Båtebacken's cafe is nearby and it is walking as well as cycling distance to cafes, restaurants and swimming on Styrsö and Donsö.

Vallda Sandö Nature Reserve also offers lovely nature and swimming. Also close to golf, fishing, hiking, bike trails, pizza and grocery store. On the farm there are horses, dogs, cats.

Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).
