Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

¡Nos encantó este lugar! El piso es cómodo, limpio y muy bien equipado, ideal para desconectar y sentirse como en casa. Uno de los mayores puntos a favor es que pudimos ir con nuestros perros, y ellos también lo pasaron genial. Hay suficiente espacio para que se sientan cómodos y zonas cercanas para pasear con ellos. La ubicación es perfecta para unas vacaciones, pero con todo lo necesario cerca. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, siempre disponible para cualquier duda o recomendación. This was our 2nd stay and it was just as amazing as a couple of years ago. Exceptionally clean with the most wonderful terrace and easy access to the pool. In a fabulous location within a short walk to restaurants, bars and the beach. Would not hesitate to recommend and we will hopefully be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was very convenient and an easy 10 min walk to the beach, and all the restaurants in old town. The apartment was extremely spacious with 3 full bathrooms, the kitchen was well stocked, and the apartment was quiet at night. The hosts were very responsive and were quite helpful for local recommendations, they even made us reservations at their favorite restaurants. We were allowed to leave our bags a few hours early since our train arrived before checking time, which was extremely convenient. We would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone!

3 par på pinseferie i Alicante. Vi boede perfekt hos Soledad, 3 gode soveværelser og 2 gode badeværelser. Fantastisk terrasse. Ligger roligt med 10 minutter til centrum med alle restauranter inden for rækkevidde. Meget anbefalelsesværdigt

This is a great location. An easy 10 minute walk to the beach, 15 to the Esplanade, Old Town and myriad restaurant choices. Grocery shopping, bakeries, transit & a mall are close by. You may want to get a transit card for your stay. The walk back from downtown is pretty up hill. The space is well set up with a good dining and social area. We cook and the kitchen worked well for us when we weren't enjoying tapas or arroz at one of the many local spots. Supplies of laundry & dish soap carried us through our long stay. Carlos was super responsive and helpful including suggesting local services.

Absolutely loved our stay in Alicante! The apartment boasted a truly beautiful view that we couldn't get enough of. Its great location meant everything was within easy reach, and having a lovely beach right next to us was a huge bonus. To top it all off, our hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

La casa era molto ampia, luminosa e pulita, ha anche un terrazzino fantastico per la colazione. In cima al palazzo inoltre c’è una grande terrazza con una vista bellissima sul castello a cui è possibile accedere. Miguel inoltre è stato un host fantastico: la casa aveva tutto ciò di cui si potesse avere bisogno, tra cui prodotti per donne come assorbenti e dischetti struccanti; ci ha anche dato ottimi consigli sulle spiagge e permesso di fare il check in già dalla mattina. Esperienza fantastica che consiglio assolutamente.

La verdad, un 10/10. La casa es una verdadera pasada, súper chula y con espacio de sobra para estar un grupo grande perfectamente. Hemos estado todos súper cómodos y a gusto, disfrutando de la canasta, la piscinita para darse un chapuzón, la bbq, las terrazas con las hamacas y demás. Todo genial, y encima perfectamente preparada y con utensilios de sobra para 10 personas. La zona es tranquila, al lado de una cala, en una zona residencial. No hay restaurantes ni pubs cerca, así que hemos tenido que movernos para ello, pero no ha sido un problema. Y por último, Eva ha sido una anfitriona sobresaliente. Siempre atenta y disponible, proactiva, amable y profesional. Nos ha dado muchas recomendaciones que han sido un acierto total, y ha hecho que nuestra estancia haya sido estupenda. Así que en definitiva, una estancia totalmente recomendada!!

Lago ja Alba ovat täydellisiä majoittajia, huomaavaisia matkailijoita kohtaan ja huolehtivia. Majoitus oli todella puhdas ja hyvin varusteltu. Asuinalue on hiljainen ja 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta. Lähellä ruokakauppoja, ravintoloita, nopeasti pääsee jopa kahteen eri rantaan. Erittäin helppo p tapa viestitellä majoittajan kanssa. Pienet herkut ovat miellyttävä yllätys saapumispäivänä. Ehdottomasti suosittelen !

