We are less than a kilometer from the Bercé equestrian center, renowned for these CCEs, and 30 minutes from the European Yvre-Épée Horse Center. MKF is less than 3 km away to participate in scheduled retreats and internships. Also ideal for business trips, we are 15 minutes from the Ecommoy and Parigné-l'Évêque interchanges.

Holiday cottage in the heart of Perche (10 min from Bellême and 50 min from Le Mans) can accommodate up to 5 people The accommodation is located on the first floor of a former outbuilding and consists of a large living room, a dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The house is open to a garden where you can relax, enjoy the quiet of the Percher countryside and admire our vegetable garden. Looking forward to welcoming you to our haven !

We welcome you to a beautiful outbuilding of an old farmhouse restored as a gîte 15 km from Le Mans. In the countryside, come and enjoy the calm of our cottage. Guests can enjoy an independent garden and a (non-heated) swimming pool open in summer (end of May-beginning of September). With a capacity of 8 travelers, the cottage is ideal for families, couples or lovers of car racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from Boulerie Jump).

Gypsy caravan and Nordic bath

Restored gypsy caravan on our property. The trailer is equipped with a bed area and a kitchen area with sink and fridge as well as electricity. The trailer is not equipped with a bathroom but you will have a Nordic bath to relax in peace. Also: dry toilet, barbecue, bikes and a small outdoor terrace. Breakfast is included in the nightly rate but you can also have a packed lunch on order before your arrival
