++

VERY WELL LOCATED ACCOMMODATION WITH A SUPERB VIEW, 3RD FLOOR BUT WITH VERY CONVENIENT ELEVATOR, WASHING MACHINE AND DISHWASHER THE BEST FOR THE HOLIDAYS, THE GREAT AIR CONDITIONING, THE PERFECT AND CLEAN BEDDING, SMALL BEMOL THE SHOWER CUBICLE A LITTLE SMALL FOR A PERSON WITH A SURPOID, AND SECOND BEMOL MISSING PARKING SPACE I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO GIVE 35 E TO THE AGENCY AND HAVE A PLACE.

The accommodation is faithful to the photos, clean, practical, with all the necessary amenities and tastefully decorated. Beds are made on arrival, towels are available, as well as cleaning and bathroom beds. The Valras Loc teams are very friendly, responsive, and give good advice. I'll go back there without a second thought

Very clean and modern, perfectly located but parking can be challenging. While the Airbnb sleeps four there was only seating for three in the living room area.