Hemos quedado encantados con la casa, es incluso mejor que en las fotos. Nos preocupaba el sofá cama antes del viaje pero es muy cómodo y si duerme fenomenal. Toni y su madre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. La zona ideal para descansar y desconectar. Y la casa tiene de todo, incluso aceite y especias para cocinar. Volveremos sin duda!

A few useful additions, would be a couple of egg cups, an easy chair, a small coffee table, full length mirror, iron and a couple of beach chairs. Lucy, David's representative was lovely, greeting us in the early hours of the morning, also providing an ironing table and iron. Albeit the list of desirable items above, we enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to returning next year. Thank you, Martin and Jeannette

Apartamento en perfecto estado , no hemos echado nada en falta , muy limpio y ordenado . La ubicación excelente , menos de 1 minuto en llegar a la playa y restaurantes exquisitos a su alrededor . Zona muy tranquila y acogedora . Alejandro siempre muy atento y amable , repetiré sin duda .

Alexandra a une très bonne communication et nous a très bien renseignée, même pendant le séjour elle nous demande si on manque de rien. L'appartement est propre est idéalement placé. Un balcon avec une belle vue est agréable pour le soir, trop chaud la journée en juin. Tout est à côté et la mer a 5-10 min a pied. Tous ce qu'il faut comme équipements tant dans la cuisine que pour aller a la plage est présent pour passe un bon séjour. L'immeuble est immense mais tres propre et calme, comme de partout a alicante dans les copopriete piscine,terrain de tennis, aire de jeux privé. je recommande vivement cette location. Pour notre part aucun regret et nous y reviendrons si l'occasion ce presente.

Roberto was an incredible host, especially for our first time using airbnb! Very responsive to messages with my many questions and when we struggled to unlock the apartment doors, himself and Analia (key holder) were incredibly helpful! Apartment/pool were exactly like the photos, plenty of storage, clean, fresh and beautifully smelling linen/bed sheets and incredible sea views! Roberto was extremely accommodating when we asked for an earlier check in and later check out due to our flight times, we were so grateful for his hospitality as it made our stay go that much more seamlessly! We found the area to be very local/residential so not loads to do, but we were only a short bus/taxi journey into places like Alicante and Santa Pola where we visited the Island of Tabarka, which was beautiful! Enough restaurants to visit for the duration of our stay :) Thank you Roberto for making our holiday feel like visiting a second home! Perfect 60th birthday celebrations for my Mum complete

Wat een schitterende locatie. We waren onze computer vergeten en Andrés regelde het. Super vriendelijk. In het appartement was alles niet super groot maar aanwezig . Het allermooiste was wel het zwembad met het uitzicht. We voelde ons er thuis. Heerlijke tijd gehad en komen hier absoluut terug. Dankjewel voor alles je bent een top gastheer!

Sensationelle Aussicht auf das Meer. Das kleine Häuschen ist auch gut für Langzeitaufenthalte geeignet. Man hat eine Waschmaschine und auch in der Küche alles was man braucht. Ein Auto ist unerlässlich. Unter anderem weil man keinen direkten Fussweg zum Strand hat. Man muss mit dem Auto etwa 10 Minuten fahren. Zumindest in der deutschen Beschreibung liest es sich so, als habe man einen „Strandzugang“. Die Strände sind top. Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig zu den Nachbarn. Insgesamt jedoch klare Empfehlung.

Het was een heel knus en gezellig huisje. Alles wat je nodig hebt zit erin. Schoon opgemaakt bed met goed matras. Handdoeken aanwezig. hele mooie onderhouden urbanisatie met hele mooie groene beplanting en een prachtig schoon zwembad. Het uitzicht vanuit het huis is adembenemend! Als je vroeg op staat kan je elke ochtend van een prachtige zonsopkomst genieten. Marie Louisa reageert heel snel en is zowel via de Airbnb app als Whats app te bereiken. In- en uitchecken gaat super simpel. En niet geheel onbelangrijk, je hebt een eigen parkeerplaats. Vlakbij Alicante dus als je een auto huurt kan je elke dag iets moois bezoeken. Kortom, ik zou het zo opnieuw boeken!
