Holiday rentals with a patio in Santa Monica

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

Joe and Erika’s place was perfect for my needs, which were to be near the Metro for work and near the beach for play. The apartment is clean and lovely, exactly as pictured, and it had a nice private and peaceful vibe. There is a place to rent bikes right next to the building that I highly recommend, great guys there, and then you can bike for miles/hours along the Santa Monica Bay. As a solo female traveler the building felt secure and safe, and there are no shortages of great restaurants and shops nearby. The proximity to the ocean, cool ocean breeze, and spectacular sunsets make this a great place to stay in Santa Monica.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The place was spotlessly clean and felt incredibly secure, which we really appreciated. It was clear the host has thought of everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Speaking of the host, he was responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. We had a truly great stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Vic’s place was great! The location was perfect, we loved strolling with our 5 month old on the marina promenade. We were able to spend an hour at the pool (smallish, but the pool deck is very swanky, felt like an upscale hotel), and our baby had his first “swim” there! The apartment was the perfect size for us two adults and the baby, and Vic had a pack and play already set up. The living room/kitchen is one large open space, and my sister and her fiance (who live right around the corner, our reason for choosing Vic’s place) and my mom were able to come over and we all fit very comfortably for a casual dinner. We loved taking our son out on the patio and he liked to watch the cars go by. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

This was the third stay at Clarissa's place for my husband and me. The location works well for us as it's near our son and his family. We also appreciate that we can bring our dog along. As always, the unit was clean and everything was as described.

Great location. Had everything you need. Easy access, quick drive to a lot of good food in the marina and on Lincoln. My only slight complaint was the pool was smaller than expected and the floors felt very sticky.

Maggie was an exceptional host. Any thing that we needed or if anything happened she was one phone call away. The location was awesome and perfectly described. We loved our entire experience and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

I really enjoyed staying here. Host was very responsive and helpful, making sure to check in with us to make sure everything is up to standard. Secured parking spot in garage, the apartment was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed and so much more. Walking distance from plenty of restaurants and the Santa Monica boardwalk. Lovely Spanish casita nestled on a quiet dead end road in West Hollywood/Laurel Canyon. Beautifully decorated and well appointed. Very clean and comfortable space for our party of five, children & adults mixed. Serene and functional outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful California weather. Parking our SUV in driveway was challenging but possible.

Beautiful, well maintained home with an inviting, comfortable atmosphere. Friendly, accommodating hosts with clear and accurate communication. Would stay here again if the need arises.

Topanga Canyon is a great location away from the busy city. The Canyon house is set in an amazing location, very serene with beautiful grounds and canyon views. Lots of outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy. The interior is well done from the floorplan to the comfortable beds, and a great kitchen that included everything we needed. The host was fantastic. They were very responsive with communications and had local recommendations for Topanga Canyon and beyond. We would definitely stay here again!

Wow!! So glad we found Eitay’s place! It was perfect and we loved staying there. The location had an incredible view, very nice neighborhood, and a great area. The beds were comfortable and they had so many comforts of home that were greatly appreciated. The owners provided great instructions and were wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this home. We stayed with my sister, her husband, and their two kids, and the space was perfect for our group. The house is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a huge hit—great for relaxing and letting the kids burn off some energy. Inside, there were tons of games that kept everyone entertained, and the massive TV made for awesome movie nights. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the layout made it easy to hang out together while still having our own space. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Overall, it was the perfect family-friendly spot in a great location. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean and as described. Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions were clear. Parking can be tough, but we got really lucky and got a spot right in front of the building. We decided to uber to places if needed for the remainder of our trip. That worked out smoothly and didn’t have to worry about getting places or finding parking when returning. Overall, very nice place and would recommend!

Dave’s apartment was everything we were looking for to make our family trip memorable! Clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. He was so kind and communicative, made us feel very welcome. Location was a bonus, perfect for anyone wanting to be close to all things Westwood. Thank you for a great experience, will be back soon!
