I loved the stay! The place is pleasant, cozy and perfect to be. It is close to the beach, and, in addition, it is possible to see other beaches in less than 20 minutes by car. Carlos and Leila are kind and polite people. I'll definitely be back more often.

The house was just like the listing. In good region, beautiful and airy. We had a small accident on our tour, and in it I hurt my foot, which made it a little complicated to go up and down the access stairs to the house, but nothing very impossible. The region itself is very calm and with a beautiful view. Next to the beach, restaurants and viewpoints. Taking the detail of the stairs was all perfect and it was worth a lot to have stayed with Keith. The township who made the contact with her was my companion, I was totally disconnected from duties, I went just to relax, and with her instructions it was easy for him too. I will repeat the trip whenever possible.

Our stay was short but it was a great experience, the location is great, the house is very clean and had everything we needed, and the hosts were very friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, a few small things from our belongings went missing during the time we were there and we could not figure out what happened to them. The hosts were informed and very kind about it.

Iberê was very helpful in the face of several changes I had to make on the dates of the stay, and responds very quickly. About the site, it has a great location, in a dead end street where there is not much movement of cars. Well wooded town hall and well private and quiet place. Announced services present, the only complaints are the lack of microwaves and the fan that does not make so much wind. Good house structure, but one suggestion is to surround the staircase upstairs, I found it a little dangerous. But I would be there again, because the neighborhood is extremely quiet and the house is close to everything: bakery, market, restaurant, subway... Very good!

The house, as he says in the ad, is a bit far from the beach, and the path to the best beach has a climb in the beginning. But you can go and get back on foot, no problem. The home was charming and was really nice but the views and location are beyond description. I have seen very few properties around the world this beautiful. Words won’t do it justice so I’ll be brief . The only thing better was the staff. Juninho and Rosa are the best asset this property has and that’s saying a lot. We loved the house! Our stay was great! Spacious, comfortable and organized house! All of us mainly children love heated pool! Full kitchen we don't miss anything at all! The biggest differentials of the house are: ice machine, potable filtered water (no need to buy mineral water is very good) heated pool and beach service with the tent assembly! We missed some more beach chairs to be made available, but it went well because we used the chairs of the beach stalls! There are so many “attractions” in the house like videoke, ping pong table, slide in the pool that there was no time to enjoy everything! Tv didn't even have time to call! Dayane is a great host, responds quickly by being very polite always, gave great tips and suggestions for everything! We will definitely return more often!

We stayed for 4 days in this wonderful house Even before the booking was confirmed, Cristiano had already helped me a lot, answering all my questions and helping me with everything I needed. Check-in and check-out were perfect with Da. Laucildes, very attentive, polite and helping with everything, making our stay easier. The house is PERFECT, very cozy and quiet. The common areas are integrated, making socializing perfect even with people doing different things at the same time. The condominium is very good, safe, beautiful, wooded and quiet. The rooms are great, the beds are also great and all with air-conditioning that works perfectly. The bathrooms are complete. The pool is a delight, always very clean, the pool attendant goes every morning to clean it, which guarantees perfect use. To conclude my review, this choice was a 1000 Congratulations to Cristiano

Our stay was wonderful. The House is very comfortable, a lot of space inside and also in the laser area. In the garage fell 5 cars and there was still space. The street felt very safe and quiet. It had everything we needed kitchen equipment. In short , let's go back. thanks

Large house, spacious rooms and pleasant atmosphere and all clean. The only thing that bothered a little was that the owner asked to enter the house twice when there was no one inside the house. The second time he said he would need to maintain the pool and I explained that we were out and that we were not using the pool, but still he insisted to go at that time .
