Beach house holiday rentals in Santa Pola

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our first holiday with our baby. The location was ideal and a bit quieter than staying right in the middle of everything but was a 5-10 minute walk away from great restaurants, beach etc. Miguel was always super quick at responding to any questions. Jättefint boende! Nära till spårvagnen som går till Alicante och nära till en fin strand. Lägenheten var superfin med bra pool och grillplats. Värden var supersnabb på att svara på meddelanden och var hjälpsam. Toppenbra!

Mycket trevligt townhouse i de äldre delarna av Alicante. Jättefin utsikt från den stora takterrassen som hade sol hela dagen. Mysiga gator och gränder i närheten. Rent och fint. Rekommenderar verkligen detta boende.

Unser Aufenthalt in Davids Wohnung in Gran Alacant war rundum angenehm. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, durchdacht eingerichtet und bietet einen wunderbaren Meerblick. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Besonders schön war der Außenbereich mit Grill, für den sogar Feuerholz bereitgestellt wurde – perfekt für gemütliche Abende. David ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Er hat uns persönlich begrüßt und stand jederzeit für Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man hat sich sofort wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden. Mit dem Bus erreicht man Santa Pola in etwa 15 Minuten und Alicante in rund 35 Minuten, sodass sich auch Ausflüge leicht unternehmen lassen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, David!

Calm, clean ja cozy apartment for family holiday (2 adults and 2 children)😊 + pool area with shower and sunbeds+umbrellas + good beds + excellent air-con + well equipped kitchen, dishwasher + great wi-fi + small shop and tram stop quite near Stein answered all questions quickly and everything went well, thank you.

We have just got back from a week staying at Javier and Nathalie’s house. We are family of two adults and four children ranging age from 14 to 1 and this place had everything you could possibly need! The house is spacious and pool bigger than it looked in the photos, cinema room is an added bonus. Very well equipped with baby gates, toys, high chairs, the cot was put up, extra bedding available, inflatables and bikes. Also the kitchen has a filtered tap for drinking water so no carrying heavy bottles of water back from the shop! The location is quiet and is a good 10-15minute walk to the beach (with little children in tow) and a 20minute bike ride to the big Lidl so I think next time we would potentially hire a car. Only thing to note is that the restaurants close by don’t often open of an evening until 8pm so when we went out at 6.30-7pm nothing was open! The tram is easy, it’s at the entrance to the beach and only four stops to El campello. The hosts were so lovely and helpful!

Juan is just a wonderful host. He was very keen to make sure we were checked in properly and took time to explain the property. The house is clean and tidy and looks recently updated. Everything we needed was available. The views of the beach are amazing and only 1 min walk. The tram to Alicante took 17 mins and was less than €2. Bargain! As a group of 5 ladies, we would have liked a mirror in each bedroom and a small trash bin for the bathrooms. There was also only one large knife in the kitchen for preparing food so another smaller knife is needed for cutting salad etc. there are some amazing restaurants close by in Campello. We would definitely be returning to this wonderful home and we had a very special stay. Great host and service!

A beautiful villa, a fantastic pool and generous amounts of items, including crockery, cutlery, glasses, pool towels to name just a few. A perfect family villa for a wonderful holiday and in a beautiful location. I think we have all fallen in love with Murcia and the surrounding area. For our first visit, we had plenty to explore by foot. Christian was a super host and so helpful and quick to repond.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

Lovely villa just what we were looking for, would have been nice if there had been a couple of more nice restaurants near by but all and all we had a nice peaceful holiday

Our stay was perfect, great facilities you don’t need to think about anything! They were very accommodating for our family , especially with providing a full size cot for our 7 month old. Any questions I had were answered promptly. I had no concerns and would 100% be returning!

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

Der gesamte Aufenthalt inkl. Kommunikation war perfekt! Vielen Dank für das Erlebnis. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Ik moet zeggen lof over Delores en haar man. Het huis ziet er gezellig uit en is schoon! Er is een vaatwasser, wasmachine, flatscreen tv twee heerlijke banken. Lekkere bedden en een schaduwrijk terras. Heerlijk voor warme zomerdagen. Er zijn twee slaapkamers, en een nieuwe gerenoveerde badkamer. Het is een gezellige plek in La Marina Robello. vlak bij Camping La marina. Tijdens ons verblijf hadden we last van een black-out. Delores en haar man namen de moeite om ons op te zoeken en te vragen of zij iets voor ons konden doen, terwijl zij er zelf ook niets aan konden doen. Geweldig. Ik wil hier zeker nog eens komen.

David ist ein super Gastgeber, Immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend! Lage ist super da am Strand vor der Terrasse unter der Woche wenig los ist. Restaurants sind sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit Auto leicht und schnell zu erreichen. Ausflüge sind innerhalb von 20min mit dem Auto auch gut erreichbar.

Couldnt rate our stay highly enough. The hosts were amazing and met us at the villa to let us in at the time we wanted! Very kind of them! The villa was spacious, beautifully dressed, comfy and clean. The outdoor space was particulary magnificent with the huge BBQ which we used 5 nights out of 7. Who doesnt love eating under a pergola at 9pm in 25 degree evening sun!! This trip will forever be in our memories as the place our son learnt to swim. About a 45 min stroll to the beach (downhill - taxis back for us!). Lovely resturants and bars - lots to do. 10/10 holiday - would definiatley go back. A huge thank you from us to you for hosting and making our stay so wonderful.

Appartement très bien entretenu en bord de plage à 2 minutes à pied, disposante de tout le nécessaire. Maria a été très arrangeante sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ.

La casa está muy bien ubicada, cerca de la playa y a unos 15 minutos andando al centro. La casa está muy bien equipada, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Súper fácil para aparcar. David estuvo muy pendiente todo el tiempo. Súper recomendable!!

Great apartment, great set of kitchen equipment and very comfortable. The terraces were a great addition and a lovely outdoor space.

Bra läge , lugn omgivning. Nära stranden och lugnt poolområde med stor pool alldeles utanför. Bra beskrivning av omgivning, affärer som gjorde det lätt att hitta. Hjälp att hitta söndagsmarknad i El Campello. Vi använde även transport ned Tram, nån bil behövs ej på detta ställe.
