Perfect apartment! The cleanest and most complete Airbnb I've ever stayed in. The location is great, the view, sensational...an excellent experience, we will definitely be back!

Thiago was extremely attentive and helpful with us at the time of checkin, assist us with a parking lot for the nights and help with the apt until the end of the stay. Very well located and close to everything on the beach.

Please was beautiful!! Great view!! The pool doesn’t get sun most of the day but it was still enjoyable and clean. The host were amazing and friendly!! We will def come back!!

The stay met expectations very well, I would only change the sofa bed (it is very old) I would put an air fryer, And also correct pans for induction stove. The location is great, the space served 3 adults and 1 Dog very well. The host Marcelo was super helpful and everything went well, as I expected.

Apartment very well located, sensational view, all very new and preserved. By entering the apto you already feel something very good and think: the stay will be top. And it really was. Da.Suelly and Mrs Vanessa always present and proactive. I will definitely come back more often. As a suggestion if possible: increase the size of the bed. Thank you very much.

Excellent place to stay here in Santos, a few steps to the beach, markets and restaurants. Easy access and very polite and responsive building staff. The Kitnet is super comfortable, and has everything you need for a quiet stay, the Hostess was super friendly and caring. Excellent, highly recommend.

The Itararé apartment is always better every time I go there. Each visit is a huge desire to stay there forever, super cozy apartment, easy access, good location... Steph always provides a great host experience. Sure, I'll be back soon.

We had a great stay, the flat is the same as the photos of the advertisement! The view to the beach is amazing and the location is excellent, all very close, beach, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, shopping malls… the communication was also very fast! I highly recommend it to everyone!

The sound of the sea, the birds, the crickets. Tranquility and beauty define. Apartment equipped with everything we need, we don't miss anything, on the contrary. It was what we needed to rest very well. Communication with Murilo is great, he is helpful, available, gives good tips for our stay and clear instructions on how the condominium works. Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

I loved staying at Bruno's apartment, everything was very close and the neighborhood was super safe. I visited 3 beaches and even went to Santos to visit because the Uber motorcycle was very cheap. Bruno equipped the entire house to make me comfortable, even a hair dryer, bedding, cleaning products and kitchen utensils so that I didn't need to bring anything. The pool is also great and I would definitely come back other times!

The apartment matches the description very well. There is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close

Excellent option for staying in Santos! The location is exceptional, the view is magnificent and the apartment is very well sized. The unit is located in a block of flats and the condominium offers several facilities for guests. The hosts were very welcoming, have excellent communication and provided accurate and valuable information. As a caveat, it can be noted that the apartment is quite impersonal, not very cozy, and needs several minor maintenance and some upgrades.

Everything is impeccable! Rosa is always very friendly. We will definitely go back again and again.

We loved the view at Marcos’ property, looking out over the ocean and city. We very much appreciated the beach being directly accessible with a shower right inside the complex to rinse off sand. There were two entry doors locked from the outside, which made our stay here feel entirely safe. Marcos was an excellent host. He was always immediately responsive if we needed help with anything at the apartment. He was also very flexible with check out time. I could tell our comfort and enjoyment was a top priority. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!

The apartment is wonderful, with a lot of structure, it is exactly as described and in the photos. The view from the apartment is amazing, we had a great stay, and Paula was extremely polite with very clear information.

Great apartment, large, comfortable and very clean. When we entered the apartment I had a beautiful gift in which was "the view to the beach", really no price to wake up and see the evening of the apartment. We felt at home and loved everything. I needed an adapter to load the notebook into the dining room, and in 05 minutes the hosts made them available to me. We also relaxed check-in and checkout for us. We just have to thank you and we will definitely be back.

This is a very special place. Peculiar place for architecture lovers. This is an Artacho Jurado pearl in front of the most beautiful beach garden on Earth (in the Guinness book as the largest beach front garden one). For me and my daughter it was an experience that we wanted to leave. Worthy of every moment. Highly recommend for its design, large spaces and location. Now, if you are noise sensitive and/or light sensitive on sleeping hours, you might struggle to have a good resting night. The street noise is intense night and day. The two floor to ceiling windows’ facades are only protected by sunscreen shades, with no blackout curtains. We were VERY pleased to spend our days there, and equally pleased to move into a quieter place to sleep the following days :)

The apartment is a real gem! Everything is very well taken care of, functional and with a delicious smell. 🌸 The location is excellent: a few steps from the sea and with everything nearby — market, pharmacy, bakery, shops and services. The street is very busy, which brings more practicality in everyday life. It met our needs very well and we felt at home! The host Suzi was extremely kind and attentive from the first contact. We loved the stay and will definitely be back! 💛✨
