Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Bildern und bot eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Sie ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – inklusive einer vollwertigen Küche und einem schönen Badezimmer. Der Strand ist in nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und in der Umgebung befinden sich mehrere Restaurants. Matteo war bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Sunset Apartment. Die Dachterrasse ist der Wahnsinn. Andrea und Isabelle sind super nett und immer zur Stelle. Super Gastgeber!!

We already knew beautiful Santa Marinella well, from previous visits. We looked for a really nice apartment close to the station, the centre, and at the same time in a quiet area. And that is what we got. This is the perfect place for an enjoyable vacation in Santa Marinella. The apartment has everything you need: The quality of the equipment is high end, the standard is excellen and the rooms are beautiful and spacious, including the balcony where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner most of the times during our 19 days stay. The hosting family are wonderful and generous people. You will not find better. If there is a need, they take care of it, and the show of love and respect both for their apartment and their guests is just amazing. We felt like real guests, and this holiday could not have been better. We have been visiting Lazio many times every year since since 2018 and this time had one of our best experiences. We will definitely like to stay here again in the future.

Amazing neighborhood to stay at and explore Rome. Lot of things to do nearby and great food to explore. The apartment is as described and very convenient for a short stay!

Michael was the best host. We arrived to a beautiful, very clean, large open floor plan home. It was nicely decorated, comfortable beds, many amenities available. A true home away from home. The view from the terraces was spectacular and the upstairs loft was very comfortable for my adult son to sleep. The building is very secure and a great little Irish pub next door. The coliseum was very close to walk to, and found using uber was safest and cheapest form of transportation. We had a wonderful stay with Michael and highly recommend his home to all.

Vi koste oss veldig mye hos Agata og mannen hennes. De var gjestfrie og vennlige. Vi ble kjørt til og fra togstasjonen, de ga oss anbefalinger om hva vi burde gjøre i Santa Marinella og lot oss spise og sitte i den vakre hagen deres! Vi hadde privatliv samtidig som de var tilgjengelige for å hjelpe oss om det var noe. I hagen har de oliven, drue og sitrontrær, skilpadder, blomster, keramikk, lys og annen pynt som gjorde atmosfæren eventyraktig, fredfull og drømmende! Hunden King var også en nydelig velkomstkomite! Vi kunne ikke spurt om en bedre vert eller et bedre bosted!

Massimo & Marina are superb hosts. We had a medical emergency during our stay & they went out of their way to assist. Nothing was too much trouble. We could not have managed without their unselfish help with the hospital, etc & interpreting help. They deserve an Airbnb Gold Medal. The apt is in a great location for seeing the best sights & has convenient shops & cafes very close.

Schöne saubere Unterkunft. Metro, Supermärkte, Restaurants alles super zu Fuß erreichbar. Marianna ist total nett und sehr hilfsbereit und hat super Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben👍🏼

Great stay in Rome! The place is very big and comfortable. Even has a small balcony for some relaxing breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again! Keep in mind that the place is in an ZTL zone, important if you are driving.

Great place in the heart of a busy neighborhood. Everything was perfectly walkable, with restaurants and bars right downstairs. Apartment was relatively quiet at night. Good AC! Clear and quick communication with the host.

El departamento de Giuseppe y Lucrezia superó ampliamente nuestras expectativas. Es amplio, completo y muy limpio. Cuenta con todo lo necesario y mucho más para disfrutar de la estadía. La ubicación es inmejorable, tiene vida de barrio, con bares y restaurantes en las cercanías, a la vez, está muy bien comunicado con los puntos turísticos más importantes. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables, estuvieron atentos a todo, nos dejaron café, té y dulces para desayunar así como una diversidad de bebidas en la heladera. Ojalá podamos volver pronto.

We had a wonderful stay for the weekend at Catharines apartment. It was a little rocky at the start from unclear messages, my email instructed us to go to the apartment but other guests were still checking out so we ended up having to leave our luggage in the business office across the street. Fair warning if you pack a lot (I’m a terrible overpacker) the road can be tough with luggage and there are about 20 or so steps to get into the building, then a small older elevator, and then you walk the last flight to the top floor. Once you’re in the apartment it’s beautiful scenery and overlook the basilica. We loved the quick walk and semi quiet neighborhood. Rome is a very busy city but we felt very relaxed enjoying our evenings at the apartment. Catharine gave us our first Italian espresso and croissant, and then left a bottle of prosecco for us to enjoy as well. Overall wonderful stay!

Our stay in Svilena’s home was heavenly! Such a well thought out and welcoming place. Only a short walk to the hustle and bustle and crowds of the Spanish Steps. Wonderful to return to the beautiful, tranquil, carefully curated space that she has created. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to stay in her home and hope to return one day.

Luogo bellissimo! Appartamento super accogliente e pulito! Anna ci ha accolto con un cestino di benvenuto con alcuni prodotti dell'agriturismo. Piscina sempre pulita, prato ben curato. Abbiamo mangiato uova delle sue galline e zucchine del suo orto. A 5 minuti coop molto fornita per qualsiasi necessità. Ci svegliavamo con il suono degli uccellini... weekend davvero rilassante e rigenerante. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

As always this is our favourite Airbnb! Antonino is the best host and the apartment has everything you need and more. Location is perfect with 10 Minute walk to the beach, two supermarkets literally around the corner, bike rental vis a vis. It cannot get much better than this!

Villanın diğer sakinleri misafirperver. Tekrar gelmek isterim. Eğer arabanız ile geliyorsanız villaya dış kapıdan giriş yapmak için linke bir süre önceden tıklayarak dış kapıyı açık hale getirmeniz gerekiyor. Villaya giriş dar ve trafiği işlek bir yoldan yapılıyor. Dış kapıdan çıkış ta çok kolay değil bu yüzden. Bir de sivrisinekler ile ilgili önlemizi alın.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft in toller Lage. Abends is diese Gegend sehr belebt, dennoch hört man wenig in der Wohnung. Leider war die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer sehr laut. Der Pool und der Garten sind eine Oase. Der Pool ist erst von 11 Uhr bis 13 Uhr und dann wieder von 15 Uhr bis 18:30 Uhr zugänglich und man wird von einem freundlichen Aufpasser überwacht. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ein ganzes Stück weg. Taxis stehen jedoch am Plazza Trilussa. Vom Flughafen aus gibt es regulierte Taxipreise (55€) für die Fahrten, sodass man kein Taxi vorbuchen muss. Rodel ist sehr hilfreich und zuverlässig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Прекрасное место для отдыха, хозяин отзывчивый, помогал со всеми вопросами и отвечал на них практически сразу До конца не был уверен, что все будет так, как на фотографиях, но я сильно ошибался, ведь вживую все было даже лучше Единственные минус - это то, что дом находится в 30 минутах езды от центра города , а такси в риме стоит довольно таки недешево
