Beautiful house, very clean. The environment is quiet. Well placed to discover the Riviera del Conero. The pool is a big plus when it's very hot. It was much appreciated by the children. We recommend this listing

We stayed here for a long weekend in May The environment and location are beautiful, in the green Umbrian hills and away from traffic and noise. We had some difficulty finding access but Bianca gave us phone support. The house has everything you need for your stay. I suggest bringing some food supplies because the house is a little far from the town center, about 2 km, but there is a bakery that can also be reached on foot, although not very close

We rented Roberto's place to spend the last days of the year. The apartment is perfect for spending time in a quiet environment, in the company of friends. The environment is comfortable and equipped for every need with very well-kept outdoor spaces. Roberto was helpful and extremely kind. Really a nice place to spend some pleasant time.

we spent a week at Antonella's place and it was a fantastic week. The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy, nothing is missing! The context of the residence is very convenient for both the beach and the surroundings, the area is wonderful and worth visiting. Antonella was hospitable, she met us for check-in and checkout times, she was always available. I recommend this location to everyone and especially Antonella's apartment, it was a beautiful vacation and we will definitely be back!

We stayed in casa Vicolo with our two children (4 and 6 yrs old). The house is beautifully rustic with lovely artwork, wooden beams, a huge fireplace, and Italian tiling, also spacious with a little veranda perfect for relaxing and drying off washing/ swim wear daily after using the pool (with a cupboard containing a float and a couple of foam noodles) and games area (basketball, table tennis and table fuseball). Kids were comfortable in their two single beds room and our double bedroom was spacious, both with attached bathrooms and AC units (temperatures hit 40 degrees in Aug). The kitchen had everything we needed after we did our own shop of essential foods for meals. The hosts were all very helpful and recommendations of local towns, restaurants and olive oil tastings were great. We will definitely be returning to Borgo Acquariua. Daiana’s place is clean and spacious and in a lovely location. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and Daiana was very responsive and helpful. And flexible with check out. The house could do with a few more basic items which Daiana provided when requested. We were attending an event at the nearby castle so it was as an ideal location. The pool however was still closed for the winter so worth checking in advance.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marzia's place. The house was cosy and the area was breathtaking. Marzia is very friendly and communicates smoothly. She also likes to give extra information about the things you can do in the nearby villages. Thanks for the lovely stay. The Belgium girls

Lovely place - really far from everything - quiet area. Giorgio and his family are very welcoming and helpful. Google translate was a great help as we didn't know much Italian before departure. The family made great recommendations in the nearby cities. Assisi, Forlignio and Spello are really beautiful cities. Great pool was used every day-everything is cared for and cared for every day for the enjoyment of guests.

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

Special stay in Lucia's very spacious apartment, with a beautiful garden and a breathtaking view of the Conero hills. Initially, the strong personality of the house has moved us a little, but we were greeted by Gigliola (Lucia's mother) with great kindness. Strategic location for the sea (15-20 minutes) and beautiful excursions (Loreto, Sirolo, Passo del Lupo). Going back to this "home" after our days was a real pleasure. Thank you Lucia! Elena was very punctual and precise in giving me the right directions to find the accommodation, which is located in the heart of Umbria and in a pleasantly isolated and therefore quiet area. The house was clean and tidy and matched with the photos . Various directions from the host inside the apartment made the night simple. A note of merit for the presence of a cabinet where we found books, comics , but also crayons and sheets for children to have fun. Elena also showed us a small restaurant in the area where we had a great dinner Finally, I recommend the apartment as a base to visit the many attractions of the area.

Spello is a lovely city, but small enough to feel comfortable in right away. The apartment has lovely views, a nice terrace and is a few minutes from the sites, restaurants and stores. Also very near the station for excursions. Roberto is a very considerate host, and it was a lovely stay.

