We had a great stay. Romain is a responsive, friendly, and patient host. His place is exactly as pictured and was relatively easy to find. You’ll need to rely on a rental car or taxi service for the location. Not ideal for people with mobility issues as only one room is on the bottom floor. The other rooms are accessible via a slim staircase. Two rooms are situated near each other with three rooms total in the main part of the house. The other two you access by walking in the courtyard. The space was great for our needs as we were several families traveling together, total of 9 people. We had the space to eat and spend time together while also have some time apart during our trip. A large grocery store is less than 10 minutes away. Béziers train station is roughly 12 minutes away. Romain met us for both check in and check out times and was flexible when our party had different arrival times. I’d recommend Romain’s place to anyone looking for a lovely holiday.

We came as a group of 7 for an EVJF and we had a wonderful stay in the house (sufficient and properly equipped spaces). The exterior is as pleasant as the interior. The house is impeccable and the services offered correspond to reality. Thank you again for this warm welcome! We recommend this property.

We had a great time at Paul's house. The view is magnificent, the pool is also. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to withdraw if you wish. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

Ideal home for family vacations! Very well equipped for young and old, nice decor, bright house with spaces suitable for 10/12 people. Pleasant exteriors with space. Beautiful view of the pond and surroundings (splendid sunsets!) Safety at the pool, which is completely separate but still a little cool (due to cold wind and capricious weather) Recommended!

We came for a family weekend like home! And everything was up to our expectations, the whole place is thought out and perfectly equipped Our host is also very accommodating and responsive to our messages We were able to arrive earlier and leave later: what happiness! I recommend 100%!

A perfect stay from start to finish! The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated, very well equipped and ultra comfortable. The pool is a real piece of heaven. A big thank you to the owners and the concierge for their kindness and responsiveness, always available at the slightest request. Very good stay. Recently renovated, beautiful decor, well-equipped, very clean, parking spaces in the street or adjacent, quiet neighborhood... The plus: the balcony with a pleasant view.

Patrick's little house is quite exceptional. Nestled in the middle of the scrub, it is very nicely decorated and benefits from an idyllic and peaceful setting. Despite the heat of June, the house remains cool. The terrace is very pleasant at the end of the day. Patrick is very welcoming and very accommodating. The restaurant 2 minutes' walk from the house is delicious and with excellent service. We really had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon.

We stayed a weekend at Gaëtan and Joseph's, who are very available and attentive hosts. We were able to discover Béziers and beautiful places, whether cultural or gastronomic, thanks to their good advice. The apartment is really very clean and functional. Everything is within walking distance from the accommodation! Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness! We will definitely stay with them again if we have to come back to Béziers! We are delighted with the stay we have just spent at Martine's. She welcomed us with great kindness and adapted to our schedule. The accommodation is very nice, extremely clean, quiet and very well located. I have no other word than PERFECT! The bedding is good, the bed linen is soft and smells very good. The rooms are very dark at night and conducive to a very good sleep. All the equipment is new and the entire accommodation is very well maintained. The dishes are impeccable. Only small downside that is well mentioned in the description and that made us hesitate: the lack of wifi for teleworking but we took a portable relay and everything was perfect. Really recommend!!! A big thank you to the lovely Martine for her warm welcome!

We had a great winter stay, very cozy around good meals prepared in the beautiful very well equipped kitchen and the beautiful fireplace in the living room where you immediately feel comfortable. The rooms are decorated with a lot of taste and quiet, the bedding is of very good quality. We enjoyed pleasant little walks in the surrounding vineyards and the spacious garden by a stream. Recommended!

We were 3 couples of friends, we passed in a gust of wind (1 night) but Emilie was very responsive and friendly through the messages. Regarding the accommodation, there is nothing to say, the photos are in line with reality and it was very clean. If we were to come back to the corners we will rent this place again without a second thought.

We had a pleasant stay at Eudora and Thomas's. We enjoyed the warm welcome from our hosts, who are adorable! The same goes for their animals :) Thank you again for your attention and recommendations. We really recommend staying there, especially if you want to discover the beautiful Hérault region, because the accommodation allows quick access to several attractions in the area: beaches, most beautiful villages in France, gorges, lake, etc. Finally, the accommodation is a real little cocoon, tastefully decorated, perfect for relaxing after our good days of sightseeing! The passage of a few trains nearby did not bother us.

Very pretty little old town house. Not a view from the terrace, but windless and cozy. 1000 mosquitoes everywhere. We really appreciated the village life. Everything around the corner, bakeries, groceries, bars and restaurants. Very good location for beautiful hikes through the water landscape and trips to Narbonne and Carcassonne.

The accommodation is faithful to the photos, clean, practical, with all the necessary amenities and tastefully decorated. Beds are made on arrival, towels are available, as well as cleaning and bathroom beds. The Valras Loc teams are very friendly, responsive, and give good advice. I'll go back there without a second thought
