Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sargent

We had an issue with the fridge in one room, but guest services handled the room move quickly and hassle-free. Amazing stay and will definitely come back!!

The house is really nice, and you really can't beat being right on the beach. Our whole family had such a great time. Some were out on the beach all day, while others could enjoy the view from inside. We would definitely stay again!

Great location just down from the beach and the jetty. Large covered upstairs patio with comfortable seating which was handy on the one rainy day that we had while we were there so we could still sit outside.

Adorable beach house in THE BEST location!! Literally a walk through the backyard and over a bridge through the dunes to the beach!! Loved that we shared this area with a few families that rented on the same row. Almost like having a private beach at times. The host was always super friendly in her communication! Will definitely consider rebooking this property if ever back in Surfside 🏖️

The home was just as described. The beach was so close we could easily run back to the house if something was needed. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs and the wagon. We had a great stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this cozy little beach house. I stayed for 4 nights. The house was cool and super comfortable after a hot day outside. I walked to the beach every morning and I walked around the neighborhood at night. Parking on site. Clean home with all the necessary amenities. I didn’t need to contact the hosts, but I’m sure they would have been responsive. I’d love to stay again someday. Thank you !!!

This is an excellent place to stay if you're visiting Surfside. While we loved the home, the frustration with the lock and door was a constant throughout our visit and should be fixed. The home was very clean and there were many touches to make it extra comfortable including all of the baby items, games, records, etc. The hosts were responsive and eager to help. The location is superb with easy access to the beach and the one good restaurant nearby. Overall, we did love this house and would recommend it. However, we would not return to Surfside due to the lack of amenities, restaurants, grocery, etc. We wanted to try a new part of the TX coast and while we loved the house, we did not love the town/community of Surfside and would rather keep driving to get into Galveston where there is much more to do with kids. But for a quiet getaway, this would be a wonderful option! Thanks for hosting us!!

This place was amazing! Definitely recommend to anyone that wants to have beach access at the front of the door. Very peaceful and I was able to bring my fur baby to enjoy the getaway weekend with us.

What a great view, you just step down from the house to enjoy the beach, super convenient:) Being able to hear the ocean was amazing, deck space is huge and private, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location!! Close to places to walk too on the beach. WiFi worked perfectly and there was just enough of everything for the weekend. Can’t wait to go back!

We had a great stay at Nana’s getaway! The beach was right by the condo and the balcony had wonderful ocean views. Ashley was very kind and responsive – highly recommend!

Love staying here when we go to Surfside. We have stayed at this address 3 times now in 2 different units. No shoes necessary to get to beach! Walk down the stairs from the unit, and you are on the beach. We always stay in the lower units … not the top ones. The porches on the lower units get the shade from the units above them. The kitchen supplies aren’t great. We bring our own sharp knives, frying pan and ziplock bags or storage containers. The space is minimal and functional. Just what I want for the beach, frankly. Bed was really, really comfortable and we slept great each night. Great location. Best location on Surfside, IMO. The beach is much less crowded here compared to the locations closer to the bridge. And there are 2 restaurants walking distance as well as ice cream shop even closer. 979 properties is very responsive. Never had any problems with them.

Thank you for such a wonderful weekend. My husband and I are celebrating our wedding anniversary and it was a beautiful way to celebrate. We work many hours a week and we were thinking of coming at least once a month to release stress in this spectacular place, with the sea breeze and the sound of the waves. Everything has been too spectacular: the location, the view of the ocean, the proximity of the beach, the distribution of the spaces, everything has been excellent. Thank you!
