Such a perfect little apartment that is even better in person. Wonderful location, quiet and peaceful but close to downtown. I’m excited to stay there again soon!

The Yay Frame lived right up to its name. My only regret was not being able to there sooner to spend more time in this oasis. From the hot tub, to the hooting owls, from the sauna to the arcade room with its arsenal of amazing books and games, this is a place I will rebook and consider every time I’m in the area. I would love to experience this home in the winter under a blanket of snow and after a day on the slopes. Shane is an excellent host. I left an item behind and he went above and beyond to make sure I could easily pick it up on my way back thru town.

Immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we didn’t even know we needed. The location was ideal — just a short walk to Washington Park and a quick drive to all the historical spots. But the real standout? Our host. Incredibly responsive and warm. If you’re looking for a stay that blends comfort, style, and a true sense of place — this is it. Would give it six stars if I could!

Beautiful stay for our last night cycling the Erie Canal Trail. The home was easy to find on bicycle, despite the road being a bit hectic, there is a wide shoulder. The water frontage makes this stay extra special. Everything inside was perfect and Beth is exceptionally responsive!

Ellen couldn’t have been more responsive and helpful. The apartment was better than expected from the pictures, and also much bigger. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and quirky. The location nearby the center of Saratoga was perfect for us. We had a great time, and I’d love to go back!!

We had a delightful few days at this lovely home. It is comfortable, has fantastic views and was well stocked. We mostly just chilled, enjoying coffee on the deck, reading, watching the moon rise over the mountains and good conversation. Vermont is special and so is the sugar house, we would definitely return. I can imagine how beautiful and cozy it would be in winter time, watching the snow fall.

We spent two nights in this lovely and spacious carriage home. The home was designed and decorated beautifully with thoughtful touches throughout—including a generous welcome basket. The lakeside location is stunningly beautiful and very close to downtown shopping, restaurants, and attractions. We fell in love with Saratoga Springs and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property again. Kudos to the responsive and thoughtful hosts!

John’s place is in a great location for doing all the walking you want. Right close to beautiful Congress Park. House was in good shape with comfy beds

From the beginning, Kasey went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! She was very quick to respond to any questions we had, and the place is so clean, comfortable and decorated beautifully. highly recommend this place for a quiet getaway! Kasey is the best!

For horse lovers the place was cute with horse pillows on the couch and Kentucky derby glasses in the cabinet, while also not being over the top “horsey”. The refrigerator was spotless and I appreciated the provided coffee grounds and filters. All the linens seemed fresh or new. The bathroom had nice extras like individual bath gel. Very comfortable in all respects. And if you are in town for the Saratoga horse shows, this place is 5 min away making early mornings and night checks very convenient.

My family had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. All the details and amenities was so thought out made our stay so easy and convenient . Excellent apartment. Very clean, full fridge and nice appliances and access to laundry right there. Location is private and parking easy. No complaints and would definitely recommend! Host is also very fast to reply and will work with you on anything.

Stunning location a short walk through lovely Congress park to downtown Saratoga. Scrumptious bakery in easy walking distance. The apartment was delightful: very clean with all the essentials stocked. We loved being able to stop back in during the day for a quick recharge before getting back into the middle of everything. Bright and sunny during the day and quiet and peaceful at night.

The place was great. Lots of charm. We actually ate on his back porch, which as a nice surprise since it wasn’t mention in the listing. Place was close to tons of restaurants and bars. It was a short drive to the bath houses, which was one our reasons for visiting. We will definitely be return visitors.

Such a unique stay! David gave very helpful instructions for arriving and getting to the property, even supplied photos for extra assistance. The property itself is cozy and in a great part of the city. There’s lots to do nearby, super walkable, and David provides great local recommendations. The shared gallery space was so cool to see too. Great experience!

We felt once we got to the place that it was pristine! Great location and super cute place. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We stayed at Renee’s place during a summer festival weekend hosted at the mountain and it was perfect for our needs! Comfy bed, good kitchen set up and a nice place for lounging in between festival events. Would definitely stay here again!
