The place's location is excellent!😁 The apartment is the same as the photos, it has a beautiful view, it is very comfortable, the host is very friendly and is always attentive, the beach is nearby and there is a lot of shopping and transportation, there is always something to do. Highly recommended 👌🏾

The apartment is very spacious and perfect for family vacations, it has all the amenities, and the ZAZUE shopping center is a few steps away to eat or have a drink. The beach is about 3 blocks away, it was fine for us. They helped us with flexible check-in and check-out, taking into account that we were traveling with elderly people Everything was perfect!!

The accommodation is excellent for spending a rest time in Familia. Roberto is very attentive and helpful and is always attentive. We did not have any inconvenience during the stay. The site and Roberto are highly recommended. We have already sold before and will definitely be back. The kids pool and the activities organized by the hotel for the kids are highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful family apartment! The ocean view was absolutely stunning, and the space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, the internet speed was great, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to both the mall and the beach. It was a very relaxing and convenient stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others!

The house is beautiful, as in the photos, the administrator was very good she helped us with messengers, restaurants, but as for the beach it is far from the house not as proposed in the photos, the commerce is very retired from the house, I recommend the place when it takes its own car, otherwise it becomes a little strenuous to pay for vehicles to go to buy food or when other things are needed, in general everything is super well, I have the house in its very complete interior, comfortable and cozy

The apartment is in a great neighborhood. It is located on a Main road very close to a mall, restaurants and the beach. The building has private security 24 hours making our stay very safe. The security guards are very nice and helpful. They gave us great tips for exploring the area. The host was very attentive and his helper, Andreina, is a sweetheart. I highly recommend Iván’s place if you visit El Rodadero.

We had a wonderful stay in La Rochela! The house had everything we wanted and more! Carmen, Samuel and Antonio made sure that we had all that we needed- delicious food, sparkling pool, freshly caught fish, etc.

It was our second time at Nancy's place, and it was just as good as the first time. Nancy is always helpful.

The facilities of the set are very good, the location very appropriate... overall our stay was very comfortable

My experience in the 511 ocean reservations apartment was absolutely wonderful. From the first moment, cecilia who is the hostess was very warm , friendly and very thoughtful , she made sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. The apartment is simply beautiful: impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and with everything you need to feel comfortable and quiet . In addition, its location and views are spectacular, the amenities are fantastic , the pools and divine jacuzzis, my children and I were so happy that we hope to be back soon ! I especially want to thank the host for their availability and care, making us feel at home. It's definitely a place I'd love to go back to and I'd recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. ¡Cecilia Thank you for everything!

Went with the family, wife and two daughters. The place is perfect for a beach vacation apartment. Good space, furnished kitchen, very nice coffee, amazing views to the beach and the mountains. Very well located with a short beach walk. You can also walk to a very nice shopping and dining plaza called Zazue. It has it all. The location is 50 ft to taxi station (always get a taxi from a station or Uber) at the corner and City Police Department CAI two blocks away. (big plus for safety). The building amenities like the pool, restaurant, pool side bar and restaurant were very nice. Good prices, food and service. Clerks and help are very friendly we just loved the stay at Charles place and plan to go back next year. Fair warning. Charles will go above and beyond to get in contact to help, answer, suggest and support you like no other host we met before. Do not be surprised, Charles will be there for you with genuine good intentions.

Sandra helped me when I got stuck after a bad stay somewhere else. This was the third time shes provided amazing stays at her air bnb. I cant put it in words how well and amazing she manages her properties.

The location is very central, close to the shops and the beach, and has very good natural lighting.

We loved this apartment that is located inside Reserva del Mar, which is a building with hotel services, has pools, jacuzzis, restaurant, bars, beach club, courts... everything to spend some incredible days with the family. The apartment as such has all the amenities, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms, wifi… we will definitely stay here again. Thanks to the hosts who were always attentive to us being comfortable in our stay.

really a beautiful apartment with 2 beautiful bathrooms. Great views of the mountains and in the distance , the sea! Good internet, shopping mall, 3 super market less than a mile away. The only downside, a little far from Centro and Rodadero. Thank you Jacqueline!

A grab spot to spend a few days on the beach. Excellent attention in the common areas with the hotel and the beach. Clean and tidy... would come back many times!
