Great location, great place to stay. We have stayed here a few times and it’s always clean and the amenities are great.

Sandy's place was an excellent find. It's location was perfect, you can easily walk to the Funk Zone, beach, restaurants, wineries, breweries and coffee shops. The rooftop access was incredible and wish we had more time to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great spot for a few nights in Santa Barbara and Jim is an absolutely fantastic host! Location is perfect. Easy, short walk to the beach and all SB has to offer. The space itself is comfortable and pretty straightforward. Has the basic amenities for a weekend trip. Jim helped us coordinate an early check-in, assisted with an extra night stay and allowed us to leave our bags for an extra hour after check-out - all of which were greatly appreciated!

We've been to some luxury AirBnb's and I actually liked Harvey's place better. It has the vibe of what AirBnb was all about years ago -- a simple charming local place, fit for the area, with all that's needed for a very comfortable stay. And the garden! The garden is beautiful. We had our breakfasts there and that really started the day right. Thanks for hosting us!

I am so grateful for Amy’s place. It was our first time in los Alamos and I will be calling amy every time I want to stay again. She is a great host and the condo was spotless and comfy. The location cannot be beat and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Easy enough to figure out to get in and out. Walkable to the beach! Easy/short/cheap Ubers everywhere in the city. Great option, kinda expensive.

Cathy’s place is a gem! Beautiful and in a peaceful location. We were able to walk everywhere. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Santa Barbara.

Lots of room for extra friends/family. Great stove top/easy cleaning up. Clean pool, working laundry room. Amazing outside view! Checks off as a really great spot to stay for a few days. Outside amenities is okay could be better. But overall, the stay was pleasant.

Our stay was peaceful and comfortable. Plenty of space for our large family. Clean, quiet and exactly as listed and represented in photos. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was extremely clean and included all the amenities needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens were crisp and clean. Using the August app to lock/unlock the front door was a breeze and helpful. Will definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in the area!

Brooke’s home was INCREDIBLE. It had everything you would want to make it feel like home away from home. Especially traveling with kids, Brooke had everything you could need for the 0-5 age range. Brooke was an incredible host, proactive and super communicative. Her place was also impeccably decorated and so comfortable. We hope to stay here again and absolutely worth every penny of our stay! We had a perfect romantic weekend in Santa Barbara, and this place made it truly special. The space was beautifully decorated with great style—spacious, full of natural light, cozy, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed, from thoughtful amenities to a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to East Beach, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Our host, Jane, was fantastic—responsive, kind, and full of helpful suggestions for local restaurants. She made everything easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This is a wonderful property close to the beach and within walking distance of all local shops. The property had high quality furnishings including lovely shower products, high quality appliances and a super comfy bed. We had a lovely host and I will definitely return to this property.

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!

We had a great stay with Avi, visiting our son at UCSB, and will for sure be back! After several visits staying at hotels we wanted something where we could cook and have more down time space but still be close to downtown. Avi’s place was perfect - he was super responsive, the apartment looked exactly at pictured and the location can’t be beat. As a bonus the bed was super comfortable. :) Would highly recommend!

Comfortable place in a great location. It is in a nice neighborhood a few blocks from the beach, but also only about a 30 minute walk to the far end of the downtown area. I was able to walk to so many activities. The kitchen doesn't have a lot of extras (like herbs, condiments, foil, plastic baggies, or that sort of thing), but has basic utensils and equipment. It was pretty quiet for the most part and it was fairly easy to find parking as long as I followed the few restrictions. One of the nicest perks was being able to hear the southing fountain outside (because the windows were open). It was a nice sound to sleep with. Instructions were clear for the most part, but I needed a little clarification on the lock box. It was nice to have a contact person on site that could quickly talk me through it over the phone.

We had a wonderful time. it was peaceful and relaxing. the apartment was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the location could not have been better.

Adam was very proactive in sending me all necessary information as well as fun things to do in the nearby area. He also was very helpful answering questions I had.
