Isabel's apartment was perfect for our stay! Ideal size for a family with two children, comfortable and very well equipped. The location is great, with a great mall and supermarkets very close by. Everything in the apartment and condominium worked perfectly, which gave us a lot of tranquility during the days we were there. Isabel was super attentive and always available to ask questions and help with whatever it took. I couldn't recommend more — it was a great experience! Thanks a lot, Isabel!

It was more than excellent. Rosa responds quickly, is solicitous, proactive, and worries about whether we are well. I arrived and the house smelled like cleaning. She left where she was just to fulfill a request of mine. I have ABSOLUTELY no negative points.

I hired a stay for my son and Leonardo was super attentive, left everything organized and clean, answered me by whats promptly , even towels made it clean. However , my son and his “friend” left all messy , disorganized and embarrassed me. I apologize publicly here for what happened , and for having people who rent with good intention to “clueless” guests, do that. Lamentable ! I'm sorry

Apartment with new and comfortable bed, new and soft and high quality sheets and towels, equal decoration of the photos and super helpful host. Predio with smartstore and super close shopping. Best neighborhood of SJC. Stay guest 3 months and feel at home!

Loft very good, neighborhood and excellent location, several nearby bars and restaurants, bakery,etc. The loft is very good all very clean and well taken care of. Leonardo always answered us very quickly, was very attentive providing all the necessary information.

Estadia was excellent, I felt at home, Márcio does not give much openness to a future friendship, and makes a mess in the kitchen with cooking, I myself cleaned this mess I don't care, I spent a cloth on the tbm floor, dirty furniture. Mais was very quiet and delicious the place. A spectacular view.

Exactly as the ad shows, new and spacious apartment. The host Cristiano was super flexible both at check-in and check-out, which helped us a lot! We miss a gym in the building and kitchen utensils, but the neighborhood has everything, we will definitely come back!
