Holiday rentals with a pool in Sassi di Matera

What can I say, great experience and Antonio and Giusy are very helpful! Also flexible on checkout, having allowed us the opportunity to leave for an hour later. This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

Gabriele, Giovanni and their sister were extremely generous and hospitable hosts. Very friendly and kind. Very warm welcome with a nice tour of the house and surroundings, explaining how everything worked. They really did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house itself is very nice. Properly equipped kitchen. Spacious bedroom with a soft bed. Beautiful surroundings around the house and from the outside terrace, where it’s nice to have a coffee or breakfast, there is a nice view of the sea. Pool area great, with lounge chairs and a nice sitting area. Paolo has lots of good local recommendations for beaches and what to visit. At the house, There are also umbrellas available to take to the beach, which is a nice touch because it allows you to go to the free beaches. Overall highly recommend! A great base to explore valle d’itria!

Allison goes above and beyond. Fully stocked kitchen with fresh eggs ,fruit and wine.Anna brought us fresh pastries every morning, removed trash and changed and refreshed our bedrooms and bathrooms . The King beds and rooms are spacious and comfortable and the exterior has every amenity. Every detail has been thought through. Do not miss the opportunity to stay in this beautifully appointed vacation home.

Despite an arrival disrupted by a power outage due to a storm, everything has been done to restore the situation as soon as possible... Great accommodation, totally isolated and unusual!! Small downside, it may be a few basics for cooking: salt, pepper, oil,etc.

Gianna’s place is a true gem in Puglia. I hope I can some day return! The Villa is large and very comfortable for families (we had 5 but it easily could have handled 8 of us). The villa is very peaceful, and the pool is amazing for those warm Puglia days. Gianna was an amazing host with some fantastic recommendations which helped us feel right at home. Villa was sparkling clean. Gianna also included several provisions including water, local snacks and juices (which was greatly appreciated). The villa was a fantastic cost value for the nights we stayed. Villa is very well located and many of the major sights of Puglia are within 15-30 minute drive. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would gladly stay again at Villa Bruni!

We stayed at Cosimo and Laura's place for a week and we enjoyed it very much. We had a great time and were able to reach many places by car from our apartment. Communication with Cosimo or his wife Laura was great. Laura responded super quickly to all requests and also had great tips for the area. The pool is idyllic and our son and we had a lot of fun with it. The advertisement says that there are children's toys, and you should probably address Laura or Cosimo directly, as Apartment no toys are available. Since we had some with us, it was no “problem” for us. Overall we had a very nice week and would stop again any time.

Great accommodation located in a strategic position in the center of Bari, large room, clean, tidy, spacious and very bright. Also noteworthy is the balcony overlooking the street, with an attached coffee table for breakfast in the morning; very quiet and residential area. We hope to return to this apartment as soon as possible also to enjoy the beautiful jacuzzi provided to the room (unfortunately for reasons of time and time we have not been able to use it). Highly recommended, we'll be back!

andrea has been, since booking, many are available. The accommodation, located on the seventh and last floor in a beautiful newly built building, is spacious and with a spacious terrace where there is also a bicycle. Quiet apartment.

Perfect house for a quiet vacation, very good location, roofed parking and access to the adjoining hotel pool. Mr. Doménico has been very kind, he gave us very good recommendations and when we had a problem he set to solve it immediately. 100% recommended.

Angela is an amazing person, the accommodation offered is superb, the place is quiet and restful, the pool is a real plus, and the garden with sunbed and hammock is great. Angela recommended us restaurants that were divine, where we were welcomed great, she had even booked for us! In short, go there without a second thought! Big favorite for Malaika and especially Nana, her dogs who are so adorable!

We were very well received in Mrs. Tina and Mr. Vittorio's house, very polite, kind and helpful people. They welcomed us warmly, explained the characteristics of the apartment well, they made us find the necessary for breakfast and the basic things they needed in the house. Stayed for Christmas we were very happy to find the house decorated. The apartment is large, very comfortable in a quiet location, with ample parking. There is a bus stop for the center right outside the house, 300 m away there is a well-stocked bakery and two supermarkets, a pharmacy, a tobacco bar, and a grocery store. Too bad that having stayed in winter, we could not take advantage of the beautiful pool and garden. We recommend this apartment for staying in Matera. Next time we come to Matera, we will gladly return to Domus Angela

We have had a fantastic week at Vittorios place. The apartment is spotlessly clean, fantastic air conditioning and the washing machine was a bonus. The apartment is a five minute walk from Torre A Mare which is buzzing and full of life. We went to some amazing beaches. Vittorio was so kind and helpful - I was ill when we arrived and his help was invaluable. We loved the apartment which was cosy and clean and we loved the area. This place is a 10/10 for us and we would definitely come again! Thank you Vittorio!

Great location to explore Puglia!

Good morning I stayed in this apartment recently. Very clean house, helpful and kind owners made me feel at home, even in the village and the people at the entrance in the guardhouse were helpful and friendly. In the evening by the pool they always organized something. I would say that if it weren't for the fact that my car broke down and this year the shuttle service didn't leave from the village, they would have been perfect. Simona
