We loved this house. Everything about the house was top tier. Clean and updated. 4 electric bikes, pool and many games, a nice tv room. 10 out of 10 experience

Lots of room for extra friends/family. Great stove top/easy cleaning up. Clean pool, working laundry room. Amazing outside view! Checks off as a really great spot to stay for a few days. Outside amenities is okay could be better. But overall, the stay was pleasant.

This home was absolutely beautiful and peaceful with stunning views. The pool and Jacuzzi were the highlight for us—especially since the pool was heated, we were able to enjoy night swims. The house is very spacious, perfect for larger groups, and it was wonderful that it was wheelchair accessible, making it easy and comfortable for our client with dementia to join and enjoy the trip. We’re so grateful for this experience and definitely plan to return with more of our family next time!

Suffice it to say, Jennifer with her warmth and great communication made my experience as good as it gets. If you’re new to camping, this is probably one of the best entry-level points possible. If you’re like me and you’ve gone backpacking, this will feel extremely luxurious. The pool is great. The hot tub is awesome. And the vibe inside the yurt reminds me of the Tree Bones Resort in Big Sur. I simply love this place and can’t wait to come back again.

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend for my birthday to go wine tasting and E’s place was perfect! There was plenty of parking space for 4 cars in the driveway, the house was pristine with 2 huge bathrooms. The pool was also amazing- clean and clear and pretty big! It’s safe to say I would definitely recommend this place for anyone taking a trip to Solvang. It’s close to all the stores and wineries and the area is so beautiful and quiet. I will be back next year!

The beauty of the home, property, and neighborhood exceeded our expectations. Todd was very responsive and the neighborhood couldn’t be quieter. Kitchen was very very well stocked and we would definitely stay again.

This is definitely a family home that is loved and well taken care of. Everything worked perfectly and every detail thought about and explained. The pool and Spa were clean and welcoming and everything we needed for a family gathering was included. Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable (especially the beds) - it was very hard to leave!

Brian's place was the perfect spot for our family's celebration of my 65th birthday and my Grandson Sonny's 1st birthday party. My daughter teaches and lives at Dunn School, so Brian's place was within walking distance to her school and downtown Los Olivos. We celebrated my birthday at the area restaurants on Saturday and had Sonny's Party at Brian's place on Sunday. Standouts included a great outdoor grill and spacious outside area for all the guests, top-of-the-line kitchen appliances inside the house, plenty of seating inside and out, outdoor games for kids and adults, an in-ground outdoor fireplace, with s'more ingredients supplied by Brian for the fire. Spa available, maybe we will try it next time:) Brian reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed and was available to answer any questions. I will definitely be a regular customer!!

Beautiful spacious home with all the amenities! We spent the night at Cory’s before my sister’s cal poly graduation. Cory was super accommodating when I had asked for flexibility with check in and out time (first time traveling with a baby). The kitchen had all the amenities for my parents to cook dinner and we were able to enjoy a lovely meal in the back yard. It was so peaceful and lovely for everyone. Also loved that it is super close to downtown AG! One of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at.

Our stay was peaceful and comfortable. Plenty of space for our large family. Clean, quiet and exactly as listed and represented in photos. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I would give Raymond’s place a 6 star out of 5 as we had a spectacular stay at his place. The place was beautiful , immaculate, very tastefully decorated and close to great restaurants and beaches. He was very responsive and let us drop off our luggage prior ! The house was perfectly beach ready and our celebratory trip also became magical as my daughter got engaged during our day at the beach during our stay !

My husband and I had a great stay. The room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable, just what we needed for a long weekend. Walkable to a few coffee shops, groceries, etc. but also easy to park on the street. Close to the airport and an easy 10-15 minute drive to Santa Barbara! Only thing to note is that there is a second unit on the other side of the wall. The other guests were noisy but they were more respectful after Lizzy spoke with them about the noise. Definitely recommend the spot to anyone coming to the area!

Beautiful and rustic home with amazing view of the ocean. Cozy living room and kitchen. Kitchen has basic stuff for you to cook a meal. Front porch has a grill so we were able to grill up some steaks for dinner. Backyard seems a little over-grown with plants but it didnt bother us. Overall, the location was worth it for the view. Rebecca was an amazing host, very responsive and accomodating! Great place to stay for a weekend trip to Santa Barbara! Minor observation: Around 9pm during the night of our stay, we heard a "thud" sound in the front porch area. We opened the door to see what it was. At that exact moment, we saw a water bottle flying over from the right side of porch - landing in the front porch area. Not sure who threw it or maybe if it fell from the roof. It was dark so we couldn't see well. No big deal - just found it a little weird. Could be the neighbors next door? We mentioned this to Rebecca on the day of check out just as an FYI and she will look into this more.

We were in town for UCSB College Graduation and the original home we rented on VRBO (13 months in advance) cancelled on us. Enter AirBnB and Matt and Robin's Shoreline Retreat. Location was fantastic (quiet neighborhood, walkable to water and into downtown SB). House was perfect - clean, not cluttered, and had unexpected "extras" such as toothbrush/toothpaste, laundry detergent, wine and snacks. Backyard grill... lots of spices and salt/pepper to allow us to make a few things at home without having to buy the grocery store. Seamless communication and when we realized we'd be arriving earlier than planned, they were quick to accommodate and early check-in. Highly recommend.

Reid and Jacy's listing was just perfect! We were looking for a home near the beach to host out of town family here for high school graduation. The house was absolutely perfect for all of our needs, and the kitchen was so well stocked with every item for cooking and for entertaining a larger group. We had a dinner of 10-12 people one evening (cleared with them first), and it was so comfortable and easy. Thank you for sharing this beautiful spot with us for this special occasion in our family.

My husband and I had an amazing time at Monica‘s home. It was so relaxing and beautiful. We enjoyed a fun game of bocce ball and slept amazingly at night. The bed was so comfortable. The temperature in the home was perfect. It had a nice cross breeze with the windows. We would love to stay there every visit back to Santa Barbara.

The space is very well laid out and furnished. Had everything I needed and was very comfortable and quiet.

We loved Catherine’s cottage. It was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We loved that it was just up the hill from the Los Olivos business district and enjoyed easy access to that lovely town. We hope to return!

We had an amazing stay. The house, the surroundings …everything just beautiful. Could not have asked for a better location; truly loved everything about the house.

This home is lovely and luxurious. The bedrooms were large and beautifully decorated and the kitchen was so large. We were attending my daughter's wedding, so we didn't have much time to enjoy the amenities, including the entertainment room with massaging chairs. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful, comfortable space right in Santa Ynez town. One block walk to SY Kitchen. Great communication from the hosts. Also, one of the most thoughtfully-stocked places ever: not only ample coffee, but cream and sugar! Just a lot of nice, classy touches that made it so lovely to arrive and stay. Bravo!

This was our second stay at the Yellow Farmhouse. We loved every minute of our stay - beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Sarah was a fantastic host. We will be back!

Amazing spot! Taylor and Joy were very communicative from the get-go and we appreciate the rapid responses when we had any questions. The location and pad was truly beautiful and easy to get in. Very clean and no issues at all! Thanks to the hosts guidebook, we had enjoyed some amazing food & drinks from locations that they had recommended. This place also is walking distance from the local shops and food joints which made it even better! Would strongly recommend this place and we hope to be back in the near future!
