Peaceful place, with basic utensils for small meals, such as a breakfast. The place is good for people who are only looking for a place to sleep, take a bath … which was our case and met super well. Since it is surrounded by nature, it has quite a few mosquitoes spider, but nothing that bothers. There there had those electric repellents and super worked. Bed linen and towels were clean and comfortable. The house is on the other side of the runway, but it is very close to the center and the beach.

Every detail is thoughtfully designed, with many handcrafted items made by her. The environment is clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed is great, with pillows of different heights and a perfect lamp for reading or resting. There is a structure to study, store clothes and relax in comfort. The location is also excellent: it has a market, pharmacy, commercial buildings and many restaurants nearby — from Arabic to Italian cuisine — as well as several delicious bakeries. I highly recommend it!

I stayed to go to a show at MorumBis and I don't regret it! Great location, close to restaurants, subway and bakery. The accommodation is super cozy, everything is very organized and clean. The hostess welcomed me in a warm and kind manner. Returning to São Paulo, I will certainly stay there again!

It was all quiet. From the arrival to the exit the service was good. A well-organized place. Beautiful because it is surrounded by nature. Safe. It is close to the beach with easy access. It has everything you need. Shopping mall with a good meal, pharmacy, station, butcher shop and bakery. Anyway, I recommend and if I have the opportunity to return, I would stay in the same place! The location is great and the room is great. I just wish I could have stayed in an air-conditioned room, but there wasn't available. The room gets hot especially when windows are closed at bedtime. I felt hot even on cold days when everything was closed. So the ceiling fan had to stay on constantly.

It was a great experience, Leandro and the whole family were extremely attentive and loving to me. I felt very welcomed. The space is very good, very well equipped with everything working perfectly. The shower is very nice and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has the necessary essentials, very convenient. The place is very calm and quiet to allow good rest. There is a very good shopping mall nearby and a supermarket, bakery, and laundry within walking distance.

Mrs was very kind and hospitable. The conversations were great and made the stay more enjoyable. Your house is very beautiful, comfortable, cozy and very well located. I will certainly indicate and if I need I will be back.

The Casa Verde nook is the perfect accommodation for those who want to rest and enjoy nature! Tia Rê and Vanessa are sweethearts, have a great energy and are always with a smile on ♥️ their faces, Auntie's jellies are the best and waking up in the bush with a warm coffee, the noise of nature and a good company make with life worthwhile... I will definitely return other times with my husband who also loved the space. A home is a home regardless of where it is and that's how I felt in this stay, I was sad to leave but I take great moments and laughs with me. P.S: follow the tips and bring repellent in cream, mine saved me very much

My mother stayed here for a few months and Marcos was incredibly kind to her and took care of her. At first my mom was a little worried about her stay because she is afraid of cats and there were two very friendly cats in the courtyard next to the apartment, but she got used to it and Marcos made sure that any concerns she had were addressed. He even sent her brownies and a gift when she left to remember Brazil. He and his wife and very kind people.
