Relax in this lake house located on Fountain Lake, a small peaceful lake but only a couple blocks from large Lake Marion. Fishing and boating community. A dock is located on the property for access to Fountain Lake. 10 miles from Santee that boast top golf courses and many great restaurants. Eutawville also has restaurants. A great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city life. One king size luxury mattress in the main bedroom and matching twin beds in guest room great for the kids.

Our boat is on one side of the dock, and you’re welcome to use the other side for yours. There is a public boat ramp less than a mile away. Located 20 minutes from Santee and 1 hour from downtown Charleston. All your streaming services are avalible. This is a great place to disconnect, relax, and enjoy yourself. If you fish , this is on a lake known for great fishing featuring the big blue cat fish. Or if you just want to enjoy a quiet time away this is the retreat for you.

Perfect family vacation retreat at Lake Marion, SC

Great family escape! Enjoy our beach, dock and boat ramp as well as our game room and fully stocked kitchen. This is the complete family reunion location! We purchased our lake home, built in 1980, in 2009 and began renovation. We updated the kitchen and baths, plus new carpet, tile, windows, appliances, and a complete update to the exterior with new landscaping. We also replaced the dock and the seawall. It has been a journey and we hope you love our house as much as we do!
