François and his wife were very welcoming and very accommodating and flexible on schedules the house was spotless in a very quiet and relaxing place

This is such a quiet and peaceful place surrounded by nature. The backyard is stunning and kids friendly. The guest house is completely private. There are around 5 steps to access the property. Some steps are also necessary to access the bathroom. The adult bedroom is a mezzanine over the kitchen. The staircase lands in the kids bedroom, which is a mezzanine over the family room. It is ideal for a couple with one or two children. The wifi doesn’t work but there is cellular coverage in the area for the phone.

A lovely peaceful studio/converted barn at the end of a sleepy village. Francoise was helpful at all times and a great communicator. A great host!

We stayed in the cottage for the Grand Prix de France, MotoGP. We were hosted very well. The cottage is easy to access very pleasant and quiet.

Excellent stay, quiet! The pool is small but very nice, the view of the lake is idyllic. The house is clean and functional. Attention the two bedrooms follow one another, so you have to go through one to reach the other. And finally, maybe there was a little lack of dishes (just a small stove for example) but overall it was a beautiful stay!

Warmly welcomed into the cottage, it was a real pleasure to spend this stay here. The cottage was incredibly clean, it has absolutely everything you need to cook. All instructions are there. It's a pleasure to be able to enjoy such a large lot in the garden and the barbecue! The hosts are incredibly kind and very responsive, I recommend it!

Nelly is very friendly and speaks English very helpful to us as our French is poor. Lovely to sit by the pool & walk in the grounds of the house. We walked into Le Mans. Beautiful city, had a lovely meal visited the river. Also toured the local area and visited Fresnay-sur-Sarthe. Would like to go back.

We had a wonderful stay: Karine and José are a generous, warm and friendly couple. We had the chance to dine with them and we spent one of the most beautiful moments of our stay. The premises were clean, the room cozy with Netflix as a bonus. We used the pool and deckchairs in their beautiful garden, where they grow a vegetable garden and Karine gave us fruits such as raspberries and cherries. The guard cat, Lucky, was very cute and greeted us and kept us company throughout the stay. Thank you so much to Karine and José for giving us a wonderful time, we will definitely come back.
