Belle maison, très propre. L’environnement est calme. Bien placée pour découvrir la Riviera del Conero. La piscine est un grand plus lorsqu’il fait très chaud. Elle a été très appréciée par les enfants. Nous recommandons ce logement

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per un lungo fine settimana di maggio L'ambiente e la location sono bellissimi, nelle colline umbre verdi e lontano dal traffico e dal rumore. Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a trovare l'accesso ma Bianca ci ha dato supporto telefonico. La casa è provvista del necessario per il soggiorno. Suggerisco di portarsi qualche genere alimentare di scorta perché la casa è un po' lontana dal centro abitato, circa 2 km, nei dintorni però c'è un panificio raggiungibile anche a piedi, anche se non vicinissimo

abbiamo trascorso una settimana nell'alloggio di Antonella ed è stata una settimana fantastica. L'appartamento è spazioso,pulito, ordinato,non manca nulla! il contesto del residence è comodissimo sia per la spiaggia che per i dintorni,la zona è meravigliosa e vale la pena visitarla. Antonella è stata ospitale,ci è venuta incontro per gli orari di check-in e checkout, è sempre stata disponibile. Consiglio a tutti questa località e soprattutto l'appartamento di Antonella,sono state delle vacanze bellissime e sicuramente torneremo!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad met het beste zwembad (diep om te duiken), een prieel met schaduw en mooi uitzicht. Binnen blijft het koel. Verblijf is op de eerste verdieping, flinke trap op en in het huis ook maar dat houd je in beweging :). Eigenaren spreken een klein beetje Engels maar met google translate kom je ver. Aardige verhuurders. Er is een trouwlocatie en dan hoor je wat muziek. Dat vonden wij wel leuk. De meeste keren is het op tijd stil. All met al een leuk verblijf.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marzia's place. The house was cosy and the area was breathtaking. Marzia is very friendly and communicates smoothly. She also likes to give extra information about the things you can do in the nearby villages. Thanks for the lovely stay. The Belgium girls

Dejligt sted - virkelig langt fra alt - stille område. Giorgio og hans familie er meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Google translate var en god hjælp da vi ikke kunne meget italiensk inden afrejse. Familien kom med gode anbefalinger i nærbyerne. Assisi, Forlignio og Spello er virkelig smukke byer. Lækker pool blev benyttet hver dag - alt er passet og plejet hver dag til glæde for gæsterne.

Door de gastvrijheid van Erik en Isabelle voelden wij ons gelijk thuis. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn een drankje bij aankomst, vijgen uit de tuin kunnen plukken en veel kennis van de omgeving willen delen. Een omgeving waar stress ver te zoeken is en humor aanwezig is.

Traumhaft schöne Lage in den Bergen, schöner Pool und gute funktionelle Einrichtung. Man muss sich nur im klaren sein, dass es ein sehr ruhiger Ort ist und man für Ausflüge oder Ähnliches min. 30 min bis 2 Stunden fahren muss was für uns aber völlig ok war. Angelo ist ein toller Gastgeber, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Soggiorno speciale nell'appartamento spaziosissimo di Lucia, con un bel giardino e vista mozzafiato sulle colline del Conero. Inizialmente la forte personalità della casa ci ha un po' spiazzato, ma siamo stati accolti da Gigliola (mamma di Lucia) con grande gentilezza. Posizione strategica per mare (15-20 minuti) e bellissime escursioni (Loreto, Sirolo, Passo del Lupo). Tornare in questa "casa" dopo le nostre giornate è stato un vero piacere. Grazie Lucia! What a breath of fresh air. We loved Rome but everyone should take a break on their journey and come stay a few days to unwind, drink wine and smell the Jasmin in this beautiful place. Stefania’s place is much better than the photos because the love and care Stefania puts into every detail only comes across in person. Great for a group if you are lucky enough to snag a couple units.

My family's favorite home we stayed at during visiting Italy. Roomy, well laid out and appoint. Wonderful location, great host. Just perfect!

Appartamento grazioso situato in un ambiente stupendo! Gli ospiti sono gentili e disponibili, hanno pensato a tutto, non manca niente. Si può fare delle bellissime passeggiate partendo da casa, poi alla sera c'è pace e silenzio, insomma un posto ideale per ci cerca tranquillità e natura. Allo stesso tempo il paese dista poco!

We spent 10 days in Coppo/Sirolo and loved Alessias beautyful apartment. It is very clean and has a very good equipped , pretty new kitchen. The two bathrooms plus washing machine are also very nice. The apartment is close to the most beautyful beaches but still in a quiet area. Supermarket is close, also the bus station if you plan to leave the car. Alessia is such a lovely lady and always ready to help whenever help is needed. We definitely recommend her as a host!

La graziosa dependance di Roberta ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative e ha reso il nostro soggiorno più che confortevole. Roberta ci ha accolti due ore prima del previsto e, come fossimo persone di famiglia, ci ha fatto trovare una deliziosa torta di mele e una bottiglia di spumante per l’occasione del compleanno del mio compagno, di cui l’avevo messa al corrente al momento della prenotazione. Come se non bastasse, il frigo era pieno di yogurt di ogni tipo, latte e succo di frutta. In cucina c’erano molteplici varietà di tè, caffè sia in polvere che in cialda, biscotti e brioches, fette biscottate, varie tipologie di confetture. Roberta è stata carina, gentile, disponibile, affabile e il suo b&b la rispecchia appieno. Letto comodissimo, asciugamani profumatissimi, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, phon di una discreta potenza. Insomma, il luogo perfetto in cui alloggiare per visitare comodamente Spoleto e dintorni ma soprattutto per godersi del sano relax in una tenuta immersa nella natura.

Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza di Pasqua in famiglia (io, mia moglie e i nostri due bambini di 2 e 8 anni). L’appartamento, appena ristrutturato, è accogliente, caldo e profuma di legno. Dotato di tutti i comfort, con cucina attrezzata e letti comodissimi, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Il giardino è ampio e curato, perfetto per rilassarsi mentre i bambini giocano. Il cane di famiglia, educato e dolcissimo, ha fatto compagnia ai nostri figli per ore: si sono divertiti tantissimo a giocare a palla insieme! Una menzione speciale va a Stefano e Stefania, i proprietari: gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti, ci hanno accolti con calore e ospitalità. È raro trovare un posto così autentico, dove sentirsi davvero in famiglia. Una Pasqua indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca tranquillità, natura e un’accoglienza sincera.

Che dire? Tutto è andato a perfezione. La casa è deliziosa, grande, comoda, con una vista sui colli che digradano a mare che... fa stare molto bene. Il luogo è epicentro perfetto per chi vuole "miscelare" mare con escursioni giornaliere alla scoperta di tutta la bellezza di questa terra.

Nous avons passé une semaine absolument merveilleuse dans cette maison en Italie. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise de recevoir un panier d'accueil rempli de délicatesses préparées par nos hôtes, dont un gâteau fraîchement confectionné, tout simplement délicieux ! Une attention délicate qui a donné le ton parfait à notre séjour. La maison est superbe, parfaitement équipée et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour sans souci. Le cadre est exceptionnel. Depuis la terrasse, nous avons pu profiter d’une vue imprenable sur la campagne italienne, idéale pour des moments de détente inoubliables. La sérénité des lieux nous a permis de nous déconnecter complètement et de savourer chaque instant. Nos hôtes ont fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité, toujours prêts à répondre à toutes nos questions ou à résoudre les moindres soucis. Nous repartons le cœur rempli de merveilleux souvenirs et avec l’envie certaine de revenir. Merci pour cette hospitalité exceptionnelle

What a magical place! Beautiful and comfortable 2 bed, 1 bath on the top floor. All with wonderful mid century furniture, crockery and cutlery. Everything you need in the kitchen, great gas hob and large fridge freezer. Downstairs is the magic - open sided lounge area looking out over the wonderful vista of the mountains in the distance and the towns below. Large new BBQ which we used, and then sat out with a glass of wine watching the rainbows, sunset and twinkling night lights below. Francesco was wonderful - meeting us and then directing us in his car to the property which is out of the town. Perfect stay - wish it was not for just a stop over but for a few days. Highly recommend.

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Abbiamo trascorso in 8 amici un fine anno e inizio 2025, in un posto splendido. Posto tranquillo e perfetto per trascorrere giornate in relax, tutto al casale è stato impeccabile, la casa è molto calda e ha tutti i confort a portata di mano; le splendide giornate che abbiamo incontrato, ci hanno permesso di scoprire i dintorni favolosi di queste terre. Vorrei fare un complimento a Valter, splendida persona che si è messo a piena disposizione, rendendo il nostro soggiorno come se fossimo a casa. Grazie a tutti, non mancherà il nostro consiglio positivo a chi vorrà soggiornare a casa Argentella. Un arrivederci a presto.

Lucia è una host premurosa ed attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti! Ci siamo sentiti a casa. L’alloggio è caratteristico, curato, super pulito e offre la giusta privacy. Lo spazio esterno ti fa sentire fortunato di aver scoperto un luogo immerso nella natura a pochi minuti dal centro di Ascoli. Il nostro è stato un soggiorno purtroppo veloce, ma ci ha lasciato nel cuore la voglia di tornare alla casa sul fiume al più presto. Grazie ancora a Lucia e alla sua famiglia per la bellissima esperienza.

Das Haus von Benjamin ist wirklich wunderschön und vor allem war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (ausreichend Geschirr, Handtücher, Küchenutensilien). Die Kommunikation war Benjamin war super und aufgetretene Probleme wurden sofort behoben. Benjamin hat uns zudem tolle Restaurants und Strände empfohlen. Das Haus liegt in absolut ruhiger Alleinlage und hat einen tollen Pool.

I really can’t recommend it enough – we had an amazing time in an amazing location. The flat is big, lovely and has everything you need (incl. dishwasher and washing machine) as well as a huge terrace with absolutely stunning views of the Sibillini mountains and the town of Sarnarno. Simply a breathtaking sight to wake up to every morning. Pool is great – although shared, there are only two properties on the site, so it’s not shared by many, and is ideal for cooling off and relaxing. Fabio and Lucia (and the family) were wonderful – there for absolutely anything you need, but not in an obtrusive way: you’re left to enjoy your holiday. Sarnarno itself (15-20 minute walk away; 2 minutes by car) is lovely and has everything you need: supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants. I miss it as I write this review… There are also multiple other stunning places to visit in the area, all within an hour’s drive (or much less). It was everything I hoped it would be - and much more.

Die gemütliche Unterkunft befindet sich in ruhiger Lage mitten in einem romantischen Bergdorf mit herrlichem Ausblick. Die Ausstattung ist gut, WLAN vorhanden, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in die Monti Sibillini. Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Bars sind fußläufig erreichbar. Marco war gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit - er hat uns sogar einen vergessenen Gegenstand per Post nachgeschickt.
