Clean and organized environment. Check-in at the correct time, the reception at the house was very good. All guests were comfortable and satisfied. In addition to this, the support people who were in the house were fundamental, Eli and Diego were very helpful in everything! I recommend it.

The roof deck was a huge plus and it was easy to walk around from this location.

Giuliano’s home in São Paulo is located in the heart of the most popular, artistic and musical area, with ease access to so many cultural adventures! Me and my family loved that part! And felt specially lucky to be able to explore Villa Madalena from this very beautiful house. Giuliano’s house is very ample, well equipped and has all the features to make one feel very comfortable . I stayed in his house for 8 nights with my family and felt like I had a home in São Paulo. I got to cook everyday to my family, to enjoy the company of many friends and family members that had access to stop by and visit us, and enjoyed specially the backyard with so many sweet features, my favorite the hammock and the garden ! I recommend Giuliano’s farm inspired house to all looking for a pleasant and relaxed home experience in São Paulo !

If your plan is to go a lot around SP, you may want to choose another place. Ecco Pacaembu is simply SPECTACULAR and your group, like mine, can be strongly inclined to enjoy the house instead of going out! The place is delicious! Everyone loved the house too much, from the elderly to pets! Both the decoration and the service were impeccable.

We had a fantastic stay at Aline’s place. The space was large and spacious. With two bedrooms, three toilets, and two showers there was just so much space The kitchen was amply and very neatly supplied making it so easy to cook at home. There were even plenty of containers for leftovers! The tile floors kept the place cool and there are ceiling fans in the bedroom as well. There’s also a portable fan and an air cooler for extra cooling. Note there is no air conditioning. But above it all is Aline! Aline is an absolute rock star. She was outside to greet us and show us in. She was incredibly accommodating when we needed some wiggle room on timing. She sent us great recommendations for the neighborhood. Aline is the type of host Airbnb guests dreams of—warm, welcoming, and understanding. Knowing you get a great host is a huge pull for us. Strong recommendation for Aline!

I had a 6 day stay. That frltblike it was ivet yoo doon. The place was better than the pictures portrayed it as being, and the pictures were great! The space was very clean, actually super clean, just impeccable! There was ample space and different work desk options, great appliances and an excellent home-like feel. Great WiFi signal and strength. The Itaim Bibi location is just perfect. Pedro was an incredible host, friendly, very responsive, knowledgeable about the area, with great recommendations, and tips. I will stay here again whenever I need to stay in São Paulo. Did I mention how the condo building is simply stellar, with great amenities, breathtaking views of the city and nearby park from the rooftop pool and lounge for guest. The building’s staff were very helpful. I know I said great quite a bit, because it was in every aspect. I would sum up the place and experience as: GREAT PLACE, GREAT LOCATION, GREAT HOST. I would like to express my satisfaction with the accommodation in the flat, highlighting some points that made all the difference in my experience: First of all, the location is excellent, with easy access to strategic points of the city, which makes the stay even more practical and pleasant, whether for professional or leisure commitments. In addition, the furniture and structure of the flat are of high quality, comfortable, well maintained and functional, reflecting a special care for the well-being of the guests. Finally, I could not fail to praise the kindness and attention of the administrator, who was always cordial, helpful and ready to help in everything that was necessary, which certainly contributed to a peaceful and welcoming stay.

Excellent location (in front of Parque Augusta), super complete and safe condominium, super cozy room, very well-equipped kitchen, wall air conditioning, bathroom with heated water, wonderful appliances. Everything is very good. Improvement points: there was a wall peeling off the paint, but it did not disturb the experience. I think it would be interesting to provide some simple consumables, such as salt and sugar (I had to buy 1 kg of salt, I used less than 100g and the rest went to waste. It's not even about the value, it's about the waste). But none of that took away the shine of the place. I would definitely stay again.

Daniela was a great host - flexible, informative and friendly. And the flat is great - perfect size for the two of us with enough room, great building amenities and in a beautiful neighbourhood close to Ibirapuera. Would definitely recommend and want to stay again!

We had a great time! Gorgeous views, easy to get an uber from the location, and a great restaurant next door to the building.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Gabriel went above and beyond, super responsive, helpful, friendly, and flexible. He let us check in early due to our early flight and provided us with clear, accurate instructions and helpful information. We loved the view, the sunrises were beautiful. We especially loved the super soft bath towels. The bed was so comfortable we slept so soundly. Gabriel had dark chocolate Kit Kats waiting for us when we arrived, such a sweet and special treat! I used the treadmill in the gym several times and it was great. The neighborhood felt safe and people were very friendly. Gabriel recommended a bakery nearby, the Kez Padaria which was excellent; we went there three times. Thank you so much, Gabriel for a wonderful stay.

Great host, helpful and friendly. Studio is small but has everything you might need, including an espresso machine and a great view from the balcony. Decorated with good taste. It's in the heart of Vila Madalena, a lively neighborhood with multiple bars and restaurants. But, surprinsingly, noise is not quite an issue. Next door bar has music but is very respectful of time. Even during the weekend, by the time we went to bed music had already been turned off. Garage is quite small, as Victor had warned us. Don't dare to park a car any bigger than a compact one. We felt safe in the area although one must remember it's Sao Paulo. It's a very good option for a couple, specially if you are interested in enjoying the area.

Second time I've stayed there and once again everything was very clean and organized, I felt at home and highly recommend it!

Great interior, has a lot of amenities and plenty of room which is rare if São Paulo. The location is something I should’ve paid more attention to, but i can’t complain ! It’s a clean, very nice apartment and the host communicates very well. Worth the money.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable, as in the photos. Good bed, good shower and the kitchen has the necessary. It's a complete house and the hosts were always very attentive.

I loved my stay at Natalia’s place. The building is safe and secure and the room was clean and equipped with absolutely everything I could need!
