Beachfront holiday rentals in Santa Marinella

We only stayed at Matteo’s place for one night but we enjoyed our stay. He was very clear on instructions on how to get in and find everything we needed. It’s a great location! Directly across the beach and really close to the airport (which is why we chose it)

Daniela was a fantastic host. We felt very at home and she showed us around all the amenities. The apartment was lovely, especially with the addition of the shared sea view rooftop terrace. The bicycles provided were great for getting around Fregene to see all the different beaches. Everything was perfect, apart from a small ant problem. Would definitely reccomend!

Nice, spacious and well ventilated apartment with 2 balconies. Centrally located with everything you need nearby. As a host, Mauro was always pleasant and extremely prompt to respond and help with any questions we had.

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

He gave clear instructions at all times, responded quickly with great recommendations for places to visit, and made sure everything was smooth. The place was clean, had a great atmosphere, and truly had all the accommodations we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Just as described. The home was comfortable and charming. Nicola was great in communicating. she was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected and let us drop our luggage off so we could explore the city. If you need a place to stay before or after a cruise I highly recommend staying here.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail – cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The garden is nothing short of paradise – peaceful, lush, and full of charm. Our daughter especially loved watching and even feed the turtles and rabbits – such a lovely surprise that kept her entertained for hours! The hot tub in the garden was the perfect finishing touch – relaxing in it was a highlight of our stay. A special thank you to our incredibly kind and welcoming host Daniele, who made us feel at home from the very first moment. Your hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. WE FOUND ROSA AND ANGELO COMPLETELY UNCOMPLICATED. BOTH EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, ALWAYS HAVE A CHAT. WE REALLY ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH, AND PROMISED ANGELO WE WILL COME BACK... THE CABIN JUST HAS EVERYTHING IT NEEDS, AND WE KNEW VERY MUCH, THE PRIVACY BEACH AT THE LAKE....GREAT VIEWS AND GREAT PANORAMA. Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops in walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere different every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. We loved Christian’s place. Everything was perfect. The area is vibrant with many quality restaurants nearby. Beautiful views of the sea. Christian was an amazing host, organising things and giving recommendations. His place was clean and comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ostia. He met us at check-in and check-out which made things easy. He also arranged transfer from train and to airport.

Our experience at this apartment was truly exceptional. The location on Piazza Anco Marzio is unbeatable—just 150 meters from the sea and right in the heart of the pedestrian area, filled with charming restaurants, cafes, and shops. The apartment is bright, beautifully decorated, and clearly renovated with care. We especially loved the terrace, which was perfect for relaxing any time of day! The space had a modern, clean aesthetic with thoughtful touches throughout, including striking black and white travel photography. The modern bathroom was a great bonus! Christian went above and beyond, providing a generous walk-thru and welcome kit that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

We already knew beautiful Santa Marinella well, from previous visits. We looked for a really nice apartment close to the station, the centre, and at the same time in a quiet area. And that is what we got. This is the perfect place for an enjoyable vacation in Santa Marinella. The apartment has everything you need: The quality of the equipment is high end, the standard is excellen and the rooms are beautiful and spacious, including the balcony where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner most of the times during our 19 days stay. The hosting family are wonderful and generous people. You will not find better. If there is a need, they take care of it, and the show of love and respect both for their apartment and their guests is just amazing. We felt like real guests, and this holiday could not have been better. We have been visiting Lazio many times every year since since 2018 and this time had one of our best experiences. We will definitely like to stay here again in the future.

We were a group of 5 adults and 2 children (5, 7), stay 1 week. We were able to spontaneously check in earlier and check out later in the day. Giulia was always easily accessible. The place is spacious with beautiful views and sandy beach right outside the door! 🏖️ The residents of the upper half of the house were very friendly and unobtrusive. We only noticed each other at the beach. It didn't smell like smoke anywhere. We always found parking on the federal road for 2 cars. In one room, the federal road and the nightly train are very clearly audible. The window was always open due to the temperatures. The sea breeze usually ensured sufficient cooling with open windows even during the day. An existing lamp including extension cable for dinner on the beach is available. We were also allowed to use the catamaran and surfboard. A trip to Rome with train ride from S. Severa, online booking of the train tickets!, was very straightforward

Great stay at the property. I preferred to stay outside Rome and pay daily visits. The season was still off, but I could find anything I needed. Overall, a good experience for a family of 5.

Super flat right overlooking the sea. Little balcony to sit and watch the waves. Right near train station to be able to go to Rome for a day. Promenade below had lots of nice little restaurants and a flat walk into the town centre. Flat quiet with windows closed, even at very busy time. All very well organised and clean, with a helpful host. As a solo traveller I felt safe. Ideal stopover a few days before embarking on cruise . Taxis for port from station needs to be thought through ahead . Best book your transfer/shuttle bus possible .- highly recommend this flat.

Francesca's place was beautiful and spacious - perfect for a short stay with a friend. The sofa bed was just as comfortable as a bed and had its own privacy. Francesca's communication was prompt and friendly and she accommodated our needs as much as she could, which was lovely. We got to meet her and her boyfriend and they were both really nice. She made sure we were comfortable and gave us many great suggestions for restaurants as well as transport which made our stay so pleasant and easy. Fiumicino has lovely peaceful beaches within a few minutes of the apartment and several restaurants with reasonable prices just down the road. We had fresh fish on the beach! It's very convenient that there is a supermarket next door also. I would visit Fiumicino again and stay at Francesca's in a heartbeat! I was sorry to leave. Thank you Francesca!

Perfect check-in, communication was outstanding. The location is fabulous perfect for cruising. Elevator was so helpful with luggage. Big beautiful deck for looking at the pier. Everything was great, the host was so wonderful and very caring. Thank you so much
