Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Santa Monica

Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

We stayed here for a family member’s graduation and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-designed, and peaceful, with beautifully maintained, private landscaping. It was perfect for a guest in our group with knee issues, thanks to the two ground-floor bedrooms and thoughtful touches like a bench at the entry for the no-shoes policy. The iPad system controls everything from the hot tub to house music, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Lori, the house manager, was exceptional—warm, responsive, and solved a minor lock issue in minutes. The location is excellent: a short walk to coffee, restaurants, and stores, and about 20 minutes on foot to downtown Culver City. Erewhon and many other amenities are located there, and driving to downtown takes just a couple of minutes. We had a great stay and highly recommend this home for anyone visiting LA.

We had an amazing weekend! We had our micro wedding here and everyone said they wished it was their home. The space was beautiful to begin with and easy to add personal touches to the backyard for the wedding. Unexpected Bonus: There was a simple wooden arch already in the backyard too that we added fabric and flowers to. Everything about the space was well equipped and comfortable. Would recommend for families wanting a personal and private place for a space to celebrate. Erica is an amazing host! Super responsive and proactive- will make you feel at ease. Can’t say enough how wonderful the space and the weekend was for my family and I!

Fabulous stay, once again! Always enjoy Bay’s tranquil, private accommodations in her charming guest house. And the outdoor shower is so fun!

This was simply the most wonderful home that our family has ever stayed in. We instantly felt at home and were so pleased that the pictures on Airbnb matched what we experienced in person. The location was perfect, as far as being away from the noise and crowds of LA. Yet we still happily enjoyed easy access to beaches, stores and restaurants. We can't wait to stay here again in the future!

Hallgrim was a very gracious host. We were moving from another Airbnb & needed a place to stow our refrigerated food for 3 hours. He easily accommodated that & ultimately said we could just check in early. One caveat - be sure you understand the street parking protocol. It works but it can be tight, especially late at night. We always found a spot but you will need good parallel parking skills. The house is personal & eclectic & you will feel like you are staying at a good friend’s house. This is not the usual “just the basics” corporate Airbnb. It is a home. My daughter & I felt very comfortable staying here & would definitely book it again. The Canyon has a unique history. In addition to looking thru the beautiful coffee table book Hallgrim has left out for his guests to enjoy, you must watch Echo in the Canyon for an extended stroll through the musical history of this unique canyon. You’ll be singing Mamas and Papas songs on your way down to Lilly’s Cafe in no time!

Host was very communicative but not invasive. Felt right at home and has everything you would need, like staying at a friend’s house. Beds were great. Loved the front deck - so peaceful with comfortable furniture, lush greenery, and great view. Spent most of our time out there. One caveat, to get the great views in the middle of the city, you have to climb. We did not have a problem with it and we are not particularly young or super fit, but if you struggle with stairs at all, definitely not the place for you. And keep in mind that anything you bring (luggage, groceries, etc) will need to be taken up a single narrow staircase (roughly the height of 1.5 floors) so maybe not a good choice if you don’t travel light. We would stay again.

We planned a girls trip to go to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. Liza’s place was the perfect location for getting to iconic places we wanted to see outside the concert. Enjoyed the backyard multiple times and Liza always responded promptly regarding any questions we had. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back!

The house is located on the top of the hill and has great views. Location is super quiet and peaceful. Big house with a nice patio, backyard was very spacious and a perfect place to relax and chill. Tomer was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again

Gal made our stay in California feel so comfortable & right at home! She allowed us to have a dinner with a few friends right after my son’s graduation. She definitely welcomed us with some treats, tea & coffee. We truly enjoyed our stay in her beautiful place!

Vanessa’s Malibu Vista home was perfect for our family to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Pepperdine. Vanessa went above and beyond to provide us with tables to use outside and help us to accommodate parking for our guests. We also had a barbecue to use.. There were 10 of us staying at her place and it worked perfectly with the two bathrooms on the main level and one bathroom upstairs. Although it was foggy most of the time we were there we got brief glimpses of the amazing ocean view. There were also outdoor places to keep warm by the fire heated table.

Wally was easy to communicate with & the location and house were exactly as described. Great location above Hollywood Blvd to get around LA!

Great host always responded when I had a question. Great property it’s peaceful & private. Great vacation home for family.

First and foremost, Anna is an incredible communicator. We greatly appreciate that as we booked last minute and she was able to get us set up. She’s so understanding and quick to help out. The place was clean and just as explained. Awesome stay at an awesome resort. Definitely going to stay at her place again.

We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.
