Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Sargent

We had a great time! John’s house was perfect a location, size and extremely clean. We would definitely rent this house again from John. Thank you so much for a great weekend letting us stay at your house.

This was our first time staying in Surfside and first time traveling with our two small dogs. Mike’s place was fantastic. We brought our kids and their spouses/SOs and had plenty of room. The beach was a short walk down the street. We had breakfast and dinner each day outside on the deck at the bar. It was a great place to hang out, enjoy a drink and laugh together. The house was well stocked with anything we could’ve needed. We will definitely stay here again. The fridge/freezer was HUGE! No way you’re gonna run out of space in there.

The house was super clean and had everything you would need as far as amenities. Loved the fact there was NOT a thousand stairs to climb especially with coolers etc. We had the opportunity to meet the owner and family and they are great people, very caring to your needs. He even gave us some fresh fish tacos that a family member had caught.. Yum We found the beach is easiest if driving to it (about 3 min) to carry canopy, cooler etc. You need to purchase a beach sticker at the local store. $15 for a day or $30 for the year. For us, it was to far to walk to. There is a golf cart rental very convenient right next door which is great and the small business in not annoying with traffic or loud noises..Its nice and quiet place, love the blackout curtains. Best of all they provide a filtered water cooler so you don't have to drag bottled water!!! Fenced in yard was also a plus with dogs..Cold ac! Small charcoal grill (they provided charcoal and liter fluid). Queen bed was comfortable.

Great location just down from the beach and the jetty. Large covered upstairs patio with comfortable seating which was handy on the one rainy day that we had while we were there so we could still sit outside.

My daughter and I enjoyed The Gem. We loved the home. The beach was very peaceful. We are hoping to make it an annual trip. My daughter and her friends enjoyed using the beach toys and board games. I was so happy I could bring my pups. This was the first vacation without my late husband and just my girl so having all the “extras” really helped me. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay.

We truly enjoyed our 8 night stay. The accommodation were very enjoyable and so close to the ocean with a private deck access. We did not need to haul our tent, chairs and other items out of the car to the water because the chairs on the deck were all we needed. Coffee was provided by our host and plenty of cooking utensils for us to cook our food from Captain Marks. Loved all the various decorations throughout the unit. Loved reading the notes from previous guests. We can’t wait to come back again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Danielle's home was perfect for a beach getaway. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the beach from the property and it was so nice to have a wagon and chairs available for guests. The beds were comfortable. The yard was so nice for guests! (Definitely bring mosquito spray; we were grateful Danielle gave us a heads up.) Would come again!

We had a really great stay at Ben’s place. It was very clean and well decorated; they had tons of games which was a very pleasant surprise for our kids. The water in Surfside is GROSS, but Ben’s place had a reverse osmosis tap in the kitchen that we were able to use for brushing our teeth, washing baby bottles, drinking, etc. which was great.

If you're looking for a luxury beach house, this is not the place to stay. But if you're looking for a clean, cozy, comfortable home where you can step out and jump into the pool or wet a hook in the creek, Wave On Wave is it!! My grandson had a blast catching fish and crabs off of the pier and we absolutely loved the pool (which is very clean and well taken care of). Jessica was a perfect host...very helpful and great communication. We had such a great time at Wave On Wave we didn't want to leave! Definitely booking this house again!

We visit Sargent regularly & were looking for a new place to make memories. (last place was sold) Our family had the best time! Outstanding place to stay with beautiful views. Fishing was awesome, the pool & hot tub were extra perks. We were able to sleep & relax easily at this place. Kitchen is fully equipped & outside grilling worked great. Management was responsive & made sure we were comfortable each time. Plenty of space inside & outdoor to enjoy with the family. We have found our new favorite vacation home. We plan to return a few more times this year already.

We had a wonderful time!! My family love the pool and we were able to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from high school. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Salty Dog was responsive to any and all questions and concerns that we had even before our arrival. Place was neat and clean, and we had a great time as a family by the pool making memories. There are lots of pool toys in the garage to choose from. Highly recommended, great location, and we will be back again.

Great place clean. Really nice furniture large TV. Great kitchen lots of pots. Lots of clean bathrooms comfortable beds. Really nice spot. Well worth the trip.

My guests and I fell in love this this property with it's beautiful, quiet property and spacious and comfortable home. Both the property and home offer many amenities and opportunities to stay busy, explore, and engage with other guests or enjoy time alone reading, thinking, writing, or (I don't recommend this, but did it anyway) working. Last but not least, the 5-star customer service of Naun, Juan, and Alex was timely, friendly, and met or exceeded our needs. After two weeks at this casa bendita, we have decided we will stop our several years of exploring Texas through vacation rentals and make it our family's vacation spot. Thank you, Alex, for sharing your home with us. We are truly grateful.

Matthew’s place was perfect! My friend’s and I stayed there for our annual girl’s weekend. The place was a perfect location, the pool was clean, the house was clean, and the fencing around the place gave us privacy. We also loved the extra bedroom and kitchen downstairs; that was a perfect touch. I highly recommend staying at this house and would certainly book it again.

My guys enjoyed their stay at Nauti Dreams House very much !! They were able to check in easily and quickly out in the Bays to prefish for the Ryder Annual Fishing Tournament 🎣 Parking was plentiful and the neighbors are awesome 🎉 Thank you Barbara looking forward to visiting your home next year if not sooner 😍

The beach house was extremely nice inside and out it had an excellent Pierre with fishing lights that work well but overall it was a good day I recommend it to anybody trying to get away and have a good time.

I booked this house as a graduation gift for my husband so he could go fishing with his buddies, and it couldn't have been better! Not a single complaint from the group—the guys absolutely loved it. They had a great time relaxing, hanging out, and enjoying the space. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and most importantly, they all slept comfortably. The location was perfect—close to the fishing, food, and fun. Thanks again for helping make their trip one they’ll never forget!

Home was amazing , clean, lots of space ! Dale was very responsive , and kind . looking for a fishing trip or even walking distance to the beach? this is your place !

The stay was great and my dogs thoroughly enjoyed running on the property. For a weekend in the country, this is a good place to call home base!

This RV site was absolutely fantastic! Having full hookups made everything so convenient, and the added bonus of the cozy cabin with a bunk bed brought even more comfort and flexibility to our stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and relaxing, yet just a short drive to the beach, which made it an ideal getaway. Mohsen, the host, was amazing—very responsive, accommodating, and genuinely thoughtful. Highly recommend, and I can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house was so comfortable and clean. We didn’t have any issues at all. The hosts were helpful and nice.

The house was great. Downstairs bunk room was perfect for kids. Parking, patio and dock were all great! We brought supplies but the house was very well stocked with anything we forgot!
