Holiday rentals with breakfast in Santa Monica

We had the most wonderful stay at Deb’s home. We lost our home in the fires in January and had a gap between housing and found this house but is magical. Deb is wonderful. I feel like we made a true friend. The backyard is incredible. The pool is huge. The layout of the house is so comfortable. We were finally able to relax and feel at home for the first time in months. The neighborhood is perfect. The house has everything you need. We can’t say enough about how special this week was to us. Thank you!

Beautiful generally well kept home with amazing views and yard. If you are a bird lover, you will truly enjoy the symphony of beautiful bird sounds. Being close to the reservoir is a great feature.

Beautiful home with great views, large open kitchen and living room space. We were allowed to check in an hour earlier. We loved that there’s a bathtub and shower option. Bed was very comfortable. It was a weekend stay, perfect for what we were looking for.

Great place. Cozy, clean, and quiet. Outdoor space is clean and peaceful. It is in a nice neighborhood to go for walks in, I felt safe. Conveniently close to stores, restaurants, etc. You wouldn’t know you were in the city with how quiet it is at this house. I would definitely stay here again if need be in the area.

Another great stay at Posh 2. This has been our “go to” for our occasional visits to Pasadena. It has everything we need for a comfortable. Great location in a nice neighborhood. We appreciate the safe and walkable sidewalks for getting in a quick workout and the off street parking is a plus. Barry and Van Martain are “super hosts”.

This was a great place for us to crash for a couple days while visiting LA. The home is fully equipped and could also host a family for an extended period of time. Nice to have a gated parking spot as well.

My at Alice's place was exactly what I needed! It was a work-away-from-home trip, and the office space was the highlight: quiet, bright, with views of the hills beyond. The cottage is spacious, well equipped, and feels secluded while being a walk away from nearby amenities. Coffee on the nature-filled deck was a highlight. Ann and Letty were both super responsive and friendly, and Letty even kindly brought over an iron for me to use on short notice. Would highly recommend!

the place is very peaceful and everything you can find are here including sprout, restaurants, target. you can easily reach via car almost everything and its a great place for shopping. the place is very good and reachable. we even gave a big camel plushie just to express our gratitude. the place can cook which we saved alot of money and we had our dirty linen clean. the hist gave us free laundry detergent and it helped us alot in savings. if i can give 10 stars i would do so. more power

Then look no further this is the property for you !!!*** This property is 100% a must stay while you are in the Santa Ana/Anaheim area. It was peaceful clean and perfect. Ms. Elaine’s hospitality was like I’m none other. The amenities or exactly what we need it. I travel for business often and the level of communication that we were provided with it was spectacular. The unit was very comfortable/cozy! **3 bedroom house** I also want to mention another beautiful property that’s five minute car drive from Anaheim California convention center/ directly Across the street from Disney. This is a beautiful three bedroom home that will be great for a family or traveling business partners. Traveling for business can be a headache to find the necessary accommodations for your partners, or clients. This property is spectacular. I will definitely be booking the next time when I’m in town. Ms. Elaine is officially my go to. When I am in the Anaheim /Santa Ana area, there is no other place I would rather stay. If you were not booking with Ms. Elaine you are missing out. Hurry up she books up quick.

This was one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. Jan was friendly and left several extra ammenities inside the home. The location was in a safe and walkable location. The outside seating areas were inviting and relaxing. My stay was very enjoyable and I will be returning when I am in the area again.

I enjoyed my stay at Dianna's Airbnb! The place was perfect for my needs, clean, easily accessible, and well-stocked with necessities. The addition of homemade greeting snacks was a nice touch. Beautiful home located in a peaceful neighborhood. The private room and bathroom were cozy and comfortable. Everything we needed during our stay was provided. It was very generous of them to let us use their washing machine and dryer. If we have the chance to visit LA again, we’d love to stay at Kristin and Chris’s place and explore more of their beautiful neighborhood.

From the moment I checked in I felt comfortable and so happy with my choice of rental. Christian's home is beautifully appointed and sparkling clean. My host provided fresh organic continental breakfast and the coffe was wonderful and appreciated. To be so close to my family and our new grand baby was amazing. The neighbor hood is excellent and the 3 block walk enabled me not to have to rent a car. In general very close to everything I needed. My room was very comfortable and with the beautiful bathroom steps away! Without hesitation I would love to revisit and highly recommend Christains home for a peaceful stay in Van Nuys!

I had the most amazing experience at Laura's place! Laura is super friendly and easy to talk to. She always has water, fruit, and food for guests. The place is so comfortable and clean. It has everything you need. Feels like home. It's great that I had my own laundry and dryer when i stayed there. The location is perfect, walkable restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again in the future!

My husband, two girls, and I absolutely loved our stay at Ollie’s place! The location is perfect, and sitting in front of that window every morning with my coffee is something I’m going to daydream about nonstop. We walked right out to the beach every morning after breakfast, and Ollie had chairs, toys, and much more for us to use on the beach. Her breakfast each morning was such a treat! We couldn’t get enough of her delicious baked treats. Ollie is so kind, and is super quick to respond with anything you may need. Thanks Ollie for the best family vacay! ❤️

It was perfect for what we needed. The room is actually nicer than the photos, which is rare. It was very clean, easy check in, owner, Doris, was lovely. Friendly, warm, but not intrusive. I will definitely book again.

I have never stayed inside someone’s home for an Airbnb—only in separate guest suites; however, after reading Suzanne’s glowing reviews, I decided to take a risk. I am so very thankful that I did. Suzanne greeted my husband and I upon our arrival with so much warmth and kindness. Her precious cat Madam also gave us a sweet welcome! We immediately felt like we were spending time with friends. The guest room and bathroom are on the other side of the house, so there is still a sense of privacy in the shared space. She provided bagels, fruit, coffee, and tea each morning—a true bed and breakfast experience! The location of the home in the hills is beautiful and tucked away, yet a short Uber ride from multiple places of interest. I highly recommend hiking to the Hollywood Sign with Suzanne and her friends. Incredible views of Mt. Lee and fantastic conversation make the exercise not even feel like exercise. I would recommend Suzanne’s place to any of my friends!
