We had a very nice time in the accommodation. The cottage is quietly located in the olive slopes in the garden of another house. Both hikes and bike tours can be started directly on site. The beautiful old town of Cervo is about 5 minutes' walk away, and the sea is 10-15 minutes' walk away. The amenities are nothing special, but everything you need is there. From the seat where the pool is also located, you can still enjoy the view of the sea in the evening.

Beautiful house, comfortable, bright and spacious, very well located for those who want to visit Sanremo. We had all the advantages of being a few km from the city without the inconveniences of noise and crowds of tourists. Lorenzo welcomed us in person and gave us the tour of the property, explaining everything about the apartment and the neighborhood. During our stay he was available to answer our questions and to help us organize our outings. Thank you very much for hosting us. 🙂

An outstanding apartment that is furnished with a lot of love and very high quality. From the terraces, you have a wonderful view of the sea, the harbor and Sanremo. Lara is a super nice woman who takes her time and is always available for any questions. We had a few great days and will definitely come back.

We had an amazing stay! Raymond & Anne were so friendly and helpful—always available if we needed anything. The location is absolutely stunning, with gorgeous views of Monaco. It was easy to get around, yet the home felt private and peaceful. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, with lots of thoughtful touches. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

We spent just under two weeks at Sabrina's place. The view of the sea is indescribable and you have plenty of space outside to enjoy it. Although it was over thirty degrees, there was always a breeze and under the shade of the olive trees it was very pleasant. The apartment is big enough, the bed comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The kitchen is rather minimalist, but Sabrina brought us a few utensils on request. The approach to the house seems adventurous the first time, but you get used to it quickly. We also used the walk to the beach a few times but at some point we preferred to drive with our little daughter. Both are possible. We highly recommend the place, we had a great time staying with Sabrina.

Fantastic place, home with all the comforts that a person would like so nothing to say. Stefano was super present for any problem, I recommend it to those who want to take a few days away but above all to those who work

We stayed for the weekend (2 people) and were super satisfied, the place was spacious and accurately described by pictures and text. Mauro was super responsive and willing to offer help where needed, while also giving great local recommendations. Great experience!

Apartment decorated with care in a characteristic farmhouse on top of the hill of Borgo Parasio. Loggia di s.Chiara and other breathtaking views are a 30 second walk and walking through the alleys of this village is a real treat. Reaching the beaches and returning home is convenient thanks to the 3 municipal elevators that cover 80% of the slope and steps. Alessio is an attentive and caring host and the website of the house offers the best for a complete tourist experience. Great cleanliness!

Perfect place to start our trip. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the balcony. With two teenage boys, we could spread out in the 3 bedrooms. We went swimming and had yummy gelato and delicious dinner at Il Guercio Food & Drink in Finalborgo (medieval village). The host was extremely responsive pre-trip and during our stay. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Slept to the sound of the ocean. Wonderful! Highly recommend. Just as described 😁

Great stay at this villa. The place is relaxing We find ourselves alone in the olive trees The barbecue annex is incredible The only downside is the access road, you must not have a large vehicle, or the possibility of parking downstairs

Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

Maurizio is a great host and his place is excellent for visiting Monaco and surrounding areas. Place is nice, terrace has beautiful views of Monaco and seaside. We haven't used the pool due to the weather but it looks nice. Car is pretty essential for this place, but if you dont mind walking it is 15-20 minutes to Monaco and be prepared for 45 minutes walking with very steep climb. Taxi from Monaco to Maurizio place is around 25-30 euros. Comes highly recommended.

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Our stay with Gianna was excellent. Super hostess with great tips and flexible. We'd love to come back! We won't forget the vacation anytime soon.

Our stay in Italy at Imperia was very pleasant. We had the pleasure of spending a week in a beautiful home that impressed us with its diversity and sustainable charm. The owners, especially the friendly hostess Anny, welcomed us warmly and took good care of us throughout our stay. On the first evening, we were spoiled with a homemade pasta dish prepared with fresh vegetables from Anny's own garden. Anny was always available to us, whether in person or via a messenger app when she was not on site. We highly recommend this place. The combination of sustainability, friendly hospitality and beautiful surroundings makes this property a great vacation destination. We will certainly be back.

i left with two friends and we were delighted with our stay at Angela's place. Angela is extremely kind, helpful and welcoming. To our great pleasure, we had the pleasure of discovering its garden which is full of various beautiful plants.. no need to go to a botanical garden.. a pleasure for the eyes and beautiful scents. The reception was extremely friendly, just like last year. Everything is very straightforward and communication with Elisabetta is perfect. The apartment is very lovingly furnished and very well equipped. The terrace with the magnificent view is unique. The proximity to the beach is great. This year the pool was open. Beautiful complex with magnificent views.

We had a very pleasant time in the old oil mill. The house, the garden and the entire surroundings were extraordinarily beautiful. We particularly liked the proximity to the center of Ceriana, which could be reached on a beautiful footpath. There you could get the most necessary things in one of the two small supermarkets. We were very happy to sit outside in one of the two bars in the evening and watch the lively hustle and bustle around us. The locals were incredibly nice and approachable. Since the temperatures were still in the moderate range, we took some very nice bike tours directly from the house. The roads leading into the mountains are narrow, but they are not heavily trafficked. This is certainly different in the high season. However, there are many steep uphill sections and an e-bike is recommended for those who are not absolutely fit. We were able to safely park our car in the lower part of the house.
