Everything about the stay was really nice and Josh was a wonderful host. He was responsive before my stay when I had questions for him and during the stay when I requested a 2 hour later check out time.

We didn’t get to stay long at Fernando’s place - we were needing a one night accommodation before getting back on the road, but we were happy to get the chance to stay here. The place is wonderfully decorated and looks very modern. Everything was spotless and the apartment was super clean. I was initially nervous about the neighborhood, as we noticed some sketchy individuals on the way however, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The bed was super comfy. The bathroom was incredibly clean and we were also able to use the washer and dryer which was convenient. Would be happy to stay here again if we are back in the Jacksonville area.

Ghazal’s place was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, organized, and the exact staycation we needed. We didn’t need anything during our stay, but Ghazal was very responsive upfront. We were welcomed with wine and chocolate, AND fresh flowers! Our entire stay was beyond our expectations. It was a short weekend for us, and we wished we had an extra day or two and talked about making this an annual, if not semi-annual, stay for us because we cannot wait to stay in this exact place again! And certainly with Ghazal - she was fantastic! Thank you so much!!

We had a last minute stay on our way back home from our cruise. Solace Escape made it very easy on us to find a place to let our family spread out for the night. The location is wonderful, too! I highly recommend the host as it’s not often you come across someone willing to help you find a last minute spot!

The rental was very convenient to the beach access. Even though this unit is across the highway from the beach, the view was absolutely gorgeous. The windows gave a perfect view of the ocean. Ray was excellent. We had one small issue and he immediately had it fixed. We will be visiting next year and plan for a longer stay. We loved it!

From the first minute I booked it Sam was on the money. He was fast to respond, kind, easy to work with and extremely helpful. The little place was clean, comfortable and easy to access. I was there by myself so I stayed in the room with the bigger bed. It was quite comfortable and had a ceiling fan. The bathroom was a little tight but it was clean. The washing machine and dryer were fantastic amenities to have. It wasn’t really clear that it was an apartment but that wasn’t that big a deal. The only complaint I had is the inconsiderate people who blared their music at night. Sam can’t control that so that’s not on him. The area isn’t the best but I wasn’t worried about anything. It needs to be more clear that this is an upstairs apartment. The ad was a little unclear. The price, the location for where I needed to be, and the surrounding area was outstanding. I would stay there again. Sam is fantastic to work with.

Great place! Everything was really clean and comfortable. There is some noise from the pool area if that would bother you. First day someone was playing loud music most the day at the pool. While i liked there music selection it was annoying after a while. After they left everything was fine. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Perfect location if you want to island hop. It is not near the beach. There is ample parking available around the beaches, and it is free. When we stayed, some renovations were underway around the complex. The pool area is situated directly outside the back porch, providing a quiet and serene setting. The condo is spottles and clean. The outdoor shower located on the front porch entrance offers an easy way to clean your feet after spending time at the beach. Thank you for letting us stay the weekend. We will be back.

Stacy is a fantastic host. We stayed 2 weeks and cooked in most meals. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to do that. Beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and supplies. The location was very convenient to the pier, beach access, shops, restaurants and a beautiful park. Check in and out was super easy. We would definitely stay at Stacy 's place again.

Amanda's listing was exceeded expectations. It was cozy and quaint, exactly what we wanted. We came to visit family and it gave us a perfect get away to enjoy when we weren't with them. Location was great, we loved stopping by Frosty's on our way back everyday. Centrally located to everything. The amenities on the property were great, we took advantage of the pool, pickle ball courts, and watching the ducks. Amanda was always quick to communicate, we will definitely be coming back!

This place is seriously a Gem. It’s in the best location, and close to everything. If you don’t want to deal with all the beach hustle and bustle, but still want to be close to it, this is the place to stay. We highly recommend this spot, and will be staying each time we come back into town. It’s perfect!

My Husband and I loved our stay at Monica’s place! He’s not even one for “aesthetics” but kept mentioning how it looked “even cuter than the pictures!” It was just what we needed for the night! We will definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

Lovely stay! Nice quiet area on a lake, extremely clean, plenty of blankets, toiletries, kitchen items, etc. Only 10 minutes from the airport which is perfect for when you have friends flying in.

Had a wonderful time here! Such a beautiful and quaint place. I would highly recommend for a weekend get-a-way or a more extensive stay! We plan to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Renovated condo was nice. Location in comparison to the pier and shops was ideal! We accidentally left some items in a drawer in the bathroom and Covenant quickly helped to locate it and start the process of mailing it to us. So thankful!!

This newly renovated property was in the most ideal location at Jax Beach. Walkable to the beach, dining & shops & they provided beach towels, chairs & an umbrella. The Nespresso machine with pods, sugar & creamer was also a plus. The hosts promptly greeted us upon our arrival & with clear instructions before check out. This is the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in & we can’t wait to return later this year!

I stayed at Liz’s place to visit with friends staying at the Omni Hotel. The shuttle was extremely convenient. Parking at the condo was never an issue. The balcony was amazing! I would definitely stay there again and was sad to have to leave. Thanks so much Liz!!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The beach items in the storage unit made our trips to the beach super easy! Brooke was super accommodating, checked in throughout the week & was extremely quick with responses! The location was perfect, parking was convenient & covered which was perfect for the beautiful week we had! Thanks again Brooke!!!

We had the best stay! This was a week-long family vacation (2 adults and 5 kids) at the end of May into the first week of June. The condo is very comfortable. The layout was great for us with a spacious kitchen/living area, two kids’ bedrooms (one of our girls used one of the trundles) with a bathroom nearby, and a suite for my husband and me. The suite also has a huge closet. The walk to the beach was an easy stroll across a fairly quiet street, and adorable downtown Fernandina Beach was a quick drive away (5ish minutes). Surroundings were very peaceful with the state park in the backyard. It is a clean, quiet complex overall. We loved the pool and the views from the balcony! The condo was well stocked, but if you have little ones, you might want to bring non-breakable plates and cups. Patty was a great host and quickly answered questions. We very much appreciated being able to have this space as our home away from home! Amelia Island is such a special place and we hope to return!

Wonderful stay. The location is great and the unit is so nicely decorated and very well appointed. Mary thought of everything to make her guests feel welcome and at home. Would definitely stay again.
