pleasant stay, comfortable apartment, pleasant neighborhood of a quiet shopping mall where you can get everything, the lady who was recommended to us for the kitchen was very good, the only thing is that for 8 it is difficult to sleep because the sofa bed is hard and not very comfortable. A very incredible, nice and quiet place to stay. It has everything you need to feel at home if you don't want to go out, and yet it's close to go out and enjoy the city, the night and the beach. It has a wonderful view of everything, the beach, the sea, the city and the mountains. And finally, the pool is a quiet and comfortable place to be and enjoy a few beers. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place to go and we hope to return with my partner to enjoy the place and the city again. To start excellent service at the reception, the apartment complies with what it promises, very good ventilation, very comfortable for adults and children, and very well equipped (the crib served us very much), very well located, everything is very close (beach, restaurants, supermarkets, aquarium, dock, etc .), very good pool service, the host was always very attentive to everything. For Colombia, it’s a very modern and luxurious apartment in downtown Santa Marta. Big and open, homey, private. Almost everything you need. Leo was very open, honest, informative, accommodating, helpful, and understanding. Ask him any questions you have before booking, and he’ll answer and be glad to help. I would stay with him again!

We spent amazing days in the stay. Mr. Ronald and Jhon were always super attentive, they helped us in terms of the activities we could do or what super markets to go for. The house is super cozy and we always had water🚿.

It is a spacious house, ideal for large groups, to get to the house there are quite a few stairs but in general no problem. It is approximately 15 minutes (walking) from the nearest beach in colorful wells, a nice and quiet beach. The shops are far away walking, better if they have a car or take transportation. Mrs. Patricia is very kind and don Pablo always responds to any situation or concerns. We would come back.

The house is beautiful, as in the photos, the administrator was very good she helped us with messengers, restaurants, but as for the beach it is far from the house not as proposed in the photos, the commerce is very retired from the house, I recommend the place when it takes its own car, otherwise it becomes a little strenuous to pay for vehicles to go to buy food or when other things are needed, in general everything is super well, I have the house in its very complete interior, comfortable and cozy

Once again this is my favorite place to stay in Santa Marta. I have rented this apartment many times and it has always been a good experience.

The apartment is very spacious and perfect for family vacations, it has all the amenities, and the ZAZUE shopping center is a few steps away to eat or have a drink. The beach is about 3 blocks away, it was fine for us. They helped us with flexible check-in and check-out, taking into account that we were traveling with elderly people Everything was perfect!!

The accommodation is excellent for spending a rest time in Familia. Roberto is very attentive and helpful and is always attentive. We did not have any inconvenience during the stay. The site and Roberto are highly recommended. We have already sold before and will definitely be back. The kids pool and the activities organized by the hotel for the kids are highly recommended.

The place is as Mrs. Luz shows in the photos, comfortable and clean, the breakfast delicious and Luz very dear, the only downside to the place is that the arrival is a very steep climb and for people who are not used to physical effort it can be heavy, but in the end the view is worth it!
