The treatment is good and the house is beautiful

We enjoyed our stay at Luiciana’s place. It’s good location. The beaches are good and very near by. We visited Rome by train, It’s about an hour to Rome Terminus. We could park our car near local train station ( near police station) so do not need to wait for bus. The apartment is good and as described. Nice terrace overlooking Sea.

We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

This is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting or hopping on a cruise like we did. It is only about a 5 minute walk from where the cruise busses pick you up (easy to lug large suitcases there). The house was clean and perfect for the night we needed. Aurelio was so kind and helpful, from picking us up from the airport in Rome to pointing out his favorite restaurants, he was very gracious and we couldn’t have done it without him!! We even booked it again to stay for a night after our cruise!!!

The apartment was easy to access, impeccably clean, and very well maintained. It had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made my stay extremely comfortable. The host was welcoming and took the time to show me around the property, as well as recommend excellent local restaurants and shops. With a bus stop located less than a minute away, getting around the city was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this accommodation and will certainly choose to stay here again on future visits to Rome.

The apartment was very nice and cozy. It was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The balcony is very cozy, the air is good outside. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, private. The accommodation is close to the beach and Rome is easily accessible by train. The host was kind and everything went well.

Highly recommended! The house is very well maintained and recently renovated. It has numerous amenities and is like being at home. Leonardo was very helpful and the directions he provided were very clear.

Beautiful apartment, in a perfect location, a few steps from the subway. Everything is furnished with taste and attention to detail, with recent finishes and in light and pleasant shades. The kitchen is spacious and really well equipped, with high-quality utensils, dishes and appliances. The bed is comfortable, with clean and comfortable linen, and the bathroom is spacious and well-kept. The entire apartment was impeccably clean, tidy and welcoming. Andrea was an exceptional host: kind, helpful and always ready to help us with useful advice. We really felt at home.

Daniela is the greatest hostess! Really! The apartment is wonderful and left me with a WOW effect. Very nice and modern furnishings, no hovel! Everything is very great and professionally renovated - and most importantly: Daniela attaches great importance to hygiene and cleanliness. The bathroom was very clean - as was the floor. No dust or anything. Upon arrival, I met Daniela in person. Very emphatic, friendly, helpful and professional - just as you imagine it. The apartment has all the equipment your heart desires. Daniela thinks of her customers and stores coffee, water, spreads such as Nutella, etc. for the customers free of charge - simply great. I'm really impressed. I can only highly recommend 👍

The place is generous size, and clean. The host was very quick to respond and helpful. Love that they left snacks, water and lots of candy for us. Thank you! Leaving a 5 star review, but some fyi's for other travelers and the host. -This place is about 30 min walk from the train station, and unfortunately I couldn't find a single taxi via uber or free now app any of the days, which meant very long hot walk. -There are a bunch of shops, supermarket and a few restaurants 2 blocks away, which is very helpful. -The AC was not on when we arrived, and it was extremely hot 28C (82F) when we arrived, and it took a very long time to cool down, and the bedrooms stayed too warm even on night 2. -Need some instructions on how to use the coffee machine and the shower (couldn't figure out how to make the water hot).

Wonderful apartment with a terrace overlooking the lake. Very well equipped to make it a very comfortable apartment to stay in. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and with beautiful views across the lake. Ludovico was incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive to any queries. When we arrived he was standing on the roadside wearing a red shirt so he could ensure we didn’t miss the apartment. There was also a garage for a small car which we didn’t need to use as with a hybrid or electric car, parking in Trevignano within blue lined parking spaces is free even at the weekends. We hope to come and stay again sometime.

Beautiful interior design, Italian taste for sure! Tall ceilings, clean, and a beautiful court yard. The highlight for us was the cat (Baja) who lived in the courtyard, she was so beautiful and friendly. We definitely recommend this place.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

Our family of seven fit perfectly in the apartment with plenty of bathrooms to share. Gabriela was responsive and helpful. Check in and access was super easy. We made use of the washer/dryer as we’re were half way into our three week trip - this was great for us. We also had some easy dinners around the kitchen hen table - we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!!
