The stay was very good and quiet, everything was clean and organized and Jaime, the housekeeper, was very attentive and willing to help us when we needed it.

This stay surprised me in every way. The house is even more beautiful and contains amenities and special things that don't appear in the photos. Well-equipped house, it had blankets and towels at ease, all of the best quality. It was impeccably clean. We didn't have time to enjoy the barbecue area because we went to work, but it's extremely well equipped, pool was crystal clear. In short, I missed the house later and I intend to return! in addition to everything, it is cozy and a positive family aura is perceived, one feels a lot of happiness in the environment. Jefferson was extremely careful and attentive at all times. Note mil!

Marcelo’s place is truly special and absolutely worth a visit! Super comfortable and surrounded by lush forest, it feels like staying in a charming treehouse. The bedrooms are cozy, with high-quality bed linens and towels provided in more than enough quantity. The bathrooms are excellent, with hot, relaxing showers. The kitchen is chef-worthy — fully equipped and seamlessly integrated with the outdoor area, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The jacuzzi works perfectly and stays nice and warm. Marcelo is a top-notch host: always available, incredibly kind, full of great tips, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even gifting us a bottle of wine and a delicious cake. We loved every moment and will definitely be back!

I was only 1 night, a simple place that served my purpose , to visit the historic Feast of the Cururuquara, from which I highly recommend!! Israel eh a very nice and polite person, always responded quickly and helped me in what I needed.

We arrived at the accommodation 3 hours before check-in and Luciano kindly let us check in early. The loft is centrally located, close to several tourist spots. The loft is exactly like the listing photos. We loved the stay and recommend Luciano's accommodation.

Very comfortable, very clean and very smelling apartment. It had a very beautiful and charming view. The host was very kind and responded super fast, I needed the checkin and checkout to be modified because of the flight and they were super flexible with that. In addition, the location was perfect, with market, restaurants and a nearby mall. I was very pleased!❤️

The apartment was very clean and had everything described in the listing. The bedding and towels were very good and clean and there was enough for everyone. The shower is wonderful. Very safe building and quiet neighborhood. There was a pharmacy in front and a mini market next door. We went by car and access to the garage and the building was smooth. Great location. It was worth the stay.

Great value for money. I booked a room for my daughters directly with the hotel and rented this apartment for my husband and me. I paid 40% more directly to the hotel for the room. And in the hotel room, it didn't have the amenities of this apartment, such as 1 parking space included in the daily rate, full kitchen, table, sofa, own internet... I definitely recommend this unit. Very attentive and helpful owner! Thank you!

The apartment is as beautiful as the photos! Excellent cleanliness, easy mobility location and incredible view. But the main thing about my stay, with 3 children, was the attention of Host Luiz, who made us feel at home, and prepared everything impeccably. We arrived with purchases made, fruits, cakes, juices, etc. all prepared and previously aligned with Luiz, who made our arrival as if we were arriving home. During the stay we needed an electric kettle to make the baby bottle for the youngest and it was provided and delivered in a few hours. From the moment of booking, to pre-arrival and organization of purchases, the host's availability, proactivity, education and care was something I had never experienced in any other stay. Simply sensational!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.
