Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Santa Marinella

Maurizio was very nice and warm. He gave us tips for the area and showed and explained everything to us. The accommodation is as in the photos and everything is very clean. There are restaurants on the beach and a supermarket is also within walking distance. We will be happy to come back. 😊

Frederica was super kind, bubbly, and helpful. The location of this Airbnb is unmatched. It is right across from the beach with amazing restaurants nearby, beautiful views, and privacy and security. We felt very safe and very comfortable here. Our only complaint is that the A/C and Wifi were a bit spotty and you have to pay a separate cash cleaning fee on top of the Airbnb price, but everything else was great. Definitely recommend this place!

We loved Silvia’s place. We had the greatest experience with all the little attentions, great views, sandy beach and walkable to train station. We would definitely return there.

This stay was exactly what we were hoping for after a very busy 2 weeks travelling through Italy. The scenic views and peacefulness is so rare to find nowadays and the fact we are both huge fans of Normal People is a bonus Giada and her family were very welcoming and so kind to take us shopping and transport to and from the station nearby. This will be a stay that we’ll never forget and will hope to one day stay again in the future if we get the chance!

We had a truly wonderful stay here! The apartment was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the short walk to the beach — mornings by the sea and relaxing evenings on the terrace were perfect. This place is situated a little far from Rome central but has very reasonable bus/tram connections so getting there isn’t too difficult. The apartment was clean and well described. A comfy bed with an AC unit nearby which is needed as it does get quite hot at night. Our hosts, although we didn’t meet them until the end, were so helpful, communicative and generous. We are not wine drinkers but a bottle was left for us with a note. This would be a nice touch for those after a long day of travelling. Overall a very good experience

Loved the huge figs left for us!! All the coffees teas and sweets and the grounds around the airbnb were beautiful. The grape vines full of grapes were unbelievable like out of a painting. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed here for a night passing through Rome, and found its proximity to a lot of the city’s amazing sites perfect for a quick trip. It’s right in the heart of it. Lucia was also super responsive to all of our needs. I’d recommend!

Our two-night stay at MamaRoma could not have been better! Bright and spacious, we were excited to return home after busy days on our feet. Daniela personally welcomed us and was very thorough in her explanations and recommendations of the surrounding area, which is both peaceful and only a stone’s throw from the city’s biggest attractions. Fulvio has been kind and great at communicating with us, thank you very much!!

Spacious and well equipped apartment, large private outside yard, looked just like the pictures, check in was very easy, bus stop outside front door and taxi rank a few metres away 15-20 mins walk to metro but lots to see en route (St Peter’s and/or Castel Saint Angelo) 15-20 mins walk to Trastavere

Giorgia was an excellent host. We were at the end of a 3 week Mediterranean cruise and she accommodated us by letting us check in early, recommending restaurants, grocery stores etc. But honestly the best thing about Mary's Place is the views, absolutely stunning. The apartment is super clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for a day trip to Ostia Antica, relaxing at the beach or just enjoying the town. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Giorgia for taking such good care of us. If you cannot relax and enjoy your time here, then you probably can't do it anywhere. Did I mention the views are stunning!!

This was an ideal spot for a week working just near Bracciano. I found it to be a perfect place to come home to in the evenings. The lake is a lovely run/walk away and the town has everything you need. The mattress is arguably the most comfortable I’ve found in Italy!!!!!

Everything about our stay at Marco’s apartment was perfect. We couldn’t think of any way it could have been better. The outdoor shower got lots of use in the very hot weather. We booked this apartment months ago and it was everything we hoped it would be. The only disadvantage for us is that it is a long way from our home in New Zealand but if we ever return to Rome we would love to come back.

Small apartment for max 3 people. Very clean and tidy. Everything important is available in the apartment. In the house itself, the apartment is located up a small staircase. It is completely furnished in Ikea style. And visually appealing. Although some shelves in the bedroom or living room are at an inaccessible height, they complete the overall design. The Italians have different room heights. We liked the apartment very much. TV is available, all channels are Italian. Turntables and CD players, records and CDs in large selection. Otherwise everything in good condition. Washing machine in the bathroom also available, as well as a bidet. Price/performance is okay.

Our stay in Svilena’s home was heavenly! Such a well thought out and welcoming place. Only a short walk to the hustle and bustle and crowds of the Spanish Steps. Wonderful to return to the beautiful, tranquil, carefully curated space that she has created. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to stay in her home and hope to return one day.

The apartment rented by Naoki is really unique. The terrace alone deserves five stars.
