Perfect apartment! The cleanest and most complete Airbnb I've ever stayed in. The location is great, the view, sensational...an excellent experience, we will definitely be back!

What a joy to be able to return to this apartment! My second experience was as incredible as the first, if not better. Attention to detail is remarkable, especially the impeccable cleanliness of the entire space. I was impressed by the perfection of the windows in the bedrooms and the balcony, without any stains at all.

Alessandra was very thoughtful and helpful He explained everything perfectly and left the apartment impeccable for our arrival. Super good location and quiet beach. It's well worth it!

We really like the space. The house is very well suited to the number of people indicated and is very complete in terms of utensils and appliances. The team that attended us was wonderful.

The house is beautiful and super spacious, it was clean, fragrant. It has air conditioning in all rooms and also has all the necessary kitchen utensils, including a portable water filter. We love the hot tub because it is heated and allows you to enjoy the outdoor space and the barbecue even more, even in winter. The location is close to the beach, SESC and also has a market that has everything about 2 blocks away, you can do everything on foot. We went as a couple + 2 sausage dogs, and Bertioga beach in this time of May is super quiet, we were able to enjoy a lot with them, in addition to being lucky to have a weekend with a very cool event "Atlantic Forest Festival" free with typical food and very good music! From the beginning, Guilherme was super attentive. We are immensely grateful and we will certainly return.

This place is a hidden gem and I hope it never changes. Prepare for a walk from your car but once you arrive you’ll never want to leave. Prepare for rustic and on the verge of falling apart but you don’t care with the surroundings, it feels like you are sleeping on the ocean and walking through a magical secret pathways

I have nothing to complain about, Humberto was extremely helpful, the house was exactly as it appeared in the pictures, all very well cared for and clean.

The stay at Mr. Jose's residence was perfect! He, as a person, was always willing to answer me and answer questions, send suggestions for places to have lunch and places to go, beaches to visit, what to do, and even more about me having a puppy, he was super "pet friendly". I was able to enjoy it well with my wife and dog. In addition to the wonderful location, waking up to the birds singing, we feed them, a house with a lot of greenery.... I have nothing but praise for both the place and Mr. Jose. Everything is perfect! I recommend it and will come back again!

I have been to Guarujá many times, by far, one of the best apartments I have ever been to. Perfect structure and location!

The apartment is quite consistent with the photos, it is comfortable and well equipped. The jacuzzi works very well. I spent only one night to visit relatives in Santos and yet I was able to enjoy it. The Hosts were very requested and responded promptly to me when I needed it. In addition, the condominium cleaning staff is available for any more urgent needs with bed linen etc.

Our stay was wonderful, the apartment served very well, very organized and clean. We love it and the amazing view.

The space is comfortable, clean and quiet. I've always had a quick return from hosts. The apartment is close to everything, not needing a car for anything, but since I was by car, I went to the mall, but it's close, that uber wouldn't be expensive. There was only 1 service elevator that is used to take trash, change, go and come back from the beach and/or pool, so sometimes we wait for more than 10 minutes, but that is not the fault of the host or there is nothing to do. As it is a stay, it doesn't get in the way. For two people, I found a little more expensive than other nearby opportunities, but those who want convenience and close to everything, pay for it. I wanted to give me this luxury, because it was a vacation.
