A great place to stay. A very quick walk to the beach. The private pool is awesome. Lots of space. The management was extremely responsive to all needs/questions.

This house was great. We had the whole family here and everyone had their space. The pool was perfect. Having the golf cart was awesome. We used it every day and the kiddos loved it. Location was great, beach is right there and so are the shops and food. All in all a great stay. We would definitely book again!

You can tell the host really put thought into making it feel welcoming. It was in a great location close enough to all the fun, but still quiet and relaxing. The pool was an added plus the kids loved every second of it! It was the perfect way to wind down after the beach or just hang out during the day. We felt right at home the whole time and would absolutely stay here again. Definitely recommend it if you’re planning a trip to 30A!

Had such a wonderful time to this area for a few days!! The property was beautiful and accessible to local spots and was a very close walk to a fairly quiet and private beach! Stephanie provided several amenities and had the house very clean. This was very nice and quiet neighborhood, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a property in the area that is close to the beach and with a private pool!

THAT SLIDE! I have a 10, 8, and 6 year old grandkids who have pools - never did I think they would be so occupied and content playing on that slide everyday! The house beach was awesome for the little ones to net fish and the pier for the old ones to sit and fish. Baytowne Wharf 5 minutes away was ideal for walking around sipping a cool adult beverage while shopping and participating in kid activities such as ziplining and trampolining. Great house- great time!

This house was perfect for our group of 3 couples (6 adults) and 3 toddlers. The neighborhood is nice, but this house is backed up to the woods which added a lot of privacy. The golf cart was a must! We used it to get the the Blue Mountain Beach access each day, to restaurants and coffee shops. It was also just fun to ride around 30A. The neighborhood pool is very close to the home, which made things easy. The pool was quite crowded during our stay, but I suppose that is to be expected this time of year. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the appliances we could’ve needed. Shawna was extremely helpful and responsive for all of my questions. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Lynn's place. It was beautiful and exactly as pictured and described. I was very impressed with all of the amenities. There was washer pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, plenty of trash bags, hand soap with every sink, a fully stocked coffee bar (and I mean fully stocked)! There was everything you could possibly need and more. It was extremely clean and neat. The beds were really comfortable, and the rooms had plenty of closet space and storage. There were plenty of beach chairs, beach gear, towels, etc. We really enjoyed the golf cart. It was nice not having to rent one separate from the house. I really can't say enough good things about this place, or our experience there. We will certainly stay here again!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at HCTS! We had a 10 person party and this home accommodated us very comfortably-very spacious. This home is very clean and comfortable, with lovely decor, and had everything to accommodate our needs. Kids loved the bunk room/garage room and we all enjoyed the pool/hot tub and many balconies. Beach access is very close and home is located in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood close to so many things-spent time in seaside(4miles away). Kyle was amazing(best host we have ever had)!He went above and beyond from the time of booking and throughout our entire stay. He was always kind, very helpful, informative and responsive. So many memories were made here. Highly recommend without hesitation. We will be back!

Beautiful home! Just like the photos! Check in was very easy and location is spectacular. Your minutes away from the beach on the gulf cart which is a great amenity! This is a true gem! Tucked away from the busy Rosemary and Ally’s beach but just a quick drive to the beautiful areas of 30A! John, Lauren, Mark and Julie were always there the entire stay and helped us with any little hiccups we had! Place was very very clean besides some minor things. There was construction right behind the house. Which was a little busier this week but wasn’t that bad. our stay was spectacular! All beds were really comfortable! We will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful home!

The cottage was beautiful, clean, comfortable furniture and beds. Everything you need to go the beach organized and ready to go , short walk to the beach, pool was very clean . Wonderful location, loved the place , will definitely go back and recommend to my friends and family!!!!

Every detail felt intentional—stylish décor, top-notch amenities, and incredibly comfortable beds. The home was spotless and felt brand new. Absolutely stunning! The layout was spacious and perfect for our group, and the large yard was amazing—tons of room for the kids to play and enjoy the outdoors safely, while we enjoyed the scenic surroundings. The location couldn’t have been better—located right at 30A, just minutes to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area. Our host was truly fantastic—thoughtful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. You can tell real care (and investment!) went into making this a warm, welcoming, and high-end retreat. One of our favorite Airbnb stays to date—we’ll definitely be back soon!

We loved staying here! The pool is perfect and the neighborhood is so close to the beach, grocery, and restaurants. Kim and Andy are great hosts. We would love to stay again!

If you’re considering this place, just go ahead and book it already. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was incredible. The hosts are extremely friendly and responsive, the location is great, extremely private but still in the middle of the action. Everything is exactly as it looks in the photos, and it’s complete with all the amenities you need to have an incredible stay. Even the boardwalk to the beach is actually 260 steps away from the front lawn like the sign say. Yes, I counted. We will definitely be back. Thank you Dana and Mario for making our trip extraordinary.

Great having the golf cart to cruise around. Easy beach access within a few minutes drive with golf cart and great nearby restaurants. Cute little town and beautiful beaches.

Lisa, the office manager was very kind and helpful. We even had to change our dates at the last minute and it was no problem. The place is located very close to the walkway to the beach, which was so convenient. It was very clean and looked exactly as the pictures. We would definitely go back.

Place was amazing, everything was clean and as described. Ashley was amazing, we had a little hiccup with the smoke detector and even at 4am she responded promptly. She gave us recommendations for ice cream down by the beach. Overall it was easy access, clean, beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, and fantastic host. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved Chelsea’s place. It was perfect for our beach getaway especially with kids wanting to constantly walk back and forth from the beach to home base. The bikes were an awesome addition too. Chelsea was very responsive to any question we had. We will definitely be back!

This trip was an incredible experience for the whole family. The home was beautiful, safe, clean, and exactly as described. Peter was a great host; very responsive and quick to relay relevant information during our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this host and the home in Santa Rosa Beach.

Absolutely love our stay! Things to note: The house is CLEAN which is a huge deal to us. We love the private beach access as well. Always a must have for us. We never had many people on top of us on the beach but just enough people for the kids to meet friends and play! The manager with Sea & Stay is the best communicator of all of the places we have stayed on 30A. Checking on us regularly and making sure everything is perfect for our trip. We will be back to this house again soon!

We had an incredible stay at Something Blue! From the beautiful decor to the beautiful views, it was the perfect place for our family of 6! Our girls shared the bunk room which had plenty of space! I loved sitting on the balcony upstairs each morning to enjoy a cup of coffee before hitting the beach- the views were so beautiful! The location was literally a 30 second walk to the beach! It was so convenient and so easy to get to! We are looking forward to booking it again next summer!