We loved the place and offered to buy it. Next time we stay we will ask for the larger unit. Our unit had large rooms and well equipped for a two week stay. Honestly this is an amazing find and I will stay again.

Caterina's house is truly a gem! Clean and tidy, very comfortable to live in and in an optimal position to reach the station and other services on foot, as well as the promenade! If I return to Porto San Giorgio, it will be my first choice! Congratulations Caterina and thank you

We spent 10 days in Coppo/Sirolo and loved Alessias beautyful apartment. It is very clean and has a very good equipped , pretty new kitchen. The two bathrooms plus washing machine are also very nice. The apartment is close to the most beautyful beaches but still in a quiet area. Supermarket is close, also the bus station if you plan to leave the car. Alessia is such a lovely lady and always ready to help whenever help is needed. We definitely recommend her as a host!

Caterina's accommodation is always recommended. We had a lovely, relaxing stay. The area around Sirolo invites you to good food and excursions, we have been to the area several times. We liked Caterina the best, the apartment matches the description, the living area is nice and spacious, the communication was very pleasant.

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this house in Italy. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome basket filled with delicacies prepared by our hosts, including a freshly made cake, simply delicious! A delicate touch that set the perfect tone for our stay. The house is superb, perfectly equipped and offers all the comforts necessary for a carefree stay. The setting is exceptional. From the terrace, we were able to enjoy stunning views of the Italian countryside, ideal for unforgettable moments of relaxation. The serenity of the place allowed us to disconnect completely and savor every moment. Our hosts were very available, always ready to answer any questions we had or resolve any concerns. We leave with our hearts filled with wonderful memories and with the certain desire to return. Thanks for the exceptional hospitality.

Lucia is a caring host and attentive to the needs of guests! We felt right at home. The accommodation is characteristic, well-kept, super clean and offers the right privacy. The outdoor space makes you feel lucky to have discovered a place surrounded by nature just a few minutes from the center of Ascoli. Unfortunately, our stay was short, but it left us with the desire to return to the house on the river as soon as possible. Thanks again to Lucia and her family for the wonderful experience.

Everything was lovely!

I really can’t recommend it enough – we had an amazing time in an amazing location. The flat is big, lovely and has everything you need (incl. dishwasher and washing machine) as well as a huge terrace with absolutely stunning views of the Sibillini mountains and the town of Sarnarno. Simply a breathtaking sight to wake up to every morning. Pool is great – although shared, there are only two properties on the site, so it’s not shared by many, and is ideal for cooling off and relaxing. Fabio and Lucia (and the family) were wonderful – there for absolutely anything you need, but not in an obtrusive way: you’re left to enjoy your holiday. Sarnarno itself (15-20 minute walk away; 2 minutes by car) is lovely and has everything you need: supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants. I miss it as I write this review… There are also multiple other stunning places to visit in the area, all within an hour’s drive (or much less). It was everything I hoped it would be - and much more.

Charming apartment located in a wonderful environment! The guests are kind and helpful, they have thought of everything, nothing is missing. You can take beautiful walks starting from the house, then in the evening there is peace and quiet, in short, an ideal place for those looking for tranquility and nature. At the same time, the village is just a short distance away!

Roberta's lovely annex met our expectations and made our stay more than comfortable. Roberta welcomed us two hours earlier than expected and, as if we were family, she had a delicious apple cake and a bottle of sparkling wine for my partner's birthday, which I had told her about at the time of booking. As if that weren't enough, the fridge was full of yogurt of all kinds, milk and fruit juice. In the kitchen, there were multiple varieties of tea, coffee both in powder and in pods, biscuits and croissants, rusks, and various types of jams. Roberta was nice, kind, helpful, affable and her B&B fully reflects her. Very comfortable bed, fragrant towels, shampoo, bubble bath, hair dryer of decent power. In short, the perfect place to stay to comfortably visit Spoleto and its surroundings, but above all to enjoy healthy relaxation in an estate surrounded by nature.
