We loved the house, felt right at home very quickly. The kitchen was a dream for cooking. The house stayed cool despite the hot temperatures outside. The gardens are spectacular. Love love love!

Billy and Rhobin were so helpful and easy to communicate with. The house was so comfortable and peaceful. The property was lovely! 5 Stars all around! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

I describe the Lilac House as well appointed, comfortable, and a delight to stay in with family and friends. I’ve done both and it is lovely to sit at the dining room table with nice flatware, glasses and enjoy a meal. And amazing for bird watching from the comfort of an air conditioned living room!

Stayed here for a weekend getaway with friends. It was a great experience! Sarah was an excellent host and was very communicative/helpful. The house was perfect and exactly what we were looking for! Cozy, homey and was the perfect space for 8 adults. Plenty of room for parking, games and family meals. I would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future!

This home is a great retreat in the Catskills, it feels intimate while still having the space for you and other guests. Would visit again!

Wow, what an incredible home! When they talk about a “rare find” this is what they mean. By far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The home itself is artfully crafted, and offers so much more than what initially meets the eye in photos. Every attention to detail made this stay magical. You can tell this home is loved, cared for and that guests are warmly welcomed to share its beauty. If you’re looking for a place that has exceptional vibes and puts you at peace, this is it. Liz offered wonderful local suggestions and clear concise instructions to make the whole experience a breeze. I would come back to stay here every time.

I had a great stay! The space was comfortable and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient, with plenty to do nearby. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay.

Agnieszka was easy to work with, and a very considerate host. The condo was perfect for us. We were especially delighted to discover a standard queen bed in a separate little bedroom, in addition to the living room sofa bed pictured on the Airbnb site. Everything we needed was available and easy to find in this thoughtfully equipped apartment. The setting is quiet and lovely. From our private balcony vantage point the nearby pool and pickleball courts appeared to be well maintained. If we have the opportunity to return to the Catskills/Windham NY area, we will definitely hope to book this condo again.

We absolutely loved our stay ay Susan's place. We were celebrating our ten year wedding anniversary with our dogs and it could not have been more perfect! The private pool setting, access to the rail trail that leads directly into town, the giant windows bringing the outdoor greenery inside, the Frida Calla 500 piece puzzle, the I pad hooked up to a lovely sound system, I could go on and on. We rarely visit the same place twice, but we made need to break that streak with this place.

We just spent 5 days on a family getaway, and this was truly the perfect spot to completely relax. The pool is beautiful, and large enough for all 8 adults and our grandson to be in at the same time. We also loved the fire pit, and had a fire 2 nights. It was an easy drive into Saugerties, Kingston and Woodstock. I highly recommend going to the Kingston Farmer's Market.

The cottage is lovely, clean, and immaculately decorated. Great taste. We enjoyed the pool, which was perfect for our four year old given how shallow half of it was, and how the temperature was perfect, even on days when it wasn’t too hot outside. We hadn’t realize that the kitchen didn’t include an oven or microwave—but even so, we had a great time and enjoyed the fire pit! WiFi was a bit spotty but the hosts went above and beyond to try to help. Highly recommend!

We were 5 girlfriends staying at this property. Each one of us loved everything about it . Perfect location !

The teahouse and surroundings were relaxing and peaceful. We saw groundhogs, deer, and chipmunks from the porch and our 2 dogs loved exploring the field and wandering in the nearby woods. The pool was amazing and warm despite the rain and the natural landscaping couldn’t have been more beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time at Tina’s place! Surrounded by woods, but somewhat close to the downtown area (super cute too!), the cabin had all we needed, and is also very cozy, neat, comfortable. Excellent bed and pillows, perfectly AC’d, with a fully stocked kitchen. We are happy, and our pups were THRILLED! Huge thanks to the host.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wilderkill Barn. Maria Cristina and William were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was a haven, with a hot tub, sauna, pool, fire pit, pool table, and immersive sound and movie systems—all of which made our stay delightful despite the cold, dreary May weather. We can't thank them enough. ***That said, we feel it's necessary to address a serious issue with Airbnb itself that arose while booking this property, unrelated to the property itself. An unexpected tax was added after booking, and Airbnb has yet to provide a clear explanation. After years of loyalty, we were disappointed by their evasive and unhelpful customer support. This experience has made us reconsider using the platform in the future. We urge potential users to scrutinize all fees carefully and be aware that Airbnb’s support may be difficult to navigate if problems arise.***

We had a serene and luxurious stay at Fil and Ellie’s. The inside of the home is comfortable and they seem to have thought of every detail. We so enjoyed the peace and quiet, the views of the beautiful trees, and our soaks in the tub. This felt like a private oasis- a true slice of heaven.

The perfect stay for horse showing at HITS! My only hesitation in writing this review is that I didn't want anyone else to know about this place for future horse shows! ;) An excellent place to stay with above and beyond amenities, easy check in and great for traveling with a dog. Will absolutely be back!

LOVED LOVED Loved this airbnb. Being able to unplug from cell phone service made the world of difference to our stay. Waking up to the sounds of the creek's flowing water and just being around nature was spot on. The kitchen is fully equipped with a great selection of kitchenware and condiments. Jeni our host was friendly, responsive and and super helpful. Definitely returning!

As always, Heidi’s place was wonderful! We are repeat renters, and Heidi’s home never disappoints. It is the perfect cozy cottage! Even when I initially booked the wrong weekend, Heidi had no problem helping me switch, seamlessly, to the weekend that worked for us. She is always available, and responds immediately if you have questions. We look forward to being here again next year!

We stayed at Patrick's place to celebrate my 30th birthday with five of my closest girlfriends, and it was truly perfect from start to finish. The house is tucked away in a peaceful, private setting, but still feels incredibly stylish and thoughtfully designed. Every detail was perfect—from the decor to the hot tub and Sonos sound system that kept the fun and relaxing vibes going all weekend. The kitchen was gorgeous and became the heart of the house—we cooked, laughed, and danced around it all weekend. The outdoor space was just as stunning and gave us the perfect spot to relax and soak it all in. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Patrick was proactive, communicative, and provided very clear directions that made check-in and our whole stay seamless. Would absolutely come back again—such a special place for a special weekend!

Round Top, NY is a beautiful small town tucked away in the Catskills. We brought our dog and took many many walks in the various towns around the AirBnB. Aimen was a wonderful host and communicated quickly. The house is simple, modern and is amazing! Not a criticism, especially because we literally couldn’t find any AirBnBs with fences, but having a fenced in yard would make this 15/10 (instead of just 10/10) and would be an amazing selling point for folks with pets coming along with them. All in all it was a wonderful getaway and the AirBnB was luxurious and very comfortable!

We truly enjoyed our stay! It was a beautiful property in a convenient location to HITS and all the great restaurants downtown. The home was peaceful and comfortable, and well appointed. We loved the decor!!! Would definitely stay again!
