I can tell you that I found my little corner in my trips to SP! The AP is comfortable... it accommodated very well, we are a couple with 2 children! The building is secure and the AP is very well equipped! Communication was always very easy with the team!

Great for those who need to stay to do something in the area. In my case, I stayed to go to a concert at Vibra SP and it was amazing! Uber is super affordable (both on the way there and back) and there is a bus that stops in front of the apartment and drops you off next to the concert hall. Regarding the environment: it is super comfortable, equipped and was very clean. The parking lot also helps out, as it was one of the few options I found on Airbnb with a space included and at a good price! The whole stay was very peaceful and we had no problems. Marcelo is also super friendly and responded quickly to the question we had.

Local super clean and smelling Alessandra, who received us, was very kind, explained everything correctly and always with great attention. The location is exactly as shown in the photos, everything is very neat. We only miss one room on site.

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

A single negative observation is due to the noise that the refrigerator makes due to a maintenance problem that needs to be seen, which bothered us at night! Otherwise, everything was very good!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The house is not just a stay — it’s a mansion nestled right in the middle of a reserve forest. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown (if not better). It’s spacious, clean, and every detail is thoughtfully curated. Honestly, it was the best stay we’ve ever had. Just a heads-up — it’s quite remote, which is part of its magic. But it also means that if you forget something or need food or supplies, it’s a bit of a drive to the nearest store or town. So, plan ahead and bring everything you might need. Still, 100% worth it for the experience!

The place is a delicacy, well organized, clean, with everything we need, with practically beside bakery, market and pharmacy very close by, we will be back for sure!

I loved the place too much. I hope to go back but times. My family and friends fell in love with the house, with Atibaia. It looks like a paradise. As good for resting, and celebrating commemorative dates, as I celebrated my 30s. Adriana is wonderful, super attentive, communicative at all times to us, to know if we are good, brought us water. Anyway, experience note 10. I want to come back this year.

The house is amazing. Integrated with nature, well-equipped, well decorated, children's playground. It was very clean and organized. Jane and Marcelo made the experience even more enjoyable by being very helpful with everything. We got a little lost on arrival because the GPS sent us to the wrong place, but I got in touch with Miriam and everything resolved quickly. I hope I can come back one day.

Quiet place, very cozy and very quiet; I felt at home. There is a snack bar right on the corner, which helps a lot so you don't have to walk far to buy food. Everything was very clean and organized, congratulations to the hosts.

We had an unforgettable weekend! The house is truly a movie house, every corner extremely well decorated and with stunning architecture. The sofa with the fireplace next to it made our nights with friends seem like they came straight out of a movie. The property's grounds are huge and the garden is very well maintained. We used the large lawn between the trees to drink wine and paint pictures of 16 girls, where else would that be possible? 😍 We hired the caretakers' service and they kept the house organized over the weekend and cooked for us! We don't care about anything. We're definitely going back!

Excellent experience! From the moment I arrived until the farewell, everything was impeccable. The space is exactly as described—clean, comfortable and cozy, one of those places that make you feel at home right away. The location is perfect, very close to everything I needed, making my stay much easier. The garage spaces are tight, but the condominium guidelines for parking prevent cars from being parked side by side, avoiding unwanted doors. The underground market is excellent and the acoustic door of the room is wonderful.
