Cottage holiday rentals in Santa Marta

A special place for large families; in our case we travel with pets, people with disabilities, and an infant. We were all very comfortable. If the whole family goes, it's the place for Santa Marta.

Casa Mandala is super cute, Paula gave us a warm welcome and has always been very attentive to details. The place is clean, good energy, ample, ventilated, we made a good relationship with the other guests and it is also close to everything. We really enjoyed it, recommended 🫶🏼

Paula was a super responsive and accommodating host. The place we stayed was beautiful and she was amazing for giving us recommendations or helping us when we needed something. AC works great and is easy to use, and the space was very clean. The view off the terrace is great and the rest of the home was beautiful. 10/10 recommend staying here. Easy access to so much to do in Taganga or nearby. She did warn us about the extra surcharges local tourist agencies may charge when you pay with card and how that is illegal, please keep this in mind when booking with a third party.

I had the pleasure of visiting this site and the experience was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were surprised by the tranquility of the place, ideal for disconnecting and relaxing. The facilities are top notch, well cared for and thought to offer maximum comfort. Staff attention was outstanding; always attentive and willing to help at all times, making our stay even more enjoyable. In addition, the food was delicious, with varied and quality options, which really made every meal an enjoyment. Definitely a place I would recommend for those looking for a relaxed atmosphere and a high-level experience. I will definitely be back!

Paula is a wonderful host. She was helpful and friendly and really went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. We loved everything about the apartment and recommend it to everyone looking to enjoy the delights of Taganga!

The only thing I see is that more lighting is needed in the courtyard and at the entrance, otherwise everything is very good.

Thank you Maria for hosting me for 2 months. I had incredible and unforgettable memories in this house. House was always clean and terrace was so big to relax and see the view of sea or sunset. I loved sharing the time with hosts and I totally felt at home.Maria always willing to help for anything you need! It’s little bit far from beach but it’s high up and you can see the views which is unforgettable 🧡You will love the place. I have place to go back and thank you soooo much Maria!

This is a great Airbnb. Great people, excellent location

Excellent hosts, spacious and super comfortable place, I highlight the cleanliness of the whole place, impeccable towels and sheets, Isabella and her mom, 2 lovely people, super friendly and always ready to help, the only aspect to take into account is that you can't cook here, in the accommodation you can have breakfast for a reasonable price, but everything else you have to eat out. I would definitely stay there again.

A simple, modest, yet comfortable room. The cost is very modest. Room has a powerfull aircondtioner. Best view in town from the high perch of the building. Access to the building is by very steep stairs and ramps. Only very fit and active people should stay here. Overall a great stay and recommended for athletic persons.

The accommodation is very nice, just like the photos and description. Very close to the beach and the area seems very safe. You do have to climb a lot of steps and the house is quite high, but it's worth it for the view and privacy. Highly recommended, I would definitely come back 🫶🏼

We had a lovely three nights at La Candelaria. The location is outside of town but it is absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. Eugenio and his family were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The coffee and cocoa tours were great too!

Lucero, Francy and Andrea are sensational. Whenever I needed it, Lucero responded quickly and was able to meet the unforeseen events that happened well, I stayed almost 4 months and waking up with a view to the sea was amazing, the house is very simple and needs some improvements, but nothing that takes away the good experience of living in the Caribbean. The region is very simple as well and the men are very harassing, but I was very happy, in general people are friendly, varied restaurants and the D1 market that is in front of the beach and has a good price. The beach is 2 MINUTES walking, muuuuuuito near. For those who will stay for a long time like me, Taganga would not be the ideal first place, because the local commerce is very weak and almost nothing accepts a card, but it is also safe and super quiet. I will come back for SURE, and I thank you for every moment that lives there.

We were very comfortable, the place was very comfortable and with spacious rooms, 100% functional kitchen... Rafael was attentive to us all the time helping us to resolve as needed... Excellent host, 100% recommended

I highly recommend Maria's place. A beautiful house and beautiful rooms. You can walk to the beach. Maria is super helpful, organizes everything for one and answers questions (but I think only speaks Spanish). Your restaurant recommendation, for example, was perfect.
