Elegante apartamento frente al mar, en PRIMERA LÍNEA DE PLAYA en las Calas de Santiago Bernabéu de Santa Pola (Alicante). Con mucha luz y orientación sur-este (levante), siendo más fresco en verano. Ideal para familias, frente al paseo marítimo y la playa. Centro comercial con supermercado, cines, etc, a 200 metros. A 5 minutos andando del centro del pueblo y todos los restaurantes y servicios. Y a 10 minutos andando del puerto marítimo. Cuatro habitaciones (dos dobles) y dos baños. Parking.

Primera linea de mar recién reformada

Apartamento recién reformado en primera linea de la Gran Playa de Santa Pola. Muy amplio, con todas las comodidades y con un espectacular balcón mirando al mar. Destacan también sus enormes ventanales que ofrecen una magnifica visión de la playa y de toda la costa desde el interior de la vivienda. Equipamiento nuevo y moderno: Iluminación, suelos, paredes, ventanales, cocina, ventiladores de techo, aire acondicionado, mobilario, aseos, etc. Disfruta de Santa Pola desde nuestra casa. :-)

Apartamento reformado en 2024, muy céntrico y en calle tranquila. Salón y balcón con vistas laterales al puerto. Exterior, luminoso y acogedor. Próximo a playas (9 min andando) y a solo 1 min del paseo marítimo del puerto deportivo con numerosos restaurantes y terrazas. Barcos a Tabarca: 4 min andando. Moderno y luminosísimo apartamento en primera línea de la Playa de Levante de Santa Pola, (zona Peñagrande). Desde cualquier punto del salón-comedor y la cocina abierta, se puede disfrutar de unas maravillosas vistas al mar. Climatizador individual en cada estancia. 2 modernos baños completos (1 acristalado en suite). Los ventanales se abren completamente en acordeón, integrando la terraza al salón. Un pequeño paraíso en pleno centro del pueblo, para disfrutar de ¡unas vacaciones únicas! :)

Acogedor apartamento luminoso, con piscina,plaza de parking propia a 250 m de la playa . Totalmente equipado ,2 habitaciocon una gran terraza, piscina comunitaria y parking. Muy bien situado, no se precisa coche para ir al centro o playas. Muy cerca del centro comercial, Mercadona. Barrio residencial de apartamentos muy tranquilo y cerca de todo. El aeropuerto se encuentra a 15 km, unos 15 minutos en vehiculo. Ideal para parejas, viaje d negocios, familias (con hijos) y grupos pequeños

Apartamento céntrico a 2 min de la playa de Levante y del puerto. Cuenta con 2 habitaciones (cama de 135cm y cama de 90cm), balcón, aire acondicionado y calefacción en todas las estancias, ideal para una estancia cómoda en cualquier época del año. Dispone de internet de fibra de 600 Mb y WiFi. Ubicado junto al Castillo, con todos los servicios alrededor. Nota: Es un cuarto sin ascensor, pero su ubicación y comodidades lo hacen perfecto para disfrutar de Santa Pola.

Enjoy a classy and very centrally located acommodation at the harbor of Santa Pola. The apartment is newly renovated (2022) and has lateral view to the harbor, giving the ambience that certain something you are looking for. There is a supermarket just a min away by feet and lots of shops, restaurants and bars just in front of the door. To the beach Playa Lisa its a 5 min walk, to Playa Levante its a 10 min. walk. Enjoy Santa Pola from its best side!

Clean and modern flat just a minute from the sea. The flat was even nicer than in the pictures. Very quiet area in September. 10-15 mins from the centre along the beautiful beach promenade. We loved the sunny terrace with sea view. Asunción was a flexible and helpful host. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay in this apartment was amazing. The place is modern, has everything you need and has a very nice balcony with a beautiful view. The apartment is very well equipped and we also had chairs and umbrellas for beach which was very convinient. Maria was a great host and let us stay longer in our check out day which helped us because our flight was in the evening. This place was 10/10!

This place is a little piece of heaven .. right by the beach with loads of beautiful bars , restaurants and cafes close by . Shop right around the corner - it’s perfect for a beachside getaway . The accommodation is beautiful - stunning - with everything you could need or want . Hosts were beyond helpful and so friendly . We will be back for sure ..

Apartment in main street with AC near the beach

Rafael is by far the best Air BnB host I’ve ever met! When we arrived at the apartment, he was waiting for us alongside his wife. He took time carefully explaining to us everything we needed to know about the place. Rafael even met us at the port to make sure we get discounted price when we were purchasing tickets for the ferry to go across Tabarca island. He also made sure we were aware of the times the ferry operates as well as checking in on us and reminding us the times for the last ferry from Tabarca. The apartment is very clean and has everything we needed. The bakery across the street is such a treat for us having fresh bakes in the morning for breakfast. There’s also a fruit shop just below the apartment and the big supermarket Mercadona is just a minute walk from the apartment. Rafael took us to the airport as well! A very kind gesture and we are very grateful for his time and dedication to making sure we had a fantastic time in Santa Pola. Highly recommended! Thank you!
