Waterfront holiday rentals in Santa Maria Rezzonico

This is the second time we've lived in this wonderful apartment. It is a masterpiece in the true sense of the word and is located in the hidden gem of Lake Como in the village of Riuzzenko It's a perfect match to the pictures. The historic village is very quiet and you do not hear the noise of cars because they pass through the tunnel The view is the most amazing ever. We enjoy sitting at the window every day and having breakfast or drinking coffee There's a small beach down there. There is also a wonderful hidden beach nearby There is a small grocery store upstairs with all the basic needs and you will find some local cheeses Alessandro was wonderful, understanding and responsive and gave us useful tips We will definitely always return to where there is beauty, relaxation and tranquility Thank you Alessandro

My husband and I stayed at Federica’s place, and it was perfect. The views were absolutely stunning from every window, the location couldn’t have been better, and the home itself was beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable. I’m already looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Lake Como.

Emi was a gracious and attentive host and truly one of the best we’ve had. She went above and beyond by picking us up when the bus didn’t stop where expected, and personally drove us to the property. Her kindness and hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and even more stunning than the photos suggest. It’s the perfect escape from the stress of city life. There is one restaurant and a small neighborhood market within walking distance. For guests without a car, this may be a consideration depending on your needs. A word of caution: the interior stairs can be slippery, especially when wearing socks. I unfortunately took a fall during our stay and was injured. I recommend using footwear with grip, such as water shoes, when indoors to help prevent accidents. Despite this, we had a wonderful stay, and Emi remains a 10/10 host.

Loved our stay. Truly a beautiful and quiet part of the lake. The flat was perfect for two and we loved being able to just step outside for a dip in the lake. Would highly recommend.

It was a great choice to stay - not only Alessia is a great host - but also the place is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful time and have walkable access to the centre. Please feels like home due to carefully selected amenities and materials used. Alessia is going an extra mile in being a host - she helps with arrival and departure, gives local tips that one would not know otherwise! What an incredible stay! Michele’s place has everything you need to feel at home, all in an amazing location. There are enough amenities nearby such as the convenience store and 2 restaurants/bars, along with bus stops and even the dock for ferries across the lake. Monica was very good communicating with us right from the start Check in was very straightforward and she even left us a bottle of Prosecco and water Monica is very thoughtful and her place was spotless and well furnished She responded very promptly to all our questions and offered great recommendations for transport , shops and restaurants Overall our stay was beyond our expectations and we are definitely coming back next year Hopefully by which time the C10 bus may be regular 😂 and on time !

The accommodation was really beautiful and partly really cutely furnished. Communication with the host worked out great. However, you should be aware that the path to the accommodation deviates greatly from a normal road. You drive about 20 minutes on very challenging roads. Those who love nature will be rewarded with absolute peace and a dreamlike environment.

The villa was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Giulio was a fantastic host: very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. His recommendations for local restaurants were spot-on and led us to some great meals. We also booked a boat ride through his boating company, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for an incredible stay. The apartment is amazing, with beautiful views. Maurizio was a super helpful host and was really clear prior to booking about the building works next door. They didn't effect our stay at all in the 3 days there was barely any noise (i think most the major construction is complete anyway). Maurizio gave us some lovely recommendations and with a car it's really easy to get around. Would definitely recommend and love to come back!

This was the most unusual lodging I've ever been in on a road trip The house had everything I needed and more. My favorite spot is the upper terrace. I was lucky enough to spend a few evenings there, processing all the content for the day to the sound of birdsong. It's not easy to get here, but it's worth it. When you open the door of this house, it's like stepping into a fairy tale. Unforgettable experience, thank you!

This apartment is well equipped and its position on the lake is amazing. The views are stunning . You actually cant wait to come home at the end of the day.Andrea very efficient and helpful...Great swimming pool, and area felt like our own The local shops are great to use slightly more expensive than supermarkets in town but easy to walk to. Wine shop is the best thing ever. You can sample wine before purchasing and its so cheap. Take your own bottle for refill..C10 bus route top of road ,either way is great. 6 mins to Menaggio. Other way is towards Colico. Nice place called Sa Vito kite surfing area and Colico was also nice and not so touristy .
