Fred and Rene’s place was perfect for my husband and I on our vacation! It was extremely clean and had a cozy feel. It was walking distance to several restaurants and shops, which was a plus with heavy vehicle traffic. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

This is THE spot hands down. Beautiful condo, location, & VIEW! Directly on water. Wonderful vacation. Brought my 5 year old and 6 month old. We will be back! This is the best condo on 30A IMO. Thank you for a great stay!

A prefect spot with perfect beaches just steps away. Sugar sand beaches. The condominium was well appointed with great/fun bunk beds for our two kids and a very nice king bed for the master. The kitchen was well appointed with two options for coffee, keurig and drip. However, after we found Prema Coffee just a block or so away, we needed neither. Prema is the closest coffee to my favorite Hula Daddy coffee in Hawaii and the food is amazing as well. We ate the absolute best grouper and red fish right across the street at Reel ‘Em In Fresh Seafood. We cooked our own red fish and ate their blackened grouper a few times. The AC worked awesomely, the beach was close, and we used the provided beach chairs and umbrella every day for a week. The pool was great for cooling off after the beach as well and for the kids to play. All in all, about perfect. Thank you Ernie for the stay, great comms and fast responses. We will be back!

Lee’s rental is absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy and roomy! There was also 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. I loved it so much and will happily rent it again when I return. Lee was also easy accessible, kind, informative and patient as I had a lot of questions. The location is great - right across the street from the beach walkway and Santa Rosa is charming and quaint. I absolutely loved it and will rent Lee’s rental whenever I’m there!!

Let me first say how amazing Yana was with communication, instructions, local hot spot knowledge, she knows her stuff when it comes to this area. We stayed for 5 nights at her place and it was everything we wanted in a condo. The condo is GORGEOUS, the scenery was so beautiful, and the quiet piece of town it is in, is perfect! I love the HOA rules, it keeps riff-raff out and you don’t have to listen to loud music, parties, or any other annoying distractions. We enjoyed our stay here, more than any other place! Place was easy to find and get in! Everything looked just like the photos. It’s a decent apartment complex. Couldn’t figure out how to get into the pool because they changed the gate. Overall nice stay.

This is a very beautiful and calm place to stay at while on vacation and the location is amazing. Loved that it is a 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min drive to the outlet mall and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

This airbnb is in amazing area. The white sand beaches and turquoise sea is just down a foot path across the street. We loved to watch the sunset and moonrise. The star gazing was amazing as this area is very low for light pollution. The unit is fresh and cozy, a great night's sleep. Matt is a friendly and responsive host.

Kathryn is so kind and responsive! Her place is beautiful, very clean, and in a great area. We loved it! You are so close to many great restaurants and shops. A quick ride or decent walk to it all! We loved checking out all the local coffee shops in the area and being able to walk just a few steps to the beach. The stairs down to the beach are…fun..with a beach wagon haha, but not unmanageable. The beach and area around is quiet and very family friendly! We will be back for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Salty Blonde! We loved the location in Santa Rosa- it’s not as crowded as some of the nearby towns, but still drivable to some of the attractions we wanted to go to. The beautiful beach was such a quick and easy walk! The location of this condo in Gulf Place really couldn’t have been better. The Airbnb was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. Everything was well thought out. Roger was a great host- with great instructions, recommendations, and very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend the Salty Blonde!

Really great location, and lots to do! Perfect for a romantic getaway or even to bring kids! Super easy walk across the street to the beach! Especially if you have a lot to carry!

We had an amazing stay at Stanton’s place! The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location is unbeatable. It was right in a prime spot with absolutely stunning views. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to visit again soon. Highly recommend!

Great place! Will absolutely be staying again! Right across from the beach, was such an easy walk! Probably a minute walk to the beach. Perfect for just my husband and I.
