Magnifique séjour! Situé en pleine nature. Très belle et grande piscine entourée de lavandes et d'oliviers. Détente et déconnexion au rendez-vous. Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire. Giancarlo nous a donné de bons renseignements sur la région, les spécialités locales et restaurants. Très bon acceuil de Serena qui nous servait le petit-déjeuner chaque matin. Our stay has been amazing! The host is very welcoming and helpful. The property is clean, very well decorated and furnished. The location in the city center is very convenient. You can leave the car in the garage and enjoy walking through the city. We loved it a lot.!

Gabriele, Giovanni and their sister were extremely generous and hospitable hosts. Very friendly and kind. Very warm welcome with a nice tour of the house and surroundings, explaining how everything worked. They really did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house itself is very nice. Properly equipped kitchen. Spacious bedroom with a soft bed. Beautiful surroundings around the house and from the outside terrace, where it’s nice to have a coffee or breakfast, there is a nice view of the sea. Pool area great, with lounge chairs and a nice sitting area. Paolo has lots of good local recommendations for beaches and what to visit. At the house, There are also umbrellas available to take to the beach, which is a nice touch because it allows you to go to the free beaches. Overall highly recommend! A great base to explore valle d’itria!

Allison goes above and beyond. Fully stocked kitchen with fresh eggs ,fruit and wine.Anna brought us fresh pastries every morning, removed trash and changed and refreshed our bedrooms and bathrooms . The King beds and rooms are spacious and comfortable and the exterior has every amenity. Every detail has been thought through. Do not miss the opportunity to stay in this beautifully appointed vacation home.

Malgré une arrivée perturbée par une panne d’électricité due à une tempête, tout a été fait pour rétablir la situation au plus vite… Super logement, totalement isolé et insolite !! Petit bémol, il manque peut être quelques éléments de base pour cuisiner : sel, poivre, huile,…

We had a lovely stay at Francesco’s house. It is in a beautiful peaceful location in the countryside but still only a short drive to Monopoli. The garden and the fantastic pool area are a big highlight. The house was spotlessly clean and Francesco’s communication and responsiveness was excellent.

Perfect place for a family. We had just 4 nights at Leo’s place and we were not disappointed. He returned messages promptly and any questions he responded with the correct information. On arrival the check-in was pretty simple. Automated pedestrian and vehicle gates. And once inside we were very pleased with the house. All pictures are correct and we half knew what to expect. It was also good to put our three boys downstairs while we had the upstairs room. Although one room downstairs wasn’t a proper room, it didn’t affect the boys at all. And there were two bathrooms downstairs to look after the three bedrooms. There was clean bedding, towels and also plenty of pool towels too - along with a football for the small astroturf 2 minutes walk away. The kitchen was stocked well with tea, paper towels, clingfilm, foil, sugar, bin bags and there was filtered water from the tap. There was also a great bean to cup coffee machine with milk frother - so great for morning coffees on the veranda.

We decided very last minute to visit Matera, so only booked a few hours before arriving. Everything went well. The communication was very helpful, the location perfect and the apartment very comfortable!

Stayed for 1 night whilst visiting Matera for the Giro d’Italia. Beautiful location, lovely property. Super helpful, providing free or paid parking options within walking distance. Fresh breakfast delivery in the morning was lovely. Beds & pillows super comfy & all other facilities a great standard. 100% would stay here again.

siamo stati accolti molto bene con check in anticipato dal sig Pino estremamente gentile e decisamente molto dettagliato nelle spiegazioni del luogo che avevamo sottovalutato ma che ci sono state utili nel nostro soggiorno a Matera. La zona è tranquilla ma per arrivare al centro è meglio spostarsi in macchina. L' appartamento è abbastanza nuovo, pulitissimo e molto fresco nonostante le elevate temperature esterne. Ci hanno anche lasciato tutto l' occorrente per fare colazione. nel complesso ottima esperienza, grazie mille!

Salvatore is amazing. He went out of his way to organise our parking and help us move into his apartment. The apartment itself is very tidy and clean with majestic views of the old town of Matera. So very beautiful. We enjoyed our stay in this stunning and unusual time and being welcomed by such a friendly and helpful host really made the difference.

This is a great place to stay to check out the whole of the old town of Matera. One bedroom is fabulous, the kitchen is very well equipped and the bathrooms are fine. The second bedroom could do with some more furniture - a small table, bedside lights etc. if there are two of you one of you will get a much shorter straw (we flipped a coin)!

We loved Mikaela’s place, really a gem. She sent a video to help us find it, which worked beautifully. Wandering the old town was amazing, especially in the early evening light. We loved learning our way around, and figuring out the different ways to the apartment. The beds were comfy and we loved the bathroom. We also loved the terrace and enjoyed coffee and breakfast on it, really loving the view.

Angelo nous a très bien accueilli, il nous a indiqué que voir à matera et nous avons eu des aliments de bien venu ce qui est très appréciable. Il y a un extérieur pour garer la voiture et nous avons aimé prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse au calme, et le barbecue était très appréciable. Seul bémol pas de congélateur pour les glaçons mais dans l'ensemble l'appartement était bien agencé. Je recommande à 100 % Merci à angelo.

L'appartamento di Chiara é in posizione ideale per visitare Matera ed é spazioso, molto pulito e completo di tutto il necessario. Ha anche un piacevolissimo spazio esterno. Chiara fornisce anche una abbondante colazione! Raccomandatissimo!

The location of Flavia's place is incredible and the space itself- wow! To stay in an actual cave is a step back in time, very special. It's spacious and everything was perfect. Flavia was the perfect host, responding quickly to everything we needed, providing local information and more. If you're coming to Matera, you need to stay in this special cave home.

Meget centralt i Sassi Caveosa. Man kan gå til alt. Fin bolig i traditionelt hus med højt til loftet og lille grotte til soveværelse. Der er ingen døre mellem stue/værelse og hems, så man kan høre hinanden, hvis man er flere afsted. I oktober var der ikke gener fra støj fra restauranterne som andre har beskrevet. Dejligt sted at være.

This apartment in Matera is at the highest point in the town. The rooftop views were amazing at night. The beds and bedrooms were very spacious. The room with the sofa bed does not have a door to the bathroom, but it is up the stairs and mostly private. The walk to the apartment is about 8-10 minutes from the parking area. Only the last 50 meters or so are steps, but it is pretty steep. Great communication from the host.

What more could we have asked for in a romantic weekend getaway?! Marilisa and Raffaele are amazing hosts who had everything prepared for our arrival. They were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs and wants. Located about 30 minutes away from Matera and about 50 minutes from Taranto, Laterza is the perfect mid point for a mountain/beach weekend. If you don’t want to travel much outside the area, Laterza itself is a beautiful city to soak in as well. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again!!!

Buen departamento, me sentí muy cómodo y es lo que esperaba y me lo había imaginado, cumplió con mis espectativas y lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas. El estacionamiento un punto a favor!!

Giuseppe e la sua famiglia sono stati molto disponibili e ci hanno dato suggerimenti preziosi per visitare Matera. L’appartamento è spazioso e a 10 minuti in macchina dal centro di Matera, molto comodo.
