As always, the apartment is impeccable, cozy, it is the second time we have stayed and I have nothing to complain about, we already feel at home, from the cleanliness, organization, and service of the hosts, a 1000, we will return whenever possible.

Great stay, the AP is exactly like the photos! Patricia and Dennis are super quick to help. The intention was to spend the night, but the kitchen is super complete for cooking. The condominium's convenience store facilitates small purchases. When we go to São Paulo again, we would stay there again.

The stay was very good, Anahy was very attentive and when we needed something, she responded in a few minutes giving us all the support. The apartment was clean, organized and cozy, exactly as shown in the photos. The condominium is excellent, I felt at home. The host informed us of a link to the Ifood service inside the building (various types of food made by the residents themselves), as we were very tired, we just had to ask and they delivered to your door. In addition, the location is great, as it is possible to access the subway from the back of the building, and there is an Oxxo grocery store next to the entrance. On Tuesday, it was possible to do the fair inside the condominium itself. Excellent experience. I recommend the stay, and I will definitely return.

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

Easy to find location, everything as it appears in the photos, the host is very helpful and attended to us immediately when we needed it. The only point that could be better is that there is little cutlery, we miss spoons for example, but this is simple to solve. The home is worth it.

New and modern building in the middle of the historic center. Excellent condominium, high view, penthouse, beautiful sauna and pool. Literally next to the subway, with transfers to the entire city. I loved being in the center, the region has the highest concentration of tourist spots in the city. Get a tourist map at the Cathedral, the list of options is huge. Next to the Municipal Theater, cafes from the last century such as Girondino and Martinelli, Liberdade fair, historic buildings. Cristiano is a super attentive and agile host. The region has a few more homeless people than other neighborhoods, but it is no less safe because of that. In fact, I heard from the Paulistas that the Centro is safer than other neighborhoods like Pinheiros, for example. I would definitely come back.
