Holiday rentals with a pool in Sarthe

Great country house! We had a great weekend with the family. The pool is really hot and the room is beautiful. House with all the necessities inside. Small countryside ideal for rejuvenation. Great communication from the host!

Our stay at Marianne and Frédéric's was superb, a timeless moment in a real haven of peace. The exteriors are beautiful and so soothing: beautiful flowers, the lake, the pool… everything was perfect! The recommended addresses were a great help and the breakfast was excellent. Thanks also to Frédéric for the visit to his space dedicated to photography, it was very interesting. We'll be back, that's for sure!

Pleasant and relaxing stay at Mélissa's, after the day spent at the Zoo, a small quiet haven awaited us, well arranged, tastefully decorated, well equipped, very holiday-like, to rest. Very flexible access times to their pool due to the high temperatures, it was a very enjoyable end to the day. Welcoming family, thank you for having us at your home. All the best.

We had a great time at Patrick and Elisabeth's house, a real haven of peace after our busy days at MotoGP. The place is cozy, tastefully decorated, and it immediately feels like a home away from home. The bedding is comfortable, the place is perfectly quiet — no noise, which ensures total rest. The location is ideal: just 20 minutes from the circuit, while being away from the hustle and bustle. Patrick and Elisabeth are caring, caring and very responsive hosts. Their warm welcome really contributed to the quality of our stay. The pool is a real plus to relax, although we wish we had more time to enjoy it. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility and proximity to Le Mans. Thanks again to Patrick and Elisabeth!

The accommodation was very nice and suitable for a large family...The decoration - tastefully furnished - is warm , you feel welcomed there. The most was undoubtedly a kitchen ( and its utensils) suitable for as many people as possible... It happens very frequently when we rent a house and there are many of us, that the equipment offered on site is inadequate with the number of beds. Here it is not the case!!! Everything is done to accommodate guests in the best conditions. Thanks Oliver & Lalaina

We had a great stay at Véronique's! The cottage is very well equipped, the garden superb and the heated pool magnificent! Véronique is a lovely host, very welcoming, flexible and exchanges are simple. We took advantage of the surroundings to visit, which are superb I would highly recommend it! Great stay spent in this cottage composed of 2 apartments and 3 bedrooms. Shared Terrace & Spa. Oriane was available to inquire or guide us. Beautiful environment with a few animals in a pen just next door. Despite this, the place remains very quiet and we have only rubbed shoulders with a few neighbors hosted at the same time as us. Everything is beautiful and well decorated. A few tables outside. Possibility to make a very nice barbecue. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficiently equipped for a stay for two with outings in the area. Bedding in a very good condition, as well as the crib. Parking nearby. Small grocery store with dishes made of jars that greatly troubleshoot as well as other products (honey, syrup, terrines, beers, ice cream, etc.). In short, an idyllic pied-à-terre to explore the region or chill by the pool and beard!

Very good, quiet accommodation and not far from the 24-hour circuit. Yann is a good host, attentive and available for his guests. We highly recommend this listing.

Great space, secure private residence. Refurbished, fully equipped, TV projector consoles all streaming available. And in season, the pool. What more is needed for this price

Very beautiful house. The garden is splendid with a beautiful pool and the Loir at the end of the garden. 10 minutes from the Arrow Zoo. We had a lovely stay.

An estate as we often dream of: authenticity, cleanliness and full of charm. Added to this is a vast lot and plenty of amenities. Perfect for a stay with family or friends. Flexible and available host. The city of Le Lude is 5 mins by car with a few restaurants. I would recommend 100%:)
