Loft holiday rentals in Santos Metropolitan Area

The apartment matches the photos. It has a 24-hour doorman, which makes access at any time very easy. I stayed because it was close to the place where I attended an event, so it solved my problems. The only point I have to mention was the inability to check in early, even though I had previously communicated with the host and the apartment was available the day before. I arrived in SP at 10 am and had to wait until 2 pm to be able to enter because I was not allowed to enter before. It would be interesting if there was this possibility, of course, if the apartment is without a guest the day before

My fiancée and I love the apartment, beautiful, clean, comfortable, very cozy, exactly as in the pictures and we were surprised by every detail, and by being so close to everything and its beautiful being. Letícia is very solicitous, always responded and easy to communicate and left everything described about the needs of the ap and information, very polite, we are very comfortable, we highly recommend and Letícia is an amazing host 🥰

This place was wonderful, clean, and well provisioned. We loved the layout with the double height ceiling and glass wall. It felt incredible safe with the doorman and gate entry system. It was well located in the neighborhood with a grocery store around the corner and nice restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. Ana was also great to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend!

There's no way I can not give 5 stars to the accommodation and the hosts. The place is, in addition to being very beautiful, very functional. We have the basics we need for a peaceful stay, I didn't miss anything, everything went well! Highlighting the positive points - excellent location, with everything we need nearby: market, pharmacy, cafes, malls, accessibility. The local security drew attention with police on every corner all the time, as well as on the entire Avenida Paulista, this was excellent! The reception is always very friendly. The view from the apartment is fantastic. Again, I thank Antonio & Ellen for the excellence from the service to the accommodation. We were left with the feeling of wanting to return and stay in the same place.

It was my second time staying with my fiancé , and as always Francisca was very attentive, the apartment is impeccable, comfortable bed, clean and smelling bathroom, as always she is a great host. It's become my favorite spot and I'm sure I'll come back more often 🥰

Carlota is very kind, welcoming and very quick to respond and was even flexible with the check-in time. The apartment had everything I needed for the days I was in São Paulo, as well as a privileged view of the Masp, Avenida Paulista and Parque Trianon. I was happy for the hospitality and, in a possible return to the city, it is a space that I will consider to host again.

I would say, at this moment, through the word gratitude... Gratitude, for the affection I was received with, for the attention, education, posture... How to rate perfection? Perhaps, asking God to always enlighten you, for we still have wonderful human beings... It's hard to find adjectives to say how WONDERFUL and good Elias is. To evaluate the perfect is to go beyond the Cape Bojador and to be able to dream of better days... I thank God for having had the opportunity to meet him.
